The staff here are quite friendly and a this store has a surprisingly large selection compared to other Thrift Stores in Huntsville. A few of my best finds have come from here so I frequently stop by to see what’s new. I like that they frequently run sales and use the color coded price stickers so you can easily spot what is a good deal.

Great place to shop! We drive a good ways and always stop and shop and always pleased with our purchases... before my grandmother passed away, we were 4 generations shopping this store at the same time. They always have SOMETHING for everyone, and everyone gets a good deal! Between their already low prices, senior discounts and numerous sales, its a store we ALL look forward to shopping at.. you never know what treasure you might find.🙃✌

This is one of the wackiest thrift stores I’ve ever been too. The customer is ok but the store is dirty and dusty, beyond what you expect from a thrift store. Above the clothes here are not typically big girl friendly, I guess Huntsville is slim lol. Why I rated 3 stars is because clothes are typically dirty, poor quality, thin fabric and torn.

Youll need it to try on clothes over your suit.Great selection and friendly staff that do the best they can with the extremely poor policies... specifically NO fitting rooms which combined with a store credit only return policy really affects value. Posted are pics of two of the three small mirrors. And prices way too high. Thrift Mart is our last stop as the value at the other thrift stores is much better.

Be warned. They’ll give you a receipt that’s not even legible, insist it’s fine then when you try to return something they’ll tell you they can’t because the receipt isn’t legible. Absolutely insane

It was extremely hot in there. It smelled stale. Not ventilation. I Dont plan on shopping there again.

Arrived a little after 8 was greeted when I walked in the door by an employee stating that the store would be closing in 30 minutes. I mean I understand that it closes at 9:00 but I was there just a little after 8:00 and thought I might have a few minutes you know time to casually look while knowing that they close at 9:00 but no every 3 to 5 minutes someone came across the intercom to tell us that the store will be closing and so and so amount of minutes and it never added up to completely 9:00. I guess I shouldnt have gone in after 8:00 but at the same time you shouldnt advertise that youre open until 9:00 if youre going to rush everybody out before then. Prices are a bit steep on some things but for the most part theyre not so bad.

They have good stuff, but I usually end up walking to the front, seeing the line, putting my two items back and leaving. The line is always completely ridiculous. Who has time to stand in that? Especially on your lunch break from work. They should create a 5 items or less register.

They have the sweetest workers there. I wish I would’ve asked for their names but a woman and a man that work there were so friendly and helpful. The cashier was beyond sweet and talked to both of my sons like little men. We drove up from Gadsden and will definitely be back.

There wasnt a very good selection of items that I would purchase. Some items were way over priced for being used.

A thrift store with a decent selection but perhaps a little overpriced. The reason I will not be going back is how my furniture purchase was handled.I visited the shop in the evening close to close and I was interested in purchasing an excessively large, 2 piece furniture set. I didnt want to keep the very kind evening employees past close dealing with it, so I asked the nice lady if I could come purchase it the following morning and pick it up after work when I had some help loading. She said that that isnt normally how they do things, but that it would be OK since its such a large piece.I come in the following morning upon opening to a new set of quite grumpy employees. I purchase the piece (a little on the pricey side for a thrift store) and say that I will be back to pick it up. They demand that I take it with me, regardless of the discussion I had with the other manager. They didnt offer to call the employee to confirm, so here I am, by myself, stuck with two massive wooden pieces. No packing blankets, no tarp, no ratchet straps, when its about to rain. I have to run next door to bargain hunt to buy items I already had at home, I had to purchase a duck dynasty sleeping bag from the store to act as a packing blanket. By the time the furniture gets out the door and Ive grabbed these items, Ive already missed a meeting at work. Every employee in the place seems angry with me, even though I was expecting to be in and out to pick it up later. They load up the furniture after dropping a thing or two, and I bundle it up and drive back to work with two giant pieces of furniture hanging haphazardly out of the back of my truck, in the rain.I already paid a lot for the furniture, then I had to buy things I wasnt going to buy because I had them at home, let my new furniture get rained on, and was treated with mild contempt because there was not any communication between the managers. Im not expecting presidential service from a thrift store, and I HATE giving bad reviews, but I am very disappointed with the way this was handled.

I really like this thift store. It may not be the cleanest & maybe dont use restroom. But u can find good deals, 99cent Mondays are the bomb & the cashier is AweSoMe!!!

