Great store, great customer service.

It seems like everything that I felt was a good deal and wanted to buy, was a display item only and not actually in stock. It was a bit disappointing.

Sales associate, Garret was very pleasant, professional and helpful. My husband had surgery recently and when I expressed this to Garret he offered to carry the chair we bought to our car without us asking. Good job .

Printer selection is very poor! Dont waste your time

Thanks to staples I can get some simple electronic devices. Havent had any issues with the things Ive bought which is a laptop and now a printer.

First I tried to get something bound in the print shop. When I walked up the employees were looking at another print job and giggling over it, then the girl wanted to charge an extra 7 dollars if I couldn’t leave it with them for a full 24 hours- she looked visibly annoyed when her co-worker told her what I needed though...Then when I tried to check out after buying the other things I needed, it wound up looking like it would take awhile after the lady in front of me’s order rang up incorrectly so I just left.If you’re able to, just go to the Madison Staples if there isn’t another option in Huntsville. That location is leaps and bounds better than this one.

Great store for printing

They were able to help me print out some things I needed for the dr. that was on my phone.

All my life I have never met any work place with such a pleasant attitude and smooth vibe . Kristin Cogswell offered me service that was over and beyond. I somehow think I could drive from Houston for paperwork. They all are amazing. Thanks guys for an excellent experience at staples

The staff at the south parkway location are very helpful. Be careful, as many items may indicate they are available in store but are not. But you can order to deliver to the store for free and if its not what you expected returns are cheerfully accepted and processed quickly.

The guy that helped me was so nice and went out of his way to fix my lap top. There is a reason I shop here instead of office depot. Just wish I had his name, he was so honest

I do a fair amount of printing here. The print staff is always helpful, and personable. They can handle a wide range of printing jobs.

Omg melody was so rude and acted like she was being out by helping me. I was also charged an additional charge for “express” for printing off something that was emailed. I was charged almost 3x what office max and Office Depot charged me last week. Will not be back!

Paid to get copies of 6 oversized (11 x 14) documents onto a thumb drive. They said they could do it. Left it over night since they couldnt do it while I waited. I requested jpg files and they put them in pdf files. Quality of copies was poor. At $3.98 a copy - wasted money.

Good service in and out fast. Good quality products at reasonable prices.

Sometimes hard to get knowledgeable help, but usually have what I need in stock. Print center provided fantastic service whgen U was in a pinch once.

Staff is always friendly and ready to help! Have not used their printing service yet, but will definitely be trying that soon.

The customer service agent in the printing department was very polite and assisted and educated me on the different services offered and proper use of their equipment.

I love the location of the store on south memorial pky huntsille,AL also the people are great and pleasant to work with.

The lady that makes the copies is beyond rude. Wouldnt stop talking to another person long enough to help me. All she would say is if i was needing copies it would be awhile but i could do it myself. I needed color copies and to pay cash so i couldnt do it myself.

Immensely helped by computer guru Joshua to clean up a 3 year old computer and speed it up. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Third time he has helped us in as many years.

UPS drop off here. Quick in and out. Get receipt.
