Surprised to see the store is still around! Friendly staff, just a little different from what I remembered as a teen. Which is pretty much par for the course now.

Hot topic has always been one of my favorite stores, and I love the new look! Many of my friends and I all love going to this store for clothes, cosplay pieces, it’s pretty much our go-to for vintage and pop culture items + clothing! 😁❤️❤️❤️

Great staff. Theyre friendly and take up in good conversations while there too. Their stock varies per every visit so check them out all the time for new items on the shelves.

They were out of a lot of jewelry which is what I went in for but they had a pretty good selection Still. This store is usually well stocked and the workers are pretty nice.

I came in today at about 11am. The woman working there was rude and seemed disinterested in anything but her phone. Please hire better staff if you want to make money.

Great store but Always crowded. From Cali to bama tiny stores.

Had a great variety of graphic tees, buttons, pants, and more. The employees were very knowledgeable when talking about the products, and had a great sense of humor.

I wish there was more room to move around. They should give them a bigger store.

One of the better Hottopics I have ever been in. Very well spaced and reminded me of 2006-2010 Hottopic with its merchandise selection.

I love Hot Topic very much but lately they dont have as much stuff in a range of sizes. When I went today all the had in most t-shirts was xsmall, small and maybe 2 med. This is unacceptable. Hot Topic pick up your game.

LOVE HOT TOPIC! Most of my wardrobe contains at least one thing in the outfit Im wearing for the day! And Im in my late forties... LOL! Their t-shirts are awesome and usually on sale of some sort. Most of their employees are very knowledgeable especially on the newer generation items. I have a 14 year old in my life and they are very helpful when it comes to finding the thing she wants :-) Thanks Hot Topic!

Selection of tunnel gauges was very limited but friendly staff and cleanliness of the store was awesome. Cramped as every other Hot Topic but still a good store.

LITERALLY NO ALTERNATIVE CLOTHES. this location didn’t even have jewelry. just very underwhelming since I traveled so far to only leave with one thing.

Basically no matter your mask they wont let u wear it, u have to wear one of their masks, and had to wait an hour to even get in because of how slow the service was because they where worried more about people pulling their masks below their nose for a second to breathe. I see why everyone else in there was mad when they left. Personally never going back, Spencers was a fresh breath of air after this horrible experience.

What in the world has happened to this store..This store used to scare people away but now its like inviting..

I love hot topic they got everything I want. From slipknot, Star Trek, transformers, shrek, marvel, metal band shirts very pricey. But I will return great place to shop employees are friendly and they no what you want . If you like heavy metal and pop culture and anime and Star Wars plus horror you should definitely stop at hot topic .

It is impossible to visit the store without having a chuckle or two from the random snarky t-shirts, pens, and other assorted items. The variety of Funko Pop vinyl figures is wonderful, too.

I went in the other day looking for Wonder Woman items for my daughters birthday party and all they had was a backpack but he made sure to give me a list of places that he knew had Wonder Woman stuff. I feel like thats going above and beyond when youre recommending other stores just to make sure the customer gets what they need.

During this whole COVID-19 experience they’ve probably been the rudest people. They try and dictate where you stand even when you’re not inside their store.

A bit pricey but it a good place to shop for my teens

All though they did have a lot of choices they prices went up and the store is really small.

Do they not pay their light bill? Who wants to shop on the dark? They dont even have goth clothes anymore so why the dark dismal atmosphere? They only carry pop culture icons and hipster clothing with a bit of geek flair. If thats your thing.

It was crowded fully stocked. They wanted more for their stuff then I wanted to pay.

The store is a lot smaller than the one in Nashville and it has very dim lighting but overall its a nice place. They had a good selection of merch.

It is the best store I have ever gone to!! They have BT21 (perfect for army) and BTS posters!! Very friendly employees, amazing prices, I could go on and on and on.

Prices are fairly low but the quality of the clothing isnt high at all so dont expect the clothing to last. The style seems to be geared more towards a younger generation or those with a wild/grunge type style. Not what you will find at Ann Taylor Loft or Dillards or Express. But the employees are pretty helpful.

I being a 30+ year old man wasnt a fan of the store but my daughter seems to love it.