Its just about one step up from a regular thrift store. Pricing is the same.Only real issue was at check out.After scan two items the cashier accidentally hit the cash out button with her elbow. She was unsure how to continue so she called for assistance. The person who came didnt know what to do either so the called someone one the phone. The simplest thing to have done was to do a refund so the drawer would be correct. Thats not what happened. She had the cashier ring the rest of my items and then add the two totals together and then charge me for that amount. Then she had to go to the back and make a copy of the first receipt. All of this took more than ten minutes and other customers were waiting. (Only 2 cashiers) The other cashier was new.I really felt bad for the cashier. She was super friendly and tried to fix the mistake.Not sure that Ill be shopping there anytime soon after today.

Terrible place of business. Very shady people in management. As a employee youre under too much scurnity by a supervisor, the is dishonest with wages and hours! A coworker & I was issued void checks! Had to practically beg Management for a paper check that would cash! will pay you for way less hours then you actually work ! 72 hrs is fulltime? Customer service is the worst The supervisor will treat customers like theyre kids in a way disingenuous; Very unprofessional, quite unpleasant, the staff find joy in harassing people; Theyve stalk, harass & even wrongly accuse customers of shoplifting! on a weekly basis HPD is there at the store to trespass someone for only reason being the supervisor had suspicious of shoplifting or Mask ordnanceTHIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE TO THE COMMUNITY. Merchandise is overpriced &,Taxed for a NON-PROFIT?! This organization is really a disservice to the community; no one or nothing is treated properly!SHUT IT DOWN!!

Excellent finds and a great men’s jean selection! Minus 2 stars for almost being kidnapped in the parking lot needless to say I always walk out with a smiling face beaming with my great finds in hand!

Adult clothing was reasonable. Children clothes prices were about the same as brand new. The poor cashier was working to get everybody out. There were 2 other employees more worried about hangers than getting the people in line taken care of.

I shouldve known, when I witnessed another customer speaking with management in the parking lot about a poor experience with an associate, that the customer service was going to be lacking here. For my part, they tried to charge my son $2.98 for an item when they had quoted me 75 cents for the same type of item not fifteen minutes before. I was trying to explain that it was wrong for them to have such a variance in pricing because it was my understanding that those items were priced by size, but the cashier started to get a very rude tone and instructed my husband to pay. Her explanation for her attitude was that I had come at her. At this point, we decided that we didnt need the items, put them on the counter, and were leaving, irritated and angry, when the cashier stated shed had a very bad day, didnt need this, and stormed off the job. She told us, also, that she didnt need our business. Shame, because it was my first time in the store, and I will never be back now. Needless to say - you might find some low prices, but I highly recommend the Downtown Rescue Mission, The Salvation Army, or The Saving Way instead. The customer service is top tier, and you are helping a wonderful causes at the same time.

I always find something and at a good price

Large selection, clean store, but prices higher than should be. Whenever I travel and have time, I hit up thrift stores and used book stores. I darted in for a large handbag that doubles as a small briefcase/tote. Shocked to find bags priced $90 and $60, mostly $30, just because they had a brand name like Hilfiger, 9 West, Kenneth Cole Reaction, or Anne Klein. Those brands are not high-ranked designers, and those prices are more than department stores charge! Able to find a cute bag. Paid $13, but I know I would have paid $8 or $9 in another typical second-hand store.

I went looking for sewing machine before I could make it inside the store I asked the young man who works there that was on his break if he knew of there being a sewing machine inside. He shortened his break just to help me and 2 minutes later out he walks with a sewing machine

The store is huge and has plenty to look at. But I was shocked to find they don’t have any fitting rooms. Their return policy only allows for store credit when you return clothes. So I guess you have to be really sure something is going to fit you, or be willing to accept the store credit. They would really benefit from adding fitting rooms.

You can find good deals on gently used items from clothing to household items movies or games. They also run good sales of 25 to 50 % off on the different tag colors. I highly recommend thrift mart if youre interested in saving money.

Went there specifically to buy a DVD player, found one and bought it, and yes it’s cheap, we get that you get what you pay for, but the DVD player didn’t work at all. They don’t test their electronics before putting them on the shelf. Will not be coming back here and I recommend you do the same.

Huge thrift store, I almost always find what I need here. They have little bit of everything. The staff are nice and helped me out.

I’ve been all over the country shopping at thrift stores and this one takes the cake. You’d expect prices like this in California but not Alabama. They seem to mark prices high for their weekly marginal discounts. Not sure what purpose they serve in the community but I’m guessing it’s self serving.

