Great place! Organized and clean! The staff is helpful and friendly, they helped me find what I was looking for. Sad they around going to change in spring but happy the staff will stay and be there in the next store. :)

I love your store in Huntsville TX but it is now more like a cheap store. A lot of your tops are so thin. Many shrink a lot as soon as you wash them. You have to much petite clothing. I dont see Donkenny pants. Your prices are still high for the quality. I do love your new home department. Ty. Marie.

Very friendly and courteous staff - which is a major bonus. Slightly better set up and layout than jc Penney in my opinion which also scores points. The only thing making it a 4 star review over 5 is the fact that it is still a crowded feeling store - my purse repeatedly got caught up on racks trying to navigate and shop - so anyone in a wheelchair or scooter or with a walker should bring help shopping.

Love the 50% off on top of the discount found a pair off like was $65 got them for $22

Its a nice clothing store. Its around the middle of the store price wise. Big selection. For men, women and children. Clothes, shoes and household linens, some toys, shoes etc.

The price for clothes has really gone crazy. These stores have to do a better job of keeping up with current market and internet pricing...

Im giving this location a 1, because I was not greeted when I walked in, I waited on a cashier for about 5 mins, I could not find anyone on the sales floor to help me with locating a correct shoe for me, and then when I did get to leave finally after I made my purchase the EAS system at the door went off NO ONE ever acknowledged it, I waited at the door for about 3 minutes. I then walked back to the very same cashier that checked me out and asked if she could please take the security tag off.If I was not honest I could have walked out with what ever my heart desired.

Quite overpriced. Everything was crammed together. I value product spacing and this store left no room to move. It was difficult to look for anything. You have to turn sideways just to get through the racks. I decided to just shop off an endcap.

It was awesome it didnt give me most things cheap but I love it

Im really disappointed in the Palais Royal here in Huntsville. I have a teenage granddaughter and theres almost nothing for her. Finally got her a jacket. Done better at J.C. Penny. But not much better. Ashame to. Palais Royal use to be a upscale place to shop.

Nobody to help you. Had to yell in the back to get someones attention. Then they didnt have the ONLY shoe I liked in stock?! The few shirts I saw that I would wear, had no price tags. Not worth my effort.

My earned money is stretched far at this store, and I love the clearance items.
