Took the car in Ive had for 2 weeks because of a caution light on a friday. Said it was a module. Brought it back on Monday and it didnt get looked at till Thursday which they said it was rest. Drove it home and the lights back on. I called everyday for a week and everyday no return call or they called me someone else name. total gaggle for me to get my new car back the same way I gave it to them. Broke. Week with out my car for nothing.

Ian (Salesman) and Rob (Manager) are AWESOME! I had some pretty specific requirements for financing and they worked hard to make it happen. They also did not get upset or unpleasant in any way when I walked away from the deal and took a day off to run my numbers. I highly recommend you ask for them!

Slow service, bad communication. Previous experiences were very good, but this time I waited half an hour to be told the car I wanted had already been sold and that the nearest comparable vehicle would cost an additional $5,000.Also tried to pressure me into using their financing instead of the credit union I know and trust. My wife and I were very disappointed.

First off, I would have given up on me long ago. But not Gale Davis! She was fabulous. I am not really easy to get along with all of the time yet she persevered. My 88 year old mother was involved to help lower my credit scores and Gale was a spartan. She was right on the money with what she said she could deliver and delivered. I am going to purchase cars from her for a long time and send others as well. I have been stopped twice by people wanting to know about my Fiat. I gave them Gales name.Greg Melbo was also excellent to us and made my mother feel welcome and comfortable in the dealership. Neither of us enjoyed the wait for financing but when we got in there it was direct and efficient. I will sing the praises of your dealership. Never was a big fan of the overall company and have been treated differently at other of your brands. Fiat was tops. Thank you again.

1st experience, brought 500 pop in for recall - They lost the car (literally lost it, no record, had to call them 2 weeks later to find THAT much out). Total time without car for a recall: ~1 MONTH. (Book hours for the job =

I am so excited to own my new 300c. love my new car. I found the sales and management team went the extra mile to give me the car of my dreams for a fair price. Gale was great and was very knowledgeable. Greg Melso worked very hard to make sure I was happy and get me a good deal! I shopped online for my Fiat before visiting Fiat of Huntsville. Hands down they have the best and most up-to-date website in a three state area (AL, TN, KY). Through my web inquiry I was quickly connected with Richard Green. Richard answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and made me confidant that it would be worth the two hour drive from Nashville to visit the dealership.I did purchase a Fiat 500 Pop and as the dealership was very busy the experience took about five hours. Richard never left my side. Greg Melso, the Fiat sales manager, also did a great job of just keeping me informed as to where they were in the process and when Id be seeing the finance guy (great too!) to finalize my deal.An overall A++ experience and I already know that Fiat of Huntsville has earned my future business. Drive down, its worth your time.

As I was shopping online for a Fiat 500, I quickly found Fiat of Huntsvilles website. Not only were their prices some of the best advertised, but they also delivered on those prices. David Evans graciously answered my questions over the phone and by email until I was ready to travel down from Nashville and make my purchase. Together, he and sales manager, Greg Melbo, made my purchase smooth, low pressure, and positive. I am not thoroughly enjoying my new car!

The experience overall was bad. My son bought a car there. He was preapproved for the car before hand. They approved him again and did another application. We were there all day Friday and had to go back on Saturday. It was the biggest mess. The sales man was nice. However the sales manager was not. I probably would not recommend going here.

I was told that it would be 5 days before they could look @ my car. I made the appointment & drove an hour to get there. Once there I was told that it would be a minimum of 48 hours before they could get to my car &, I had to leave my car with them until @ least then. I decided to go somewhere else.

I was most pleased with my buying experience at Fiat of Huntsville. David Simmons, our sales representative, was professional and knowledgeable about the 500 Sport. Negotiations with the Sales Manager were up front and fair. And I love my car!

Being in the military for 21 years. my wife and I have purchased many vehicles through out the county. Hands down, this dealership has the most professional and friendliest staff that we have encountered to date. As we in NC (three states away) and had to fly in to make our purchase, we would highly recommend this dealership anyone regardless the distance they have to travel.

I came by honestly not expecting to make a purchase. Upon taking my new FIAT 500 out for a test drive I was hooked on the driving experience immediately. George took care of me through the entire purchase and Id recommend doing business here. They will treat you right. Just make sure to be clear with what you want up front since it makes the staffs job much easier. Financing department was an entirely different experience, unfortunately, and stops this review from being 5 stars. I highly suggest getting financing done ahead of time as they were misleading with me and outright told me they had tried going with my bank (they didnt according to my bank).

Hello, my name is James L. Bowman III. A few months ago I purchased a Toyota Prius for my daughter, from Fiat of Huntsville. Approximately 2-3 days after purchasing the automobile, we noticed that the touch screen was not calibrated. When attempting to turn on the A/C via the touchscreen, the cursor would select another area of the screen (truly frustrating). Additionally, when the lights were turned on, the taillights and the headlights would randomly be inoperable. We noticed that the lights would be off, then on again.Based on our limited experience with the automobile, my wife and I felt very unsafe with our daughter driving.We went back to Fiat of Huntsville and discussed with a couple salespersons (Mr. Julian Boykin & the sales manager whose name I can’t remember) and the accounts manager (Mr. Don Alexandria). These gentlemen worked with my wife and I to purchase a new vehicle while concurrently not taking a massive loss on the Toyota Prius. I was shocked. Often times, we hear horror stories about automobile purchases gone awry on social media but this was not the case with our transaction. My wife and I are VERY grateful to Fiat of Huntsville for providing the customer service that facilitated purchasing my daughter a safer automobile.Thank you.