I really like this place. Nice employees, plenty of choices on clothing, yes prices can be a little high on some items. They are a business after all so understand trying to get the most they can.

Long lines, but good deals when its half off. Kinda pricey when theres no sale.

Went with my wife looking for used paperback books. She reads two a week on average. Everything was 50% off. She found some books, but put them back when she saw how long the check out line was. Clear to the back of the store and only one line open. Didnt need the books that bad.

I spend a lot of money here and just because theres no tag on one thing that I was looking at buying not even for myself they wouldnt price it to sell. Theres plenty of other thrift stores in the area with better prices and nicer staff. They can be very rude here.Also make sure you dont go by the tag they put on for size because its been wrong multiple times now have to go back and exchange it. No fitting rooms to try stuff on.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I have called the store now 3 times today to check on an item as I would be driving from over an hour away. The associate refuses to take 2 minutes to check on one large very obvious item that would not take hardly any looking for. I’m only writing this review of my experience due to the fact I was told today I would receive a call back in 10 minutes and never did and was also told a week ago I would have someone follow back up and that didn’t happen either. Sounds to me like these employees could care less about having the customers business that keeps them employed.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life! My son and I get to the checkout with a Monster Truck of his choosing and various other items. The lady says the truck doesnt have a price and they wont sell it. Explain that to a 3 year old. I start to walk out but the cashier is talking to another cashier about pricing it so I change my mind thinking ok, maybe their customer service skills are not so bad after all. I let the last ring up my stuff, $68. Again, nope not selling that $2 truck. A black lady who was supposedly the supervisor, just shakes her head no. Again, really, your not going to sell a 3 year old a truck? Her answer, Im not going back and forth with you. So, needless to say, they are restocking $68 worth of stuff. The supervisor acted like I wasnt even talking her. Great supervisor. I will never ever go to this thrift store again, ever. And I sure wasnt giving them my money today. Im not on a budget, just like to save a little if l can, but having an upset child and a mad parent is not worth it.

Called to ask if they had an item in stock, they responded “I’m sorry, you’ll have to come in and check.”, In a SUPER rude tone. Like why cant you simply just take a walk and simply LOOK? Unacceptable. Will not be shopping here anymore.

My favorite place to go is Goodwill, but the Goodwill in Huntsville is poop. I love this place which is just like a nice Goodwill. I 100% recommend them!

You got all sorts of stuff here: cushions, couch, china, cooking utencils, board games, vinyl records, books, etc. Dont know the quality of the clothes that you find here but rest of the other stuffs are not too bad, particularly if you are a student and short of money.

Good store to find odds and ends, bedding items such as comforter covers and pillows, household needs from lamps to every day screws! Occassionally, they have 50% or 25% off sales with a weekly 20% discount for seniors, students, and military! Usually well stocked and helpful, friendly associates!

I have visited and shopped at multiple thrift store in Huntsville and the surrounding areas. This is the best one without a doubt. Every time we go, my daughter always finds at least one pair of Nike running shorts for no more than $6. Along with other name brand, gently used items. It is very well organized by category and size so no need to hunt for hours on end just to find something your size. The one downfall to this store is that the line is always very long but the employees do a great job of getting us checked out within a timely matter.

I was there this afternoon. Its my favorite place to shop-usually. One of the cashiers was getting ready to count her drawer right before I was to check out. No one acknowledged that I was even there. There was no hello or Ill be right with you. NOTHING! Very, very poor customer service. Then, when the other cashier was ready for me, she only threw her hand up at me. I walked to the counter and she was having a conversation with another employee. She never greeted me or anything. She continued to talk while she rang up my items. She never even told me the total-I just handed her a $20 after I glanced at the register. That is when I decided to say something. I was polite and said that I mostly do not complain about anything there but that the customer service was lacking. I told her that she never acknowledged my presence and didnt speak to me at all during the transaction. She didnt even say anything to that-just handed me my change and looked at me as if I were wasting her time. I tried to call the store when I got back in my car. The girl who answered put me on hold after I asked for a manager. I was never connected. She came back on the line twice saying that it must not have connected. Im so very disappointed in my visit today. I sincerely hope the upper management discusses good customer service skills with the employees so incidents like this do not occur again.

