The online ordering website is horrid and their hours are always incorrect for when they are taking delivery orders.I keep ordering from this place because they are open really late and the cookies taste fine. Even then though, they are super overpriced for what you are getting. 24.99+ for a 6 pack of cookies is ridiculous.Ive also never had a good experience when it comes to dealing with the employees here. I had an order completely wrong and when I called in to get it fixed, the manager picked up and was rude immediately upon picking up and throughout the call.

Completely cashless so expect to be charging your card for small $2 purchases. They also only carry 1 gluten free cookie, so not much allergen friendly options.

This place has warm, fresh cookies that melt in your mouth. Pickup is fast and service is Friendly. The menu has a variety of options to choose from. Highly suggest!

Delicious cookies. This store is a bit out of my way for comfort. They are tucked behind a store in a parking lot and the shop is a bit tiny bit the quality they pump out is worth the location. Definitely a place to fix my sweet tooth.

Fantastic Cookies! I had never been here before but as soon as the door opened the smell was heavenly. Not only do they have cookies the size of your hand but they have ice cream sandwiches you can create with your choice of ice cream and 2 cookies (you can mix and match). They also have brownies which you can personalize as well with chocolate chips (I recommend the brownie with chocolate chips), M&M’s and more!

Tucked away in a quite plaza. Cookies always warm and ready to go, day or night. They also have icecream which i didnt cause roomate always got for me. now that i went myself i see they offer several icecream flavors.

I normally love Insomnia Cookies and I live in the apartment above the store so I go pretty often, occasionally I just crave the icing alone and they have been pretty generous in the past and fill up the little cup they give me almost all the way and only charge me $1.However, my most recent visit was slightly frustrating, I was given one tablespoon of icing and when I asked the employee why there was so little icing she said “because my manager was in the back while I was doing it.” I had to buy more icing.... Consistency and customer service is lacking.

Icing is to die for. Cookies are great. Awesome present for friends or family.

You can customize any sandwich the way you want. You can get 2 different cookies if you want and whatever ice cream you want! Very soft and warm cookies!

If youve never been, you MUST try this place at least once. They also sell ice cream and their portions are quite large which is just great. Cookies and ice cream were a great family dessert on a Saturday evening. The only thing better than either is both and they make a GREAT sandwich! Moose Trails or Banana Pudding ice cream with Chocolate Chip or Sugar Cookie - enough for any taste.

I freaking love this place. Their app works really well, and their rewards program is super nice. All of their drivers are friendly and I know probably all of them by now because I order so much. Its just so nice to have warm, gooey cookies delivered to your door. I bought a little treadmill to keep up with my cookie addiction to give any sort of idea of how much I love this place. Treat yo self to a smores cookie, its one of my favorites.

I love this place! The ice cream and cookies were so good and customer service was fantastic! I’m a night shift worker so sometimes I’m up at 2 am and just craving something sweet. Unfortunately they do not deliver to my complex and parking in front of their store is a nightmare. But if you can find a parking spot they are so worth it!

Ordered a few cookies and ice cream. At first everything seemed like it was cool. After an hour of waiting we contacted them and they told us they only had one driver. We understood that and they gave us a coupon for 4 free cookies with a 6 dollar purchase. After a week we placed another order to use the coupon and the site messed up and said the cookies were unavailable and it charged us for the ice cream we bought with the coupon. We immediately contacted the store and they said they couldnt cancel the order because the ice cream was out for delivery and their only solution was to give us another coupon. Now here is where it gets even worse. We live maybe 5 min from the store and it took them 20 min to deliver the ice cream. Now if it was out for deliver it wouldnt of taken 20 min. So needless to say this experience was horrible. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. It may be nice in store but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE as it is the worst food delivery experience I have ever had.

Going into the store was awesome! Nice customer service and warm yummy brownies after midnight.But the delivery service is crap. It took 50 minutes for my delivery to arrive and it was the wrong order, and it took almost another hour for the driver to come back to correct it.I really dont understand why the phone doesnt call the store. Im sure it would have been figured out faster.

Ordered online around 11:30/11:35. Said would be ready at midnight. Got there a little after midnight because parking around Fry on a Friday at midnight. Stood in line behind someone, so even further past midnight. Didnt have my order. Had to wait additional time to get cookies that now are straight fresh and have to settle before I can eat them. Even more waiting, but they threw in some extra cookies. Got home, gave me M&M instead of the peanut butter I ordered. Your cookies are good, but I cant give 5* with so many mess ups.Also just realized I didnt get a receipt.

This little gem is worth the stop! The cookies are all baked to perfection; not too crunchy and not too chewy. If you top it with one of their multiple flavors of ice cream it only gets better! Oh, and did I mention that they deleiver until 3am and even ship their cookies!

Nothing particularly exciting here. Very traditional overpriced cookies. If you have a hankering for a fresh homemade tasting cookie it will be fine. It was warm and seemed fresh. (We tried the Snickerdoodle) They also had ice cream and a variety of milk.

Employees are the BEST, always polite and act quickly. Delicious cookies and ice cream! Sometimes deliveries take longer than expected.

Great place to experience but I have some major concerns. For one they have a dog running around the store. This is a major health code violation since its not a service animal & was allowed to run around freely inside the store. On top of that there was a guy in there with a 6ft snake wrapped around his neck. This was a major safety risk for my 3 young children who went into get cookies and given that the excitement could of spooked the snake into striking anyone near by. I also dont believe the health department would approve of reptiles in a place that prepares and sells food products for public consumption.

Cute little shop, centrally located, with good pricing and phenomenal cookies. I ordered the smores, which was a religious experience in itself, but I saw that you can also get ice cream to go with. Quick in-and-out, will be returning again. :)

I really enjoyed this place​ the first few times, but lately the staff has been rude, they have been out of stock, and the cookies they do have come out hard.It is also deceptive that they dont put everything on the menu.
