These folks know what theyre doing. They dont give you a run around, they get to the point, and do their very best to help you find what youre looking for even if they dont have it! Beautiful people with fantastic customer service that is un-matched. Period!

Kay Jewelers at Bridgestreet town centre in Huntsville AL, they have the best staff and realize nothing is free in this world. Be Nice and safe.

My best friend and I went to Kay Jewelers at Bridge Street to look at and possibly try on engagement rings. I was nervous before going into the store because I know some places do not like it when girls come in to “play” or try on without the intention of buying. Which is completely understandable, especially if you’re working on commission.But with that in mind, Amy and Mary at Kay took the time out of their day to listen to us, pull out rings for us to try on, and provide useful information. Would definitely recommend going to Kay and working with either of those two!

They might not have had what I was looking for me there was no problem at all getting it ordered and on the way, and got me sized all within a matter of minutes!!

My 7 year old son and I were shopping for both Christmas and my anniversary. The staff was genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable about the jewelry and made us feel very comfortable shoot for something we knew little to nothing about. Will definitely be back.

The ladies at this location have always been so friendly and welcoming. My young daughters enjoy going with me to look at new jewelry and they have always treated my daughters with kindness and offered to show them pieces of jewelry when shown interest. Very precise on inspecting your jewelry and cleaning it.

We have followed Mary from store to store. When u go in ask for her, shes like family now! Thank u, for makin our lives brighter!

My wife and I went in to have a chain fixed that had an extended life time warranty on repairs. The staff wasnt interested in looking it up like other locations have done previously. The manager told us that it was only $35 to fix it so we could pay for it or take it to another location that we had previously. Why would we pay for something that was under warranty and why would a manager send customers to another store? While we were there another employee sent another customer to a competitor to have a a repair done. We will never go back to the Bridge Street location again.

Wonderful service, I wont shop anywhere else. Way better than jareds! Go here first, I had a young woman with glasses and an older gentlemen help me find the perfect gift for my wife. Will definitely come back.

Store was clean....but smelled. When we walked in and was asked anything we can help you with we said just looking. Both girls continue to talk to themselves and never got up to suggest anything or offer additional help. I feel like We were stereotyped due to tattoos and two kids in tow. My husband was actually looking for a ring for our anniversary my engagement ring is too small and he was surprising me with a new one. We walked across way to Grogan jewellers and they were amazing. Sold us a new ring, sized my band, and sold us on a new ring for my husband that fits his finger better. So NEVER judge a book or person by cover.

Twice now I have attempted to write a check and it is an act of Congress to get it approved. The ladies behind the register say that it happens to everyone and they have trouble with people writing checks and/or using no pin for debit cards. Wild! Last visit to Kay Jewelers. Thank you for the rings, but you can keep the hassles.