My girlfriend and I, and even my grandmother have always shopped here and used to like it. That was until about 3 weeks my girlfriend and I went to buy some clothes. Got to the front to pay and the cashier gave me the wrong change, $10 short to be exact. I said something and she proceeded to hand me back $5. By that time another lady came up and I said the change was still wrong so she handed me another $1 back. She kept handing it back to me kinda fast I guess expecting me not to count it. So I said something again that I was still $4 short. By this time they were both laughing like it was funny and again she handed me the money back kinda fast and I was still short $1. Had my girlfriend not wanted those clothes I would have just asked for a refund right there. I cant even imagine how many people are screwed out of money without realizing it from those cashiers doing this, and will never be back.

Good selection of clothes, but no dressing rooms to try them on. Im not from the area, so bringing them back within the time required for a store credit refund, is not a feasible option. Changing rooms are a must for any thrift store selling clothes.

I go in there quite often. Sometimes I find what Im looking for sometimes I dont. Sometimes Im not looking for anything Im just killing time and then I find stuff that I really like. I will be going back quite a bit I like it.

3rd time is the charm. Walked out of this place again today leaving behind items i wanted to purchase. 1 cashier and she just so happened to get someone who wanted to get another item from the back of the store. Waited 10 minutes for this guy to come back. Instead of cancelling out his order and continuing to ring up the line that was accumulating, she waited. The next lady in line ended up paying for an item she didnt want because she was just as aggravated as everyone else and didnt want to wait for someone to cancel the ring up. Then had to wait for said cashier to find paper to wrap glassware in. Another cashier finally came up and proceeded to play with her phone, her drink, her jacket, and coat hangers before opening her register. Walked out as she did. This is the 3 out of 4 times Ive walked out of this store from lack of cashiers/service this year and I wont be back.

Not worth going to because they dont price used clothing correctly.. items that should be 2 or 3 bucks are 6-7 and it goes up from there. Their prices have increased over the years unless you go on a sale day it isnt worth pursuing

I actually love this place. It is like therapy for me. I am an old shop-alcoholic . . . and a former employee of several clothing stores . . . but, shopping here, I can contribute to the work of beating the racks, and placing items in order especially in the areas of my sizes. However I am able to leave the work-load when ready. (Smiles) Meanwhile, I am finding other folks expensive trash items that are treasures for me. It is already “dirt” cheap but on Tuesdays, it is an extra 30% off for seniors.

4/6/19 I know everyone has their bad days, but WOW I was completely shocked at how rude the checkout lady was. I have never seen someone be so rude to their customers, even children! This used to be one of my fav thrift stores, but there is no way I could back somewhere that allows such negative behavior from their employees.

Great place for cloths and house hold items. I only go on holidays because of the half price sale sometimes the regular prices are a bit high in my opinion for used, but they are usually of good quality.

Love the deals here. Many of their prices are so low, you cant find the same deals anywhere else. Ties, for example, are a straight $2 each. Also, I have often gotten nice dress shirts for less than $5 each. Same for slacks.

I didnt find anything here and it had a weird smell....?? I gave it 2 stars for organization only. It was very organized as far as I could tell. Items were properly marked. I enjoy going to thrift stores so I thought I would check this one out. Too bad that I found nothing.

It has a large selection of various things to choose from and I love the shoe selection. Also, the store attendants were courteous and very friendly. My concern was the store had a bad stench, it had a bad smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. Also, the store was not very clean, it definitely needed both dusting and a detailed wash down. The floor needed to be intensively cleaned as well.

Me and my wife visited the store on 11/07/2019 and she bought a pair of boots and when we got home she noticed that they were 2 left boots so on 11/12/2019 i carried them back and was given a store credit..we went back a few days later only to see the same 2 left boots back on the floor for sale again ...this should never have been returned to the store for someone else to have to deal with like my wife had to....i returned again on 12/13/2019 to find my wife another pair of boots to use the store credit and only to discover the credit expired on 12/12/2019.....we spent money for those boots and we should be able to have a store credit that does not expire...now we are out the cost of the boots and still dont have the boots.....it is not right that a store credit expires!!....not happy at all!!....i only left one star because it would not let me post this until i picked a star

I come to the store all the time and I always have mixed reviews on every visit. But today was awfully unnecessary I realize that they just Hire anyone. Those two young ladies At the register this afternoon were so unprofessional Basically yelling at some girl and calling her the B word I felt so uncomfortable. If I was the girl I would’ve been offended too that they were even talking to me in such a manner. Not everyone at the store is homeless or in a bad situation everyone needs to be treated as equal seeing as this is an Professional environment. They treat people like they are the scum of the earth. I Will not be coming back.

