Cassie is such a wonderful person and very talented artist! I originally planned on getting a tattoo for my sister and a tattoo for myself. But when I saw the board with her personal designs, I chose to get two more additional tattoos - absolutely in love with her artistic style! She really took her time to make sure our tattoo size and placement was exact and what we wanted. Her space is very clean and she was thorough with her sanitation processes. Can not wait to go back and get many more tattoos from her!

I went here years ago and had a horrible experience. I tried them again, 10 years later and in a new location. I have 100% changed my mind about this place. Jeff is awesome and always so nice to be. Went in with a group of girls today to get piercings. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the whole process and make everyone feel comfortable. He was very professional and everything was extremely clean and sanitary. I got part of my ear pierced and it was quick and painless. Very happy with the whole experience and will be going back in a few weeks to get my septum pierced. Ive gotten piercings done around town and this is the best place Ive been. Bad customer service and not on time people whenever you reschedule a appointment they not there lik for a example Cassie!!! and they dont do color tattoos on dark skin even brown skin theyll rip you off for your money they say they dont do refunds atfer they do your tattoos!! Dont go there they wasted my gf time and finnesse us out our money

Jeff is awesome! He made some great suggestions and we spent about an hour at his computer fine tuning everything. Hes super friendly and did a great job. My wife and her sister were there and we just talked and laughed with him the whole time. Ive been searching for a tattoo that was impossible to find and figured I probably never would have gotten one. Jeff was very helpful in helping me to create exactly what I was thinking about and made it my perfect tattoo and his shop is cleaner than anybodys around. He is the best tattoo artist I could have ever gotten to do my ink and I plan on going back for more. Thank you for making my first experience with ink make me want it more.

Jeff does great work both with the design and with the application. The artwork is beyond great, he positions it to perfectly to fit the body, and doesnt overwork the skin. This is a highly recommended studio and artist! I visited almost every shop in the Huntsville area before choosing Jeff to tattoo the majority of my upper front torso. His attention to detail is noteworthy. If Asian or Asian-inspired is what youre looking for, Jeff is particularly good in this area, and is the best around

I went in with a very mixed up idea of what I wanted a week or so ago and Jeff was amazing at helping me really put it on paper. I had a unique design that incorporated all of what I wanted out of the design in a series of pictures and he was able to create exactly what I was wanting and able to give expert advice on what could be done to improve the original vision. He was very professional and this was my first tattoo. He treated me with respect and was very clear on instructions and whatnot. I ended up being able to come in early today which was a plus. The work was done beautifully and even though I was a big chicken in the beginning he kept me calm and was great to talk to through the process. It really helped to have someone really down to earth and intelligent to conversate with. Im sure I babbled enough to talk his ear off! He didnt seem to mind. The shop was very clean and the work was done very well. I got to see him set up as well. I got a great price for what I was wanting and it was a great experience. I will definitely be back for additional work! Highly recommend if you want an artist that will really put some hard work into creating what you want out of a design or even a brand new design that was jumbled like my idea.

Had my nose pierced today and it was awesome. Third piercing I have had done and all of them have been amazing! Devotion will always be my first and second choice for any tattoo or body piercing need.

Ive been going to Jeff for well over a year now, maybe even two. Hes done two small tattoos for me, and two incredibly huge tattoos (one of which is still a work in progress). Hes patient, light handed, very funny, and does amazing work. Ive had several friends come up to get work from him and they all loved their tattoos as well. Highly recommend him. :)

Jeff was drinking a beer while doing my tattoo. He also added extra things to my tattoo at the end & ruined it. He even touched me very unappropriatley, which was depressing & so unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Im a whiney baby when it comes to pain and I got both my navel and my industrial pierced here! The man did such a great job talking me through it and telling me when to breathe in and out so I didnt freak out. Not to mention the piercings werent super expensive, either! He gave me detailed aftercare instructions and even gave me some sea salt to start out with! Super friendly! Not to mention he wore gloves every time he opened the jewelry or needles. Very sanitary. Highly recommended!

This was a terrible experience. I went with two other friends on a Tuesday night. I wanted my septum, and my two friends wanted their lip and Medusa. They got theirs done first, it went alright. My friend said that she was freaked out by how unsure he was about doing her Medusa. He was shakey and rushing the piercings. Saying he was tired from working all day. After theirs I got mine. The piercing itself went okay. But when he went to put the jewelry in he was in such a rush that he lost the piercing all together. I was very upset and decided that I didnt want him to try and fix it Because he made me uneasy from the beginning. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone personally. I will never go back. I ended up getting mine done at Kreations and the lady who did it made me feel so at ease after my experience at Devotion. I just wish I had went to Kreations first.

If no stars was possible I would give them that. I had gotten my septum done here a couple years back (2014) and I hope that the piercer who did my septum has been fired. First off he ended up almost piercing through my nostril when he did it. Sadly I was not very educated in septums at the time and was too excited to care for the lack of education. He definitely did not properly pierce through the sweet spot for the septum. He pierced it way too high, ridiculously high. To the point I needed to use half inch diameter circular barbell 14g which is ridiculous to have to use for it to still barely show the jewelry. I had taken it out bc i was tired of the trouble finding jewelry that would fit bc buying septum jewelry would look like sliver boogers in my nose. Finally I recently got it redone after debating thinking he got the sweet spot, no the establishment I went to was much more thorough in explaining what they were doing and I told them where my previous septum was pierced before and asked for her to put it lower. She was shocked w how high up he put it considering my actual septum sweet spot was at least a quarter inch lower! Definitely would never recommend to anyone, at least not for piercings. Do yourself a favor and save your money for intelligible piercers who know what the hell theyre doing!For Jeff: It most certainly was your shop sir, I remember it very distinctly. I waited 3 years bc I thought whoever did it did it right, so I never attempted to get it redone fearing the same positioning. Never said you put in a 14g 1/2inch, it was was the 16g you say, however the balls were barely visible unless you were shorter than me or my head was back. Cant forget to mention you had to change the shape of the jewelry to be placed. I put in the 14g half inch because it was the only jewelry size that made it obvious I had my septum pierced and not shiney boogers in my nose. If you would like to see the nice tiny scar left from your piercing and where my actual sweet spot is I would be glad to email you the pictures! Might be hard considering its almost practically halfway up my nose but Id be more than happy to get assist from a fellow mate to get that for you!!

Got my nose pierced here. It was the second time so it was done in the same place. It did not hurt in the slightest! Even though it was on scar tissue it was less painful than the first time I got it done.