Favorite novelty store! Comic con Hama con and body jewelry by morbid metals is our favorite! Best T-shirt’s and great clothing for newest shows! Attack on Titan Black Butler Even old school, we stay loyal!

Hubby and I enjoy checking their inventory from time to time for deals on gear of our favorite characters. They are pricey but sometimes you can catch good deals on their clearance.

One of my favorite stores. But this one you will be riding solo. Employees arent the best if you need help good luck finding one who isnt occupied

Im pissed because I came to the store in parkway place mall excited because I saw some cute graphic t-shirts which said they were $10 each so I got one and started to check out, by then I found out it was actually $22 so I asked for a refund and the store clerk was a white guy with long hair and he was super rude and sounded like he was irritated with me. So I finally got my refund however I do think they shouldve made it more clear that the graphic t-shirts were $22 and not $10. And the clerk should get an attitude change.

Had a good time, Music is a little loud but the cashier was amazing! He had an afro was really friendly, and funny. When we left he saw Have afro-wonderful day! and me and my sister couldnt stop laughing when we were out of the store. Great experience, will be coming back!

Used to always shop in there for latest band or movie / tv items but definitely not as much cool stuff as they used to have and there has always been Goth stuff which I love but definitely stuff in store is getting into a very dark format aimed at young kids. Bring back the cool merchandise you used to have all the retro gamers and more movie stuff at least youre carrying DOCTOR WHO merchandise most other stores arent carrying any. I can see why they are losing to the internet And definitely need staff to be more aware as well cashier barely spoke a word the whole time we were in there and it wasnt that busy. Was in there last week and that cashier was very pleasant and He was helpful as well.

I came here for my birthday and it was great. The manager was super sweet and told me happy birthday a bunch. Literally my favorite.

My daughter (age13) likes shopping there. Staff always treats her nice and acknowledges her as the customer, not treating her like a child.

I use to spend a lot of money at Hot Topic. Having a teenage son that loves their stuff and you will frequent the place. My niece came to visit and spent over $100 of her own money. A charm she bought broke before we even got to car. Employees refused to exchange or refund the product! Never again will I spend a dime there.

The staff was very helpful and had to retrieve several items from higher hooks. I also told then what look I was going for, and they went out of their way to find additional items not on the floor.

Im a REAL Rocker but I dont care what ya say-- you can ALWAYS find a cool shirt at Hot Topic!! 🤘🤘

Great deals going on today! Clearance, $5 yellow tag shirts, $2 red tag shirts bogo$10. My only complaint was being assaulted with not one, but TWO sign up offers.

Friendly staff. Selection could use some work however. The location is small and may be the biggest factor when it comes to their selection.I reccomend this location for those debating on going or not. Ill be visiting again in the future.

Horrible selection and poor customer service. You can wait at checkout for 45 minutes to an hour and still not get rung up, much less verbally acknowledged. This has happened multiple times in a row. There was no big line of customers waiting either time. Once again, I threw my selections back on the shelf and took my business elsewhere. The horrible music blaring at ear bleeding volume was awful too. I wont be back. Also thought Id be try ordering from their website and was treated just as badly by customer care. Dont waste your time on their overpriced garbage when most of the same stuff is available cheaper online from Asia anyways!

Always a sale going on and staff are always helpful and polite.

My daughter loves this store, and its on par with about any Hot Topic anywhere. Very cramped, but theres a little bit of something for almost everyone, and a lot of things for people who really like to shop here.

Disorganized mess. Cute fandom stuff but you cant find much of anything. FYE next door has better lighting and organization.

I ordered a couple of shirts a for a Christmas present on the Black Friday sale. I ended up receiving the wrong package which contained a much more expensive order than mine but I went ahead and called customer service to get things sorted out. Not only was I on hold for a ridiculous amount of time but the response to all this was I get refunded for what I paid but I won’t get the shirts I ordered and they want the other order back. So now I have no Christmas present for my mom because I’m not paying the ridiculous amount it costs for the shirts at regular price because I’ve now missed out on the sale. What also sucks is how awful the person was about it. I get answering calls can’t be fun but don’t patronize me. I think I’m done with hot topic. I was really really excited to get these shirts for my mom especially at that price but after everything that’s happened I’m done.
