Cameron did an awesome job on short notice decorating a large cookie cake for my son’s recent Eagle Scout celebration. She is talented and so easy to work with. Thank you Cameron and the staff at the Bridgestreet Mall Huntsville, AL location for a job well done!

Ordered a giant dinosaur cookie cake for my friend’s baby shower and it was so cute! I was worried because I had to travel out of town with it and pick it up a day before the shower but it was just as fresh as if it had been made earlier that day. The design was just as requested and it was delivered right on time!

We have used this location in the past and had a good experience. That is the only reason I am giving 1 star. The cookie cakes are done on time and great. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location because an employee was so rude to my husband. We had an online order and the employee almost wouldn’t let us pickup because we picked up later than time it was done. I’ve never had this happen before. The door was open and they tried to kick him out. The website states it open at 10 on Saturday but apparently this location has a paper sign saying they don’t open until 11. I am hurt that someone could be so rude.

I made an online purchase of a round dinosaur birthday cookie and when I arrived to pick it up I could not believe that it was so horribly decorated. It looked awful and I brought it to the attention of the worker about it being badly decorated and she simply said Sorry. I paid 35.96 for a cookie that I am embarrassed to present at the dinner table tonight for my childs birthday. Shame on yall for allowing anyone to decorate that has no talent.June 1, 2021

Thank you for a great surprise I could bring to Ann Arbor, MI with me. Got through airport security no problem and wrapped with Saran Wrap worked great to stabilize the box to get it there for graduation. She loved it and was fun to bring from home... thank you

This Great American Cookie location always does great work! They care about what you ask for, how you order it, and will kindly fix any problems that may come up. Great American Cookie is my go to for holidays and parties. The cakes always tastes excellent, and normally great about last minute orders!

Had a birthday cookie ordered for my daughter and when I arrived to pick it up the store was closed even though the hours sign said they should be open. Ruined birthday! Did not receive any call Indicating they wouldnt be open.Edit: Store called 2 days later and asked if we still wanted the cookie. No apology or any kind of discount or anything like that. Terrible service.

Online ordering is awful.I ordered weeks in advance for my wifes birthday.1. The called a day later to, rather curtly, ask when I was planning to pick it up, it was ready and I was late. They misread the date and made it immediately instead of weeks later, when I indicated. Cleared that up.2. A few days before the scheduled pickup, they called and said it had been canceled, the store was being remodeled. I asked why they took the order in the first place, and she said they werent sure when remodeling was going to start.Sounded like they accidentally took online orders for too long and made a mistake. My refund was not immediate and there was no offer to transfer the order to the nearest store. I understand it if they made a mistake, but its not hard to offer to either transfer or do the leg work to help out.

Went there yesterday and was told I couldnt be served because I did not have a face mask. They were very rude about it to the point that I wouldnt have wanted to spend a penny there. I couldve put a mask on but it was the way they said since I come in without one I couldnt be there and they wouldnt serve me. 10 minutes later a lady went in no mask and they served her. I guess it was my skin color...................

I did a pickup order through the app at 2:36 p.m. and it said itll be ready at 3:36 pm and I still showed a hour late and it wasnt ready and it was a small order never again....

Best Great American cookie company around! The cookies are always super fresh and workers are really sweet! This one at bridgestreet is so much better than the one at parkway place!!!

Never had a problem until today. Order was placed earlier in week to pick up today at 2 pm. It is 2:05 and was told they needed another 15-20 minutes.

I ordered a cookie cakes from here this week. I told the lady that I needed one cat cake and one mouse cake because, my daughter was having a Tom and Jerry party. I wasnt expecting them to actually put Tom and Jerry on the cake, to my surprise it looked just just like them! Thank you so much for putting so much thought and hard work into our cake. It looked awesome and tasted great as always

Usually do a good job and complete orders with limited notice. Today I got home and realized my cake was incomplete. Not a huge deal but also not 5 star service.

Love coming here when we go to bridge street. Always leave with 6 cookies! Sometimes they are so full every one doesnt fit inside and are just squished. Wish it was a little bigger.

5 stars for Quality food, kind people, properly staffed for the timing of season and day (or at least they made it appear to be), and we didnt have to stand in line, long. 2 stars for store layout: The very worst thing about the store is that it is frequented with parents and their children who, like my little family, use a stroller that doesnt fit into any aspect of the store. Also, the doors are at an angle, beside the cash register, but the area to wait in line is extremely awkward, stroller or no stroller.

Order a big order from this store once a year for referring dentist in our area and had a expired coupon... not a groupon... coupon from store themselves and they refused to take it!! We WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.... what is one expired coupon to them anyways...prob nothing.... oh well... Kroger will do just as good as :)

My favorite cookies by far! You cant go wrong with the M&M Colossal cookies, and the cookie cakes are sure to be a hit.The cookies are pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for!

I feel I have to give this a review mainly because of their chewy chocolate supreme cookies. My wife has celiac disease, and was super excited to learn that these cookies were supposed to be gluten free. However, this store either has major cross contamination issues or they are just straight up lying, because about 20 min later my wife was laid up in bed in pain because of this.The cookies are good, but do not listen to them when they say its gluten free if you have celiac disease because that person is going to be in a world of hurt.

My wife always loves when I come home with a Great American Cookie!They are fast and the food is always good!

The venue is small and sometimes hard to get in. The service is ok, but generally ran by high school students it seems and they dont always understand what you order.
