Loved my two hour pick up experience it was actually completed in less than a hour! The line had three people ahead of me, but it moved pretty swiftly. My only annoyance was that it was only one person in the customer service area to where I can pick up my order and the lady who scanned the barcode had to go to another room and get the item. It was odd but definitely look forward to coming back to this location!

OLIVIA!!! One of the best cashiers, with her awesome manners and customer service I left target happy. I wish there was more people like her in the world, and in restaurants, I could tell shed be the on the keep my drinks filled and always asking if we needed anything. She seems like a very good worker.

One of the few places left where you can still regularly buy Coca-Cola Orange Vanilla flavor, so automatically check it out.

As a Shipt Shopper the lack of store associates in the store to help us extremely disappointing. I used to work for Target so I know it has to do with payroll cuts. This needs to be fixed. Give your stores more hours.

Apparently, Ive been sleeping under a rock because Target is absolutely, hands-down a top shopping place to get familiar with! Ive watched their commercials for years and would stop by once in a blue moon, but it wasnt until winter 2018 that I really got involved with them. That was just in time for the holiday savings (which by the way, theyll usually have a % off on their gift cards for a limited time). Not only do they have good deals and promotional gift cards that they issue for their products (for example, with their household items: spend $35 get a $15 gift card), but they also are taking it retro with some throw back products like cassettes, music on vinyl, fanny packs, rubix cubes, etc.The stores layout makes it easy to navigate and shop, they will usually keep things stocked and will replenish in a timely fashion, but the top reason I enjoy returning is the customer service. The staff is incredibly, super helpful, kind, engaging, and inviting. An added bonus is that on the weekends, theyll usually have their samplers placed throughout the store. I know because Ive had the pleasure of working there as a Brand Ambassador who would sample many yummy treats. If youre okay with signing for credit, they do offer the REDCard, but you can usually save just by signing up for their weekly ads and/or by stopping in to see what local deals they may have. If youre late to the game, like myself, I recommend stopping in and checking them out!

In all my professional years of managing retail big boxes, I have never been treated with such care. Both Tameka and Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure I left under their watch, highly satisfied. The empathy Tameka displayed was extraordinary. I forgot my receipt and had to drive an hour back home to Tennessee, but upon my return, both Tameka and Jeremy made me feel very special. They genuinely showed their supreme regards for me as a person and a customer. They took care of all my needs. Jeremy was like the boy (man) next door. If I had to go back home a second time, I would not hesitate to do so. Loved the service! Thank you for having such GREAT employees.

Majority of the cashiers and stockers genuinely asked how i was doing or if I needed any help. It was really nice to hear that during the non peak hours.

The cashier on the grocery side self check out was insanely polite while diligently making sure all her terminals were cleaned for everyone who came through.

Stopped by on Wednesday, 16 Dec, for what I thought would be a simple return of two online items. Well, it wasnt particularly easy, thanks to Targets computer system. Natalie, in Customer Service, was terrific staying after the issue and getting it sorted out to my satisfaction, and fairly for Target. She is definitelly a credit to Target, doing a great job, despite the obstacle. Kuddos to Natalie!!!!!!!

This is my favorite Target location! Its close to home, its always clean, and the employees are super friendly. I recently did an online order/in-store pickup for a backpack and two lunchboxes. When I arrived at the customer service desk, the gentleman wasnt able to find any of the items. In these kinds of situations, Im not the type of person to get angry or frustrated. I realize that retail can be a difficult job and things happen. Thats life! I told him that it was totally OK and that they are plenty more backpacks and lunchboxes to choose from. The manager came out and she gave me a $15 gift card for the inconvenience. While she was standing there, apologizing, the gentleman found two of the items I ordered. The manager still wanted me to keep the gift card! Talk about incredible customer service!!

The University Drive store has a great selection of Craft Beers. However, the beers are always mis-priced on the shelves and you get a nasty surprise at the check-out counter. I think ill go else where to shop.

This is a nice Target. Well lit and with a modern feel. It always seems to be very clean and organized. Like all these types of store there is never any employees to help or answer questions. Pricing is good and selection of merchandise is always good and stocked. There is plenty of parking and this place gets crowed during the holidays and weekends.

Won’t be coming back. They were really sketchy yesterday when I went in to buy some Star Wars Funko Pops on their release date. The electronics guy smirked and refused to put them out and said “idk what to tell you”, then I spoke to a manager and was able to buy one of the pops but was told to come back the next morning? Called into corporate to explain them hoarding the Funko Pops in the back and refusing to sell them on their release date. Luckily corporate said they are going to investigate and offered me a gift card. I sent my husband this morning to grab the pops and he was able to get them, but still, how sketchy do y’all have to be to hoard pops and refuse to sell them on their release date? You guys do not own those pops, TARGET does.

Great experience! I ordered a board game for pickup from a local Target. I received excellent communication from Target via text, and there were no problems with item pickup. The item price was great, too -- it was the same as Amazons, but while Amazons stock was back-ordered, Target had them in-store.

I dropped my phone in a grate in the parking lot. It was extremely difficult to get out. Went & got the manager Greg and he was extremely helpful and so patient and kind and worked with me to get my phone out! Finally after multiple failed attempts Greg continued to keep trying new ways to get the phone out and finally it was successful! They got the phone out without any damage!!

This is the first time i have tried the target super store found the selection of items limited. Tried some of their brand got some garlic stuffed olives. garlic was soft worst i have ever had.better prices elsewhere. Store was clean. Only reason a 2 star.

I like this Target because its more quiet than the one on the other side of town. I enjoyed shopping here on my birthday and getting my birthday Starbucks. The staff was a very friendly bunch and wished me a very happy birthday, having overhead my conversation with the ladies at Starbucks.

Very great target. I have been to other targets and it was TERRIBLE. Starbucks cups everywhere. Here it is very clean and organized. The employees always know what there doing. The employees are really nice and always there to help you for any reasons. There is a wide selection of many many things from clothes to electronics to games to movies to furniture and way more. I suggest this target to everyone nearby.

Ive gotten so used to shopping here Ive forgotten its a super Target that when I shop at other ones I wonder why theyre so tiny! Good selection, polite but not oppressive shopping experience. I dont get harassed down every aisle. Overall great shopping experience.

I went in this store twice and twice I felt that I was racially profiled. I Westbrook the rest room and I was watched. Walked around to get some food but I didnt stay long because I was still being watched. Id give negative if I could. The most expensive thing in the store and I could of bought 5 times! Teach employees be more professional when watching for supposed strong people. Not to mention Id been here working 3 days in front and around store!

The store is amazing, but i will have to say that the starbucks does not compare. on October 13th, 2019 at 12:27 it took us a total of 21 minutes to get only 3 drinks in a line with a total of 4 people in front of of us. Mind you, there were 3 workers who talked more than worked. They also failed to tell us that one of the main factors in the Carmel ribbon crunch, the crunch, was out of stock. Without the crunch it is a Carmel Frap which would have been helpful to know.

Well stocked and always clean. The people are helpful and friendly. Love to shop here!
