The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I’ve spent one hour in the drive thru. Way under staffed. Employees are very slow, no sense of urgency. Prescription called in before 11:00 am, at 3:45pm, still working on it! Being retired military, I’m forced to use Walgreens. Always had CVS, which was excellent. Unfortunately, the government changes contracts every 5 years to share the wealth. I’m stuck for three more years with this terrible pharmacy.
The drive-thru was packed! Go inside and find where the end of the line is for script pickups. So many people. I was preparing for a long wait when the line moved. The three ladies working had it down! Two on registers for inside, one working the drive thru. All while registering customers for their vaccines. The longest line but the shortest wait imaginable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Really poor service. I waited at the photo counter for almost 10 minutes for anyone to help. I finally called the store to see if they could send someone over. After a few more minutes, a guy wanders over like Im an inconvenience. They didnt have a camera to do passport photos.
The drive thru is soooo slow I have waited 30 min in line before I got tired of waiting in line so I went on the inside had to wait a long time in there I got tired of waiting so I left n went home. Came back the next day the drive thru n it was the same thing a long waiting period. If u call its the same problem no one hardly ever answers the phone. Im thinking very hard n seriously about moving my medication and my sons medication to another pharmacy because its sad how slow they are!!!!
This Walgreens pharmacy Is A JOKE!! Call prior of going to make sure my RX was ready, they said YES. Once I got there Reagan who was working the register couldn’t pull up my RX, she kept saying they never received it. Call back doctor office to follow up on RX, they said they had send it 2 hours prior and walgreen confirm they received it. Got back in line then Reagan was able to pull it up, She just didn’t know how to pull it up the first time I was in line, At this point I had already waited for ONE HOUR 30 MINUTES in line and waiting for her to pull it up!! After they pull it up 20 MINUTES they call me back up just to tell me they DID NOT have my RX in stock and wouldn’t have them until next week!!! This is ridiculous!! Spend almost 2HOURS there literally for nothing, if they would have told me they didn’t have them, I wouldn’t have gone up there until they did!!
Horrible to the deaf community. Unfortunately one bad apple spoils a bunch. I will give credit to the one employee and another customer that was being nice to my elderly mom. However, this other particular employee must didnt know my mom called me from her phone trying to get her to just speak with me for a sec and she was rude, nasty, and disgusting to my mom yelling at her. My mom even wrote on a paper that she is deaf and that I (her daughter) was trying to reach out to see whats wrong with her prescriptions. She kept yelling at my mom like she was annoyed. Lucky for her I live in Irving. Im sick of the mistreatment to the deaf community as a whole and to again experience this mess is sad. Deaf people are human too, they are not trying to cause any problems they just need more assistance. Customer service does not exclude the deaf!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been hung up on repeatedly after being told Id be placed on hold for a brief moment to figure out an insurance issue. Call back to sit on hold for 45 more mins to end up being hung up on again. I have an insurance issue every time filling the same prescription monthly which always ends up being the stores issue and not the insurance. Why is this a thing? Why hasnt this been resolved? There is not enough people working this pharmacy to handle the prescription load they have. FIX THE ISSUES WALGREENS
TRASH!!!! The pharmacist was ignorant, and unprofessional. I had to wait for over an hour for a prescription that was ready days ago. I was given bs excuses as to why the wait was so long, and no ownership was taken what so ever. CVS is way better. Huntsville walgreens is GARBAGE!
The entire staff at this location is incompetent! Expect to waste 30 + minutes in line to get absolutely nothing completed!
Wednesday 2:55 pm called on hold 25 minutes for pharmacy then dropped. Called back for anyone in store. Held 15 minutes listening to same recording saying more than 3 people ahead of me. When holding for first 25 minutes recording changed at end before dropped saying more than 2 calls ahead of me. Customer service sucks!!!
They’re 3 days late on a heart medication I need. Was kicked off their hold line 3 times, waited about an hour and 30 minutes for nothing. Terrible service, what the hell is wrong with this location.
My prescription was sent at 11 am I went 5 times to see if it was ready they gave it to me at 10 pm and even worse only for one of my twins they said that the other did not arrive. In summary this is a pharmacy joke and a disgrace that there are pharmacies of these
17May, 21 - I had my first Covid-19 vaccination three weeks ago. On Friday prior to my scheduled booster today, I got a reminder auto-call. Tried to schedule the follow-up appt... almost impossible. The counter clerk wouldnt do it... told me to do it online. Tried to do it online - NO, I do not want to create a Walgreens account online just to schedule the shot. Tried the phone schedule service.. same thing, no options for booster shot, couldnt even find my info when THEY had already called me to confirm. Very frustrating dealing with Walgreens. I moved my prescriptions to HEB.
Prescriptions are not ready on time. Im told win to pickup and am still waiting in line 56 minutes later and still here. This is not the first time. Shouldnt give a pick up time if not even going to be close. Im now one hr past.

