Joshua mounted my 82 LG in 19 minutes. When I checked it, it was sturdy and well done. I had the mount, but was missing a few components. Joshua supplied what remaining pieces I needed free of charge, and charged me $70 less than the next available company was going to charge me. You cant go wrong with this company.

I would not recommend this company if you live in Florida. The owner scheduled our appointment a week out. He was suppose to be here at 3:00 pm called at 1:00 and said it would be 5 or 6 pm before he could get here. We said thats too late for my 90 year old dad. Then he said he would be here at Saturday 12 noon. He texted at 10:40 and said he was finishing up a job in Navarre and would be on his way. At 1:00 he was still in Navarre and his worker had an accident and he would be solo on the job. This job at a minimum would take 2 people and he knew this. We decided to just find someone else. He wasted our time now we have find a different company. That is unreliability at its highest.

Wow! I was very pleased The Tv Gurus from the start of booking my appointment online. Very self explanatory & easy to understand. The communication from Josh was fast and is very knowledgeable. Josh arrived and was professional and had a very great energy about himself from the moment I opened my front door until the time that he left. I enjoyed talking with him during the install. He treated me like I was his family and not just a customer. The work on he did for me was mounting a tv above my fireplace. It looks amazing and Josh did it quicker than I thought. Great experience with Joshua. We recently bought a new TV and switched to a live streaming service. We really were clueless and overwhelmed! Joshua was kind, respectful, and did not make us feel like idiots! We had to call him again after the initial installation and he helped us over the phone with a problem we were having via video. I had an emergency issue where my tv was falling after a bad job. Called multiple times and didn’t receive an answer, called the last time and was hung up on. Called another company and they picked up immediately. Got out and fixed my issues before the television was destroyed. Thank goodness. Very unprofessional to have a phone number but not answer.

Called around checking prices and once I spoke to the young man that answered the phone I knew by his vibe I called the right place. Not only do they really have the best prices in town, but the way they treat you is great. They make you feel like family and is very friendly and professional. I tried to call we mount tvs over the weekend but they told me that they have select days to come to Madison, and that they dont hide wires. Well I had a friend recommend The TV Gurus to me yesterday, the tech just left and wow am I impressed with how my tv looks and the wires are hidden!! If I could give more stars I would. I had them come install a TV above my fireplace and bought a mount from them. The owner came out to do the install and just blew me away with his knowledge he had for this type of work.