This place is DEFINITELY NOT worth your Time or Money. Tried going into this place with about 10 minutes to go before they closed to do a quick browse to determine if I wanted to come back and shop further. The store hours posted on the door say 9 am - 9 pm. As I tried to enter I was met at the door by a Rude individual and was told that the store was closed. I mentioned that the hours on the door said 9 PM and that is was only 8:50. There was still time. I was told that if I continued to enter that they would call the police. If this is how Management operates and treats customers, then it is Mostly Definitely not worth spending Any Money at. The place Needs Some House Vleaning as Well. This Really is Not Worth the 1 Star rating, maybe a 1/2 if that.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Thrift Mart! They have the best hours! They are open everyday (yep!...Sundays too!) and they dont close until 9:30 pm! Which is AWESOME! And every Monday is 99 cents day! Whatever the color choice for that day, items $19.91 and less will be 99 cents! You just cant beat it! Today Im wearing a skirt, a blouse, a jacket and shoes all from Thrift Mart!

Horrible! First time I went here and I took a pair of jeans to the bathroom with me and a horrible, rude worker stormed in a told me to get out with that pair of pants... Merchandise was not allowed. I apologized and told her (BTW, I was in the bathroom stall about to use it) she proceeded to stand there Watching me thru the stall. I thew the pants over the door and let them hang on the outside of the door and told her she could have them! She said NO, you have to put them back. I told her she would have to wait because I was using the bathroom. She stood in the door way waiting and watching!!! She is a sick pervert who should be fired! Im still deciding what action to take against her. Had it been my daughter instead of me, she would have her a** kicked. I told the lady who checked me out who was very kind and will let them know what action i will be taking.... BEWARE!!!

Awful customer service! My husband had our 2 year old daughter in the back pushing her in one of the little tikes car they had out for sale- I was going to buy it for her because she loved it! I asked a black lady nearby that worked there. Her tag said “supervisor” on it. I asked her how much it was because I didn’t see a tag on it. She looked, said she didn’t see one and that it must have gotten torn off. I said do I just need to take it up front and get them to get the price? She said no production is the only one allowed to price items in the store. I said so we can’t leave with it, what do I need to do? She replied “I guess you will just listen to her cry” WHAT!!? INSANE!!! I let the cashier know what her “supervisor” had said and she said she shouldn’t have said it either. People, save your time and money! I am praying for this supervisor.

Needs to be a bit cheaper on prices at least below walmart prices.

Great place to shop if you want to buy broken junk and stained or ripped clothes for a lot of money. Everything is dirty and unchecked. Buyer beware!!

So frustrated. Love to look at their books...but when you get the counter who knows what they will charge you. Nothing is priced. Depends totally on your cashier. Would love them to price the books...then no guessing. They already take the time to color code them....why not price them as well???

I didnt even want to give a star at all. Please read for you go here. I use to love going here, had a good selection and reasonable prices but every time I go in there it gets worse. Hardly any selection, rude employees. For instance Friday the 19 of July, I had to be at funeral at 11, so got dress shoes and try get a nine West purse, no price but there was another one brought to counter with me. They said could not sell me since had no ticket come back in morning. Lady asked me like 5xs did I want other purse I said no. Well get home its in bag and charged for it. After a rough weekend of losing a dear friend, and funeral. I come in Monday evening with pair boots to small for my child and the purse I did not want. They now tell me ithey cant refund purse I told them I never wanted it explained to them well u need come back tomorrow.. I was like what. So 2.98 from boots store credit and the 4.98 purse I threw in bin on way out the door. Never will I return again. Thats to much of not wanting to sell items and returning alot to get the go around. Yall should be ashamed the way you treat your customers and return policy and not selling items and making a person come back to many times for the go around. Im so upset, you should have your door shut for good. I never like to give reviews especially bad ones but this is well deserved. Take your $7.50 and enjoy, because I didnt.Thank youMichelle

Just visited this store, not at all impressed by it at all. Ive managed thrift stores in three states and I have never been had a store or ever been in a thrift store that THAT DID NOT HAVE DRESSING ROOM. Especially for what they were charging for clothes. Really jeans for $10. I didnt buy, I found the Downtown Rescue Mission Store and bought NEW YORK & CO jeans for 6.00. And all their proceeds benefit a nonprofit. Unlike thrift town.

I went into the store for a return and encountered a very rude clerk who DID not know how to do her job. When I pointed out that she was not giving me the store credit I was due, she was quite rude and didnt even want to understand. She just wanted to get rid of me. I like going to this store, but I wont allow her to wait on me again.

Great deals on a large assortment of items, crazy amounts of clothing to go through. We shop there about ever week.

