Visited another Western Store in town. Was not greeted by a single employee, was not assisted in finding the sizes we needed. We were not even acknowledged.Went to Boot Barn and was instantly welcomed by 2 employees. Savannah was OUTSTANDING! She was extremely eager to help us locate sizes. She was very attentive to my husbands style and helped us coordinate boots, belt, pants and hat. Savannah is personable and has amazing customer service. She made out shopping experience easy and fun. We appreciate her patience!Highly recommend! Only place we will shop for our western wear.

Love the clothes here but no Durangos in my size and the manager is really pushy.

5 stars for quality but felt like as a customers you cant be trusted cause they follow you and when you pick something out and keep shoppin they ask to take the stuff to the register for you

Sorry excuse for a boot store. All the boots they had were Ariat boots. I asked why they only carried Ariat boots and they told me they get a better deal on them.

I went over there because my granddaughter wanted to be a cowgirl!🤠 Kaitlyn was so helpful..We got it all!!..Boots, hat, belt, Jeans and pearl button shirts!! As, soon as we walked in..we were greeted and helped. And, the front desk help was fabulous too! We left with a real happy experience..It met alot...being my granddaughter gets overwhelmed easy...Thank you, too everyone who helped us!

Great customer service, however I felt as if they were watching my family and I too hard. Every time we looked over someone was literary look at us. I’ve worked in retail for more than three years so I know the difference from targeting people and actually customer servicing.

Great selection of boots and western and work wear. Staff is always friendly and more into got getting what you want and need vs getting a sale. They can order and ship for free to your door if their out or its not a stock item.

I love boot barn. They only get a 3 because they dont carry enough stock. They have plenty of room to add in more shirts. More sizes.

A friend bought me a pair of boots from them for my birthday. I tried them on and wore them for about an hour or two. They were too big so I went to exchange them for a smaller size and they told me since I wore them they would not exchange them! Wow!

Great place to get a good selection of apparel.I recently purchased a nice Carhart jacket here and I annually buy boots as well.They have a rewards program that allows you to earn points and achieve money off of future purchases.

We contacted our bank where car is financed and they have Numerous vehicles that Reagor Dikes failed to register properly. NO WONDER they are going bankrupt. CORRUPT from the top down.!!!! Mike.. you are the rudest most disrespectful manager I have had the unfortunate experience of meeting. You are a disgrace!!
