Shout out to Tech-ER! My laptop was hit by the recent storms in our area and I needed a diagnosis as to the issue. I stopped in without an appointment and they jumped right on it. Bad new is that the whole thing was fried. Good news is that the quick diagnosis is making it easier and faster for my insurance to kick in. These guys are legit and I will use them again. Did I mention they didnt charge me a diagnostic fee?

I left my laptop there roughly from April- October and not once did I EVER get a call back from them letting me know what was the problem. Super helpful I totally recommend! They replace both my led and screen in my phone AND REPLACED MY CHARGER IMPORT even tho it wasn’t needed. They fixed my IPhone 7+ and they even put a free screen protector on my phone! It costed $80 for everything and I couldn’t be more happier with the price and result! :)

I visited Tech-ER for a broken screen on my iPhone and within a half hour received my working phone and they added a good screen saver for no additional cost! I was very surprised at the speed and quality of work performed!

I went in because my phone wasn’t charging, it was diagnosed immediately and told repairs would take about 2 hours. I left and came back about an hour later, phone wasn’t ready,tech said it was going to be 2 hours so no issue there. While I was waiting a special needs family came in that was traveling through and need a quick repair, I believe the charger broke off in the port. The tech fixed it in 2 minutes and had those people on their way, no charge to them!! A few minutes my phone was ready. As he was preparing the bill, he noticed that work orders got mixed up and he repaired the wrong phone. I ended up with a new screen, new charger and the repairs that I needed being charging port and headphone jack. I was only charged for the charging port and headphone jack. I give 5 stars because I think that he could’ve easily made a quick few bucks off the family that was just passing through and could’ve saved a few bucks by putting my old screen back on. All in all an excellent style of doing small town business.

Great service. Phone wouldn’t charge after dropping in the mud a couple of months ago. They checked it out, phone is charging now and they didn’t charge me anything for their time. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

My laptop got dropped and the screen was cracked and the touch screen stopped working and he was able to repair all of it! He fixed it quickly (3-4 days I think) and kept me up to date with the repairs and whatnot. Had the best prices of anyone in Huntsville, highly recommend!!

Mr. Whitehead did a excellent job trying to work on a older computer that had many bad viruses and hard ware problems. When messaging him he was fast in responding and answered all my questions. Sadly the lap top had to many issues and couldn’t update to Windows 10 so I told him to keep it for parts or throw it away. I then asked him what I owed him for his time and effort and he told me nothing. I would greatly recommend using tech Er to anyone that needs computer or phone problems solved. Mr. Whitehead is amazing! I brought my laptop in for repairs and updates. He informed me of several repairs that needed to be done and that my old laptop could not be updated with a newer version of windows. He then discussed all options available, browsed new/ used computers that would accommodate my needs, ordered the computer that was a perfect fit for me and as soon as it arrived he updated it with Windows 10! In less than 48 hours all of my current technological problems were solved by him. He kept me updated during the process and explained any anticipated situations that could potentially happen. I would definitely recommend Mr. Whitehead to anyone and everyone that is having any sort of technological difficulty. He’ll definitely take care of you or at least point you in the right direction!

Had an iPad screen replaced. Work was quality and timely, even over the holidays. Will be taking more devices there as soon as theyre needing to be fixed.

Joe can repair anything. He first helped me a Publisher program I was doing and had to come to my house several times. He is so patient and his technical knowledge is amazing. He then fixed my iPad, and just now fixed my iPhone. I highly recommend TechEr for any of your technology needs.

“Tragically” I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I bought it from Best Buy and called them for this repair. Could only get it done near the Galleria and it was going to be over $150. The “MD” took care of me same day and for less than $100 ! Extremely friendly folks and I really appreciate the way Joe took care of me and answered some questions for my mom!

I got my phone repaired there and after i got it back the screen sometimes the screen would glitch out and the screen pressing random things on the screen and when the phone isnt in use the screen keeps random stuff.

These guys are great, and not just because of their prices. They really know their stuff and they do great work as they did on my completely shattered phone screen and broken antenna receiver. I stripped a screw in my MacBook and other repair shops around Huntsville were wanting $50 to remove the one screw. I took my Mac to Joe Whitehead at TECH-ER and he was able to remove the screw in seconds, free of charge! Joe is quick, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable. I recommend TECH-ER.

The main technician left and no one else there knows what they’re doing. They gave my nieces MacBook back to her in pieces once she finally got a hold of them. She had prepaid for the repairs. They blocked her number after she called about her computer. The technician who left was instrumental in getting my nieces refund and her computer back. These people are very shady! BEWARE!!!

Excellent, I came there with my phone screen shattered and wasnt even able to unlock my phone. The buttons would go off randomly and I couldnt even pick up calls. after 20 minutes, the people here fixed my phone up, made it look brand new (honestly looks better than when I bought it)

My iPhone XR was just thrown together. The speaker on the face of my phone is showing the inside of the the iPhone! The screen is also still slightly open on the top right. Go to an Apple store or try someone else before coming here.

Not a great experience. No initiative to fix my laptop, ordered the wrong part, had my laptop for 12 days and gave it back still broken (screen was cracked). Maybe this place is better with simple phone screen fixes, Im not sure, i would go elsewhere for computer issues.

Parked on the FAR side of theyre driveway to grab a smoothie at smoothie King, because I had a boat on my truck. And there was not one vehicle in tech ers curbside spaces, much less on the far side. It takes 4 minutes at the most in smoothie King and the douchebag in the ER COMES OUT SCREAMING I CANT PARK THERE. I completely understand if they where busy but in no way was I hurting his income or business... Matter of fact my boat is beautiful and probably would catch someones eye.... It caught his. I would never do business with that kind of person when they are that bored. Go somewhere else
