The cashier was very sweet n respectful!

Employees are rude. Me and four other customers were in line just trying to buy some stuff 6:45 in the morning so we can get to work and the lady felt like it was more important to put lids out than to help customers. Shes very rude!

Slurpee machines are always broken or never refilled. Have been in here a dozen times over the past month and each and every time none of the machines are ever working. So disappointing considered thats what 7/11s are known for.

UPDATE 2021: Stripes is now 7Eleven! A little bit of Austin in Huntsville.Original review: Clean, friendly, always greeted when we walk inside. It could be after 2am or right at 1PM busy time - the employees always seem to find the ability to smile, converse, and generally just be human - a rare treat these days. They keep their cool when locals lose their cool or travellers come in with a chip on their shoulders; they let it slide and continue to move on. Really, such a great place.

Gas station is fine. Krystal was very helpful. But the tacos, bad terrible, server had a very lazy negative attitude. She needs to go find she likes, her attitude was terrible. The guys were kool. But than, she was trash.

I like the Laredo tacos company tacos but the people that work there are rude! They are slow and don’t care about what you order. I just have a bad experience EVERYTIME I come in to this location! If I could give them no stars I would.

We came to stripes just for the tacos and they were amazing; however, what really made the experience was the incredibly nice guy working the taco counter, Larry Davis!! He went above and beyond to make my order of fresh tamales and brought them to our table only to be chewed out by a supervisor for having GREAT customer service! Dorothy began scolding him in front of all the other customers for bringing me my order! The management at this stripes was unprofessional and does not know who to treat a good employee!!! The only reason I’ll go back to stripes is for Larry’s service and his tacos!!

Wonderful friendly staff! very accommodating and easy going. Go out of my way to come here. Nice coffee Baer ave good food, clean and quality food service

Why cant I give negative stars? You know, Ive been holding off on them for years now but Ive finally had the last straw, first of all when they first opened they had some lady spreading words of god. Is that even legal? Dont press your beliefs on me. They food is always subpar. Ive had some good experiences with some staff but overall its always bad. They never greet you, I work in the service industry and saying have a nice day is a natural thing yet when I say it to any of their staff Im met with a blank stare. Today was out of this world bad. I walked in and was greeted with, do you need something? After I pod for gas I went to the pump and clicked regular, the plus nozzle starts blinking, well thats odd. I go in to ask them to reset the pump and Im speaking with the cashier when Im interrupted by BRENDA, who shouts, she cant do anything until you take the pump out of your car. With how rude this is in officially over the whole situation and ask for my money back, Brenda then butts into conversation with, I dont know what you want, she cant do anything til you remove the pump. So I go remove the pump and walk back in, the cashier has then decided to join Brendas attitude train and says, get your money from her. This place is unprofessional in every way and I will NEVER be returning. That being said, if you like being treated bad, I definitely recommend this place.

The CSR on duty at 5:10 PM Oct 3, 2017 (Lauren) was the most rude and brash customer service person I have had the displeasure to meet.Talking garbage about her previous customers TO HER CURRENT CUSTOMERS. Perhaps the service industry isn’t the right line of work for her.With 15 other service stations in the area, I’m all too happy to avoid this Stripes like the plague.

Quick cashiers.

Card got skimmed twice at two different pumps.

Did not like the tacos, got flour work chorizo and egg, and bacon and egg. Did not have flavor. Wont make that mistake again

Fruit tray never filled, workers are just going thru the motions.

No meat on my fajitas and the dude who made em was high as f☆☆%! Slow as hell