Very rude, unprofessional, lazy. The store is nasty. This was at one time a good Thrift store to shop for good deals and be treated like you matter. Management needs to be replaced because your staff will act anyway that you let them.

In my experience, management lacked professionalism, hospitality and basiccustomer service skills. Most staff members lacked respect for thecustomers as well.Also, the shopping environment was very warm and unclean. While I stood in line (sweating), I saw a very large cockroach on the floor.Will gladly take my business elsewhere !!!

As soon as I walked in I spotted a deal! That, along with my expert thrifting friend, drew me in further. Im not patient enough to shop thrift stores because thr general disorganization is off putting. I saw great items in one section (Im not revealing where ;-)). Ill be back on Sunday.

The prices are too high unless they are on sale. They are FOR PROFET. Everything donated to them by well meaning people is sold and the money goes in the owners pocket, not any charity, the same for Goodwill. You would be better off donating to the Downtown Rescue Mission, keeping the money in our area a d helping the needy here.

Higher prices than typical thrift store prices. Funky smell - always - but I guess its expected in some ways. Staff (cashiers) - can re real rude - and use foul language talking to each other - with customers in line and not caring one bit. Overall customer service needs improvement and lower prices. Its a FOR PROFIT store that gets alot of free donations - the prices could be waaay better. They do however have frequent sales.

I actually just left this store furious. I actually found a blue/white item I loved but no price was on it. So I wait in an extra long line to finally get to a check out girl and tell her and she tells me well you cant buy it. Kind of laughing I said “ohhh, ok! Hahaha” and she says “Im being for real”. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was no way I could buy it. It must have skipped through the inventory guys. LOL I have never been to a thrift store and told they cant just give a price on it. Half the store didnt have tags on them and 1 plate set was $75!! I laughed and said it’s hilarious you guys think this is an opulent antique store. I wont be returning.

I came into the store (April 7th) and spent $41 and some change. My boyfriend handed the lady a $100 bill. The register said she owed us a little over $58, yet we only got handed $48. Told her that that wasnt correct n she owed us $10, so she calls another lady over to open the register. Proceeds to hand us a $5 bill. Once again, we told her it was wrong. So she reaches back in the cash register n hands us a $1 bill. All the while theyre both laughing. Very rude. Unprofessional. I understand mistakes happen. However THAT was NOT a mistake. I love this store. Spent a bunch of money in this store. However, I will NOT be back. Yall will not get one penny from me ever again. Ive informed a bunch of people of what happened. N to my surprise, Im not the only one its happened to. Nowhere near the only one. We bust our asses daily for the money we have. I dont appreciate somebody trying to steal from my family. I cant even imagine how many people get their hard earned money pocketed by your employees. What has made this situation even worse, is I messaged them on Facebook. They read it, never responded. So I tried to message again, n surprise surprise Im blocked. So I will be calling tomorrow and I promise you Im not going to be as nice as I once was.

If I could give less than one star I would. Merchandise is overpriced. Nonetheless, I selected several items to purchase, take it to the counter and the woman who is supposed to ring me up is completely rude. Huffs and puffs because she has to check me out and then proceeds to answer her cell phone and step away while Im waiting to check out. By the time her phone call is over, she comes back, is still rude, and hasnt even rung up one item of my purchase so I calmly tell her that Ive decided not to purchase anything, but thanks anyways. She starts cursing me out. I KID YOU NOT! This store will never get any business from me, though I TRIED my best to give it to them! Hire workers with better attitudes, or that can at least do the minimum and successfully do their job and refrain from cursing at patrons.

First off, Im a regular customer on a daily basis there, I think melissa (cashier) Jackie (hanger) brenda (miscellaneous) Robin (cashier) I love them all to death they are great!!! The prices are and can be a bit overpriced for it to be donated items. I think the prices need be lower and it doesnt matter what the price of it was when it was new, or what the internet says......its no longer new.And the shoe lady, as rude as she is to customers & employees shouldnt be aloud to work with the public, we are the reason you get a pay check. She needs to be put in check, shes no boss so someone needs step up and quit being scared to do so. I have worked as a waitress 25 yrs and I know better!!! Customers are right in some cases, but not all.Your personality is as dirty as the bottoms of the shoes you be putting out.

Big store with a large selection of clothes and other things like armchairs, lamps, books, carpets, wedding dresses, and more!

Nice clean friendly. Lots of books. Lil pricier than Montgomery area but cost of living may account.

They have some great deals for the prices.