Photo Dept: Last year they were wonderful with this same order. It was perfect.This year - a disaster. Each August I have a huge order of over 4400 prints. (Summer camp printing sets of cabin photos)I did half of the order on the kiosk and the 2nd half online.17 copies of each pic ordered. Stressed how important it was to print them in order. They did not box them in the order they were ordered. They are randomly placed in boxes (2 of this pic, 7 of this pic, 4 of another pic) And now we have 4400 pics we have to go through ALL of them and put in order!! I came back to this store because they were fabulous to work with last year. This year, customer service from the Manager down was so lacking. They just didnt seem to care AT ALL. Sad. I will not be back.

Every month I take my elder mother here to get her RX. And every month they say itll be ready in an hour a hour passes we get in line and its still not ready, we live 20 minutes from town on Thomas Lake road. So me and mom waited today 2 hours! Shes dying in pain waiting right now. I guess switch pharmacies??? Wheres the compassion? Why lie tho and say an hour? My mother is crying now we are still waiting. Yall please fix this somebody up top, go see how they treat valued customers. Shameful Huntsville Walgreens! Pathetic
Picked up prescriptions for my kids. Assistance at pharmacy was excellent. Quick in and quick out!! They were kinda busy but was there less than 5 minutes. Just the way I like it!!

Horrible service the pharmacist Fred W was totally rule and flat out unconcerned that it was a lil before 12 midnight. My son had a bad fracture was I went to get his meds filled and he acted like I did him wrong for trying to fill my child’s meds. He said most people have this at home he questioned my address that I told him that Ill never stayed at and everything I’ll never go back there and he will be reported bright and early in the morning to the managers
What an awful experience this morninging. Its sad when the shift lead cannot stop his conversation with an employee long enough to acknowledge their customer.Great example he is setting there.The entire transaction was completed with him not looking at me...but turned sideways talking to his staff member.Customer service 0....

I drive from College Station to take a family member (that can’t drive) medicine anytime they run out. Well they had one pill left and called me. So I drove the hour over here and she said there was no refill. I then went online and guess what? I refilled it. Set the time for 8 am the next day. Got here at 8:40 and IT’S NOT READY. The gentleman working said he did have a refill pop up on their account, as the lady the previous day said nothing of the sorts and argued with me. Looks like Walgreens either needs a new system or new employees. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Pharmacists name is John, very unprofessional. Talked down to you as if your dumb. Did a great job of making you feel like your not worth the time. Pharmaceutical Assistance were nice highly recommend going to the CVS. Had 0 problems there.
Don,t get your prescriptions filled here they have given me other peoples prescriptions never have it ready on time are not ready at all. picked up prescription to be 90 pills opened bag at home 5 pills in bottle.

After searching all over Huntsville and Conroe for my little boys medicine, I finally found it at Walgreens in lower dosages. When I get there to fill the prescription I had a young man named Blake help me. He went over and beyond. I normally get my medicine at CVS so I did not have my insurance info. Blake called over there and got my info and even told me about discounts the manufacture of the medicine gives. He MADE MY DAY with his willingness to help me and put a smile on my face after the very rough day I had trying to find this medicine.
Pharmacy techs are great. Always happy to help us with smiles on their faces!!
Went to refill my perscription and was told the wait time would be 30 mins. Then again, 30 mins later that it would be 30 more minutes. When I went back again, I was informed that they were out of my perscription that they had me wait an hour for!

Centrally-located. Nice staff. For date night, I stop here for ice cream, popcorn, and a movie (from the redbox outside).
Made an appointment for a flu shot with the pharmacy. Arrived early and checked in. Apparently the pharmacist was to give the shot, and when told I was there she said ok. She was filling a prescription so I went and sat down to wait. 20 minutes later I had watched her fill 7 more prescriptions. She had been reminded twice and said I know each time. I left without my shot. I had made an appt to avoid the long wait time because I am busy. Dont offer appointments if you cant be bothered to honor them. The rest of the pharmacy staff were very nice.
The pharmacy guys saved the day last night. There when needed some meds and other pharmacies were closed.
We walked in looking for ear plugs (dad snores) and finally when we were asked by sales associate Sinclair what we were looking for and he said oh they are over there and pointed to the back of the store. So helpful. We walked around for 10 min looking for them while he was texting on his cell phone. We finally got pharmacist John T who was very helpful and showed us what we needed. I went to the restroom and the sinks were filthy, the lock on the stall didnt work, there was a bad tape job holding the door to the bathroom open, neither toilets looked liked they have been cleaned recently at all, and neither toliets were flushed. When we checked out Sinclair told me to type my rewards in before I even put my things down and didnt even say hello. Im going to SHSU this fall and because of this will definitely go somewhere else when I need something.
Horrible. Ordered photo cards and they couldnt find them. Then said Id be coming back to talk to management and bam they found them. Then.... They forgot to put the envelopes in there with them and Ive been trying to call for an hr and a half and they keep transferring me to somewhere but photo. They keep using the excuse hes got a long line . Well if he wasnt higher then a life he could do his damn job. So horrible

This location is ill manage, the evening pharmacist doesnt speak english very well and is rude. I hate that in an emergency that this the only pharmacy available.
