Fantastic experience!! Everybody from our sales person to the scheduler to the installers were great! Brandon helped us pick the perfect stone, came out and measured right away and got us pricing that was fantastic. The installers showed up when they said they would and were incredibly polite and professional. Overall couldnt be happier with the experience and results. Highly recommend

The 4 guys sent to our home today were SO amazing. They were on their “A” game, to say the least. They were HARD workers, professional, personable, and did an outstanding job. We were both so VERY impressed. We have decided that, when funds allow, we will have your team come back and do our master bedroom and master closet.

Poor customer service. Missed deadlines. Over ordered supplies which cost us several hundred dollars when we are on a fixed income. If you use this company be prepared to micromanage your project. Though we were satisfied with the workmanship, working with this company was not worth the end result

The rugs are fine, I guess. They feel like they belong in a dorm room.We thought wed buy locally rather than order on Amazon, hoping for higher quality and to keep our money in town.Wed just moved into our apartment, measured out what we wanted, and placed the order. Our stuff arrived, and we held off unloading many things in the hopes the rugs would come soon. We called and were told that what wed ordered wasnt in stock so theyd upgraded to a higher pile but it would take longer.A few days later (over a week after the initial expected delivery date), I was told they were on the truck for delivery for the next day. I called the next day, wondering when theyd be in. The woman who answered the phone told me our sales associate would call us back. Toward the end of the day, having not heard anything, I called again. The same woman told me that the rugs had arrived, yes, but they were not bound yet. Based on our earlier conversation, I thought shed known I was expecting delivery that day. I was annoyed.A few days later (now two weeks past initial promised date), I got a call asking me to confirm the dimensions. I expected they would read my order back to me, so I said, Go ahead. No... what dimensions did you want?Keep in mind, it had been more than two weeks since wed placed the order. And when we went in with our piece of paper with dimensions, our sales associate entered them into the computer. I no longer had the piece of paper.OK, I said. I know the purple one was supposed to be 8 x 10, I said. And the other?I dont remember.OK, well figure it out.The purple rug, the larger of the two, was for my daughters bedroom. I wanted her to have her entire floor covered so we could comfortably play on the ground, build Legos, etc.I could see as the truck pulled up that the purple was the smaller of the two.WHY CALL TO CONFIRM THE DIMENSIONS IF YOU DONT USE WHAT I LITERALLY JUST TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE?The delivery man told me that my sales associate would be calling me to discuss my unhappiness, but I never heard from him.I wish wed ordered from Amazon. Then we could have had much faster delivery and responsive customer service.

We were quite pleased with the outcome of our new title floor! The team did an excellent job laying. We purchased the large tile because of the area in the great room and used this through out home.

Great place. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont have what you are looking for in the store than they will find it for you.

Such an awesome showroom and people to work with! Knowledgeable about the flooring business and top shelf customer service!

A little pricey but the quality of a local company doing good work is worth it.
