The repair is self was satisfactory however customer was absolutely not!No one called to inform me when to bring my vehicle in I had to call to question the process; afterwards my windshield was never order from our purchase date like we were told it would be. We waited almost two weeks, several people dropped the ball and the lack of communication amongst the entire Toyota team was non existent! Which gave my husband and doubts and raised many questions, we spoke to several different people about the update of our vehicle and insuring that the proper repairs that were promised where actually being repaired, after hearing from two people they had no knowledge of one particular repair all of this lead us to a conversation with Sidney Johnson whom was absolutely rude and was way out of line both during a phone conversation as well as when the vehicle was picked up, he was irate and even used fowl language slamming his hands on the desk when speaking to my husband, your customer!Worse customer service experience I have ever had!

I was very impressed with the Bill Penney Collision center. They were super helpful by helping me figure things out with the insurance company of the person who rear-ended me. They really went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate these guys and I will DEFINATELY return if I ever need them again.I highly recommend Bill Penney.

Everyone was very attentive and professional. I took my car for a collision and Lauren told me and the gentlemen that checked my car that the paint in my Camry was on recall and I didn’t even know about it. So I got it done at the same time they fixed the collision. That was great to get that done at the same time. I’m just very happy 😃 my car looks brand néw. Thank you all for a great service. They were very courteous and FAST. Three other collision centers could not get my car in for several weeks. Bill Penny took it next day (Tuesday) car was ready Friday afternoon. They sent daily updates on status and expected time of completion.
They have worked 9n my car 2 times and it was great..it was ready when they said it would be..had it cleaned and ready to go for me

I was looking for a red Cascada Convertible 2019. I found a red 2017 on the internet at Bill Penney. I was on the web searching, so then I sent an inquiry to the sales department on a Sunday night. To my surprise I received a phone call Monday morning. Her name is Trista Lester Sales Professional at Bill Penney. I turn my phone off many times for various reasons. Trista left me a voicemail. We started telephone tag. Trista was very persistent, helpful, and nice, not pushy.//We finally connect, Trista very pleasant business like, not pushy. One is wise not to push a cantertankous 76 yo, who is a very nice Southern Gentleman. She desires I come in for a test drive.//I call for a test drive, she is out with a customer. Operator will refer me to Sales people. I guess 25-30 years ago that would have been Ok. But, Im older & wiser now. I defer I will not talk to anyone but Trista. The person who worked hard to contact me is THE ONE WITH WHOM I DO BUSINESS. END of STORY (EOS)//I arrive at Bill Penney at the appointmented time. She greets me and asks me to drive. I do not desire to drive until I watch her drive and observe. Im 76 yo, things tend to get complicated after age 70 yo. But, I think things have settled, my memory is sharp & my target age is 102 yo 364 days, then negotiate. :) But, she is happy person, glad to be working. So, I did not work very hard to make her laugh. PTL//She pulls into church parking lot and then asks me to drive. Now, Im ready. So, I go with it. Car has only 25K miles, one local owner, and like new. I know the value of the car before I test drive car. This is the rocket city and most people pretty dog gone intelligent.//She answered all my questions very simply and thoroughly. She was not pushy, very polite and kind. We are serious now. I buy the Buick Cascada 2017. (EOS).//I highly recommend Bill Penney Toyota and especially Trista Lester, if you buying or looking. Remember, I said, I was looking for a 2019 Buick Cascada. I will drive this one for a while, but still looking for 2019 Red Cascada Convertible. The price was fair, the car condition exceptional. I love the car from Bill Penney.//Well, I had a 2006 MX-5 Miata. I loved to drive the little car. My back failed me again, so Im having issues getting out of little toy car. I start looking for a bigger convertible. I knew what little car was worth before I submitted for trade in. Remember I said, Rocket City Citizens are very well educated, diverse, and highly technical, mostly. Needless to say, Bill Penney did not get my little toy car. I cannot give this place a low enough score. My vehicle was there three times and now my insurance is having to go after them for corrective repairs. My husband and I were lied to and practically called liars several times because someone was trying to hide the fact that they messed up.

Everyone was extremely nice during drop off and pickup, but there were MAJOR errors made on their part and what felt like was purposely given misinfo. The car rental place I went to (Enterprise Jordan Ln) claimed to be contacted by the shop, after I had asked the shop to make sure they notated that my work schedule would not allow me to pick the car up right away, and told Enterprise they had no idea why I had not retrieved my vehicle. I clearly explained why, and even attempted on the Saturday of the same week I was called and told my car was finished, but was informed the shop was closed on the weekends. Not even 3 days later, we got snow which also stayed a few days and I was unable to get to the rental lot, but was not outside of the duration StateFarm paid for me to have the rental. A lot of if not all of this confusion, could have been avoided had I been contacted outside of the only phone call I had with someone, to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had a $0 deductible repair, and due to miscommunication on Bill Penny’s part, they attempted to back date the time I had the rental car for, causing me to have to wait to get reimbursed by enterprise, and the fact that the two companies should have NEVER EVEN BEEN COMMUNICATING, and deciding to leave ME out, nonetheless. They have nothing to do with each other, and should have booked the rental altogether if that were the case. And when I got my vehicle, they had not even properly cleaned it. It was a mess, but why only clean the front of the car and not the backseat?!
Took 2 weeks to do a job that shouldve taken 5 hours at most. Does not know how to communicate back with customer. Only recommendation would be to stay away
