Customer service is BAD! No one speaks and when you call the store they pick up the phone with and do not even talk. Terrible staff and management.

I can go to the mall without stopping by.they have the new stuff as soon as it comes out.

Great customer service!! The guy that helped us went out of his way to get us what we wanted and was as nice as can be. Its always good when someone takes pride in what they do!

There was a line to purchase some new Jordan’s and one of the workers allowed 1 person to buy 6 pairs making everyone else in line to able to purchase

Great shoes I just bought the LeBron 15 I recommend that great basketball shoes if you play basketball and nice workers

You’d think it would be strange seeing shoes flying off the shelves and hovering but I guess that’s normal for associates at this location. Get it? I’m invisible. These associates obviously don’t get paid on commission
