Absolutely horrible customer service. Purchased a wedding band on Jan. 16, was supposed to be sent off for resizing. Called a month later to check the status of the ring, didnt get it sent off until Jan. 29, had a whole ordeal on finding the work order, told it would be in the following Friday. Called the store that Friday and got the same run around. 2 months in and still no ring, called and asked why it hasnt been sent back, tells me that its in. So, I go to pick it up and they try to send me out the door with the wrong band! I corrected their mistake and told them Id gladly take the ring from the showcase and be on my way, but they didnt have the ring. Miraculously they call 2 hours later and they have found the band and are shipping it out for resizing. Now nearly 3 months later, several phone calls, and a lost temper. STILL NO RING. Avoid this place like the plague. Take your business elsewhere and have a much more enjoyable experience than I have.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I was standing there 15 minutes before anyone even said hello. Went to zales was greeted immediately waited 20 minutes for a person ( they were very busy) made my purchase there. Kays has become walmart......
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about all the merchandise and all offers. Kei helped me and was very patient while I pick out a wedding ring for my fiance.This store is employed with people who care about their customers needs
Very rude. The lady who I believe is the manage is the worst she wouldnt even get up to greet me. I waited 30 minutes and left.
Waited nearly an hour for these people to return from lunch(sign said be back in 30) Three employees walked back together from lunch. Very confused as to why the whole store was shut down for lunch. Normally people would go in shifts. And then they couldn’t even help me because Kay’s is so overpriced. So I found what I wanted at zales right across the hall.

Horrible customer service. Paid for a repair and was given the item back in the same condition over a week from the day was told to pick it up. Save your money and go somewhere else for jewelry.
I dropped off my ring to have it resizes on June 6th and was told it would be ready by July 2nd. Today it’s July 2nd, and they told me it will be a couple of more days now. I will go to someone else in town in the future, I should have listened to my husband. I figured let Kay Jewelers resize it, sense it’s a Kay Jewelers ring. I will listen to him next time.

Never again! We had my fiances wedding band sent off to be custom sized and then sent back and its the same size.?!??! We are getting married in 16 days and having to use this ring until new one comes in after being reassured it would come in before wedding the first time? Absolutely horrible experience. When my fiance called to see if it had came in they couldnt even locate the ring he had to tell them which bin to look in because prior to this visit the same EXACT thing happened.... so using the wrong ring for my wedding is not what we were expecting! Very disappointed, nothing was handled besides the fact they will reorder the ring for a 3rd time.... 3rd time...so frustrated!
Ive been going to this store for years I purchased my engagement ring from them and a numerous of other items from them but sadly when I went to make a purchase for the holiday season they didnt honor one of the sales they had marked In the display case and were very discovery is when I asked about it, I feel like I must take my business elsewhere from now on after that interaction.

My daughter has been told TOO MANY LIES just trying to get her engagement ring . Which tells me this is NOT a business to go too. Encouraged them to go to Doug Doggate or another personal jewelry shop.Also, called the store & Patty answered and hung up twice.People please read the reviews thats what they are there for. Tacky business operations.The ONLY reason ppl. go here is b/c of financing. But its NOT WORTH THE HASSEL OR LIES.
In and out with my husbands repair on his clasp from his Wal*Mart purchased chain except they tried to get me to come across town at Bridgestreet to retrieve it after Id dropped it off at Parkway so not a totally terrible but semi-irritating experience. Yesterday, however, I called to ask if they could take my Jared-purchased ring (Zales/Kay/Jared all owned by same umbrella company) and resize it for me. They said it would be no problem. Got there and it took forever for them to find my purchase although I had the receipt with it and it showed the date, which was a month ago. Manager suggested that there was a Jared across town and I replied that if Id wanted to go there I would have gone, but I called and asked if they could perform the service before I came. Pompous ass. Encountering a problem and sending someone across town to deal with it is ridiculous.
This is an updated review. My ring was ready Friday 2/17/17. When I went to pick it up, we didnt have any problems and we received a refund for a pair of earrings we purchased but werent in the box. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
I will never take my rING here again to get it fixed. Theyve had it for 2 months. I get a phone call saying its there. Go up there its not. Soamateur going tell me its been shipped from home office. I go back up there 2 days later. And its still at home office. Dont understand why she would lie say its on way back . Still waiting on ring. Irritating hell out of me
