Mr. Jefferson was extremely nice and welcoming, he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied . Even though he couldnt find the color I wanted it wasnt because he did not try. Our salesman Marty was amazing. I called on Monday, told him about our situation with our trade in vehicle. He worked on our situation for 2 days to get us approved and even got me into a new 2021 vehicle. The day he called with our approval we went in, signed all paperwork, and drove my new car home. Everything was easy and stress free. Marty explained everything to us and even talked us about credit and ways to higher our score. He went above and beyond to help us.

The sales consultant(Elester Ruth) and financer did a spectacular job explaining to me how financing the vehicle works as well as the features on the car, its warranties, and options I could pursue in the future as well. Elester displayed masterful customer service skills, and was a very pleasant person to work with!

Jeremy Gordon is a great person. We trust him. He always tries his best to help us find what we need. This is the fifth car we purchased from him. The young man who explained the cars features to us and hooked up my Bluetooth was very helpful. The finance person was also helpful and easy to talk to.I only wish that there had been a few more versions of cars for us to look at. It would have been nice to have more colors and/or bells and whistles to consider. We were in a situation where we needed a car and didnt have the luxury of being able to wait for more cars to come in.We really like the car we purchased, but miss a few features we would have liked to have.

Brown Bebow is a rude salesman. We drove two hours to look at a car, and we drove it, and it had a few issues. It was a low price and we didn’t expect it to be perfect. The problem was the way he denied it and the comments that followed afterwards. He stated “I don’t care if they don’t get it” “Do it look like I need money.” I just wanted to make sure the problems didn’t cost more than the car’s value. That is not a way to treat a customer, and I am very disappointed in my experience and will never be choosing this dealership again.

Sales consultant was understanding and very precise and knew a lot of information about the vehicle, financing was a short period before I was on the road with my new car!

The service the day we bought the car was great BUT it took them a month to actually finish and get my car paid off. It got to the point of ridiculous I even had to make another car payment on the car I had traded in because it took them so long.

I did notice during my visit that there were a couple sales persons not wearing mask. I also received my vehicle with scratches on the hood and top of the vehicle. I had received an oil change from a place in Chicago, and they had made a mistake with the filter, causing the oil to leak. I brought my car to Bill Penney Mitsubishi and was extremely satisfied with the friendliness, speed, and transparency of the visit. Everything was fixed promptly, and I felt like they took ownership and really cared about the issue, even though it was not their fault at all.

Big Country was very helpful and gave 100% to try and adjust unwarranted expenses on agreement.

The service advisors were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. I will bring my car back to them again. Keep up the the good service.

The day that I initially took my car into the dealership and it was determined that it was a problem in the drive train. I was not provided a rental car until my parts came in, so I had to drive my car back home. The trip from Huntsville dealership to Moulton took me almost two hours. My car stalled under several lights, and the RPM stayed up around 4- 6.

My Nissan broke a timing belt and bent the valves which was a safety issue that Nissan issued to get out of a government recall. The previous owner didnt get it fixed and I was only 600 miles out of warranty. Nissan would not help me to fix the car, but Bill Penney let me trade it in on a New Mitsubishi Mirage and gave me a trade in value much more than I expected since the Nissan was not running. They also gave me a great deal the Mirage. I could not be happier with the deal and the courtesy of the sales and finance department at Bill Penney

Doug in the Service Department was helpful, kind, and prompt today. He made sure to explain all of the paperwork I signed when I dropped off my car to get a recalled part replaced. This was my first time here and I’m glad to say I trust them with my vehicle. No surprise charges and if there is something that needs to be fixed Doug assured me they would ask before fixing and charging me. To top it off, my car was ready the same day. Doug and his team went above and beyond to re-adhere a railing that was coming up on the roof of my car. 10/10 would come back.

Bought a new Mirage, 5 speed ES trim - they were the only Mitsubishi dealer in Alabama who had a 5-speed in stock! Salesman (Jeremy Gordon) was polite, low-key, and not pushy in any way - which I greatly appreciate. Worked with me patiently on my trade and financing.Finance (worked with Domino) was also one of the better experiences I have seen in that area, forthcoming and honest, not pushy on warranties I did not want, but glad to explain anything.Bill Penney Toyota (they finished up the deal at the Toyota part of the lot - it is all connected so still very convenient) also had an Accessories Sales person offer to do any aftermarket we might want, which is a nice touch. I politely but firmly declined (I specifically wanted my base car with nothing on it) and the accessories man (Micah?) understood and did not waste my time. But still a nice option - not sure how many other dealers would willingly install aftermarket remote start kits, etc if desired (has never been offered to me by other dealers in the past).The overall process took a little longer than I would expect, but it was an *extraordinarily busy* Saturday afternoon, especially at the Toyota lot!When my local license office had a question (my trade was an unusual trade down in book value), Domino from finance picked right up and faxed the needed paperwork to the DMV office immediately, which solved the DMVs question.Mirage 5 speed real-wold mileage is normally far above EPA rating, and mine is no exception at 43MPG average so far - just a great and fun little car and a good purchase experience.

Do not go to Mitsubishi in Huntsville!!!! I bought a used 2017 Prius within 2 weeks it messed up I had purchased warranty for the car but they still saidI would have to pay for the car to be fixed. Then when i tried to get a different car they were not interested in helping me at all. This place lied to me and I felt that I was discriminated against for being a women. What they did to me was unethical and wrong. They do not even deserve 1 star!

Our son just graduated and is moving to Huntsville to work. We went car shopping for him this past Tuesday afternoon. We drove the used car section looking for a specific car we had seen on the internet. We found it parked up front, so we parked and got out. We walked around it a couple of times and looked at a couple other cars by it and talked through some of the decisions we needed to make. No one ever approached us to help. Sometimes, on a car lot, maybe that is a good thing. Give us some breathing room, maybe. I decided to go to the bathroom. No one ever even so much as made eye contact with me. There was a lady, in Mitsubishi uniform, walking around in the show room, 2 men sitting behind the counter that never looked up and another dude hunched over his phone watching a video. He never looked up either. And, worse, the video he was watching used the N word at least 3 times that I counted as I walked back through from the bathroom. I wonder if Bill Penney is comfortable with his sales staff and their approach. I certainly know I am not.

So we got sale associate Trey Miller and I have to say he was professional, friendly, and helpful! He was all around amazing but he wasnt the only one, everyone was just so friendly and if we ever need another car or if someone wants to know where they can receive helpful and friendly service I will definitely send them to Bill Penney!!! Thank you all very much for making our experience wonderful.
