Ive only been here once. Personally, I think everything at bridge Street is overpriced. However, I have one jacket from here that I love so the selection is good a least.

I return to old Orvis battenkill travel bags yesterday. They finally needed some repair. Great service great products at Orvis keeps me coming back always remember to take your Orvis credit card when you go. Work the sales and with a card do you always get free shipping plus gift cards!

The team that works at this shop is very knowledgeable about local rivers like the Flint and Elk and what works on them. Using fly combinations they recommended, I have had a lot of success on recent trips to the Elk River. Hopefully this shop sticks around, I plan on returning soon.

Nice but way out of my price range.

Strike 9 or 10 for Huntsville. We were planning on moving here but customer service in Huntsville and by far the worst we’ve ever experienced. Orvis was no different I might as well have been invisible

I received a great Barbour jacket from Orvis at Bridge Street this Christmas and because of the wax on the coat it got covered in lent and looked terrible. The associate that I spoke to after wearing for over a month gave me some helpful suggestions and then said they would be happy to return the coat at any point if I was not satisfied. Because of this type customer service, I will always be a fan.
