I ordered windows for my whole home in March of 2021. The salesman told me they would be in no later than June. I never heard from them, so I started calling weekly. No one could tell me where my windows were or when they would be in. After calling weekly for 3 months the windows finally came in (no one from the company called to inform me of this, they just happened to notice it on my weekly call). The soonest they could install was a month away. I took the date and had to take off work for the install. The day before at 3:00 they call my husband to inform him they were not coming due to job continuation. By this time I am very very frustrated because it has now taken 6 months to get the windows. The customer service agent then tells me that I will have to wait another 2 weeks to get them installed. I proceed to tell her that this situation is not right for my install to have to go to the end of the line for their mistake of not finishing a job. She tries to make me feel better by telling me “well you’re not the only one who got their appointment canceled”, which only frustrated me more. I have been MORE than patient with this company. I am now awaiting my appointment 2 weeks away and will have to take another day off work.Updated to add: They cancelled on me again for job continuation and could get me in a week and a half later. I have asked to speak with the manager for a week now and can’t get them on the phone or a return call.
Caulk everywhere, even on the casings of the windows. The inside is still missing pieces. Pieces of glass everywhere along with aluminum. What ever didn’t fit they filled in with caulking and pvc filler. Good luck trying to get them to respond. They say they stand on their windows?? Only till they get your money. Will never use again. Lesson learned. Since this was posted I’ve heard from Window World and of course when you ask for some off the bill, I never hear from them.
The Window World Team is awesome to work with. The office kept us informed without having to call them about when the windows would be in. The installation team was professional, early, hard working... they installed our 22 windows in one day! Amazing 👏
UPDATE: we got the windows installed late July. Awesome. Well 3 screens came damaged- no biggie they were bent a bit. Man came out last Thursday 10/28 to replace those. He only replaced 2 because another one was yet again damaged in shipment. Again no biggie. I went outside to look at the one he replaced in my front window and it is absolutely not the right size. Get it together window world. If I knew it wasn’t the right size he most definitely knew and just left it and hurried off. Now I will have to wait another 3 months with a screen 1 inch too big on my front window.Having the same problem as everyone else it seems. Got a quote beginning of March, signed the contract March 12th was told 8-10 weeks. We have tried to call window world 5 times with no answer. When we finally got an answer all they told us was they didn’t know when they would be able to install they had no date yet. We have tried to contact them twice this week alone, once calling the corporate office only to be transferred back to Huntsville and start from square one with no information. Really wanting to just cancel our contract at this point. This has been the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
Professional, timely installation, once the windows arrived. Ordered during Pandemic, and getting the windows was backlogged. But that being said, the techs were great. No complaints.
Window World has been amazing! The process from start to finish was ideal. Like everything in 2021, it was a little longer wait than I wanted...But given this new climate we live in it is expected. I appreciate my salesman Miltons honesty and setting a realistic expectation level, and follow ups with my questions and concerns.The windows are beautiful, and I love my new electric bill. I havent had the opportunity to use their lifetime warranty yet...but thats a good thing.

Window World has a customer service problem. I would not use this company. I have reached out several times to try and address problems with our install. Six month plus delays. Showing up with the wrong sized windows, then expecting me to just accept their solution, without fully discussing it. The windows are lower quality than we were sold on. Some are bent warped, and some lock mechanisms are either cumbersome, or dont line up. Installers were great, but only showed up with a partial order. No communication when you call and leave a callback. No ability to enter the showroom to discuss. This went from a reputable business in town to one I would not recommend to my worst enemy. The owners should be ashamed of how far this company has fallen.
A 1-star rating because less than that is not a choice! Such a poorly ran company who loves to hide behind Covid-19 for excuses.Strong reasons to look elsewhere before purchasing!I would have hoped that this review would be about the windows and if I was pleased with the installation, unfortunately I can not comment on that since we have not received them (or the doors).Windows were ordered on March 16, 2021 with estimate of 14-weeks to receive and install. I received a call from the Huntsville office on June 5, 2021 stating that they were in production and I would receive a call back when they arrived at the Huntsville warehouse. I inquired at that time for the definition of in production but the person on the other line did not know if that meant scheduled or actively being made. I called the Huntsville office on July 29, 2021for an update (now 19-weeks after order placement & 5-weeks past the initial estimate) - they could not give me a date they would be delivered. I then called the Sales Consultant, Milton, to inquire about better information. Milton attempted to receive information and was able to get me put on the schedule for a September 13, 2021 install date (25 WEEKS AFTER ORDER DATE & 11 WEEKS AFTER INITIAL ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS ALREADY PADDED DUE TO LABOR CHALLENGES). Keep in mind that the windows are made and sitting in the factory warehouse.Now, reason given for such a large delay is that they can not get trucks however I have found that trucks are available if they are paid for what the market demands. Our home is about to go up for sale and it appears it will be without windows - seems I will be making the final payment for the windows after someone else has bought the home, that is extremely inconvenient and I would say will cost me money in final sell price of the home. Perhaps that loss is something to consider recouping through litigation.
We havent made our final decisions yet, but our consultant Cody was extremely helpful and professional in helping us identify our options. He asked all the right questions and seemed very knowledgeable and willing to spend time talking with us. I will come back here!
Window World has replaced all of our windows. We could not be happier from the Rep (Milton) to customer service to the installers. The quality is excellent and the installers were hands down terrific. I highly recommend Window World. The lifetime warranty is a great perk as well.
Would definitely use again and recommending to my friends and neighbors. My salesman Melvin was professional and courteous. It took about 3 months to get my windows but they are beautiful. I feel like they went out of their way to accommodate all my special needs.

We are having a couple of issues with WW.Our first issue is with the installation of our garage entry door. Our entry door faces the West and any time it rains with Westerly winds we are mopping up water. A lot of water. Daylight shines through the top, the left side and the bottom of the door when the sun is in the West. We scheduled our second inspection to verify the improper seal back in March 2021. WW had already came out to repair our door once. After the inspection we were told someone had been scheduled to repair our door in three weeks. We did not hear from WW for 4 months and decided to call for a status. It turned out we were never placed on their schedule to have our door repaired. After being placed on their schedule we have been rescheduled three times (today being the third time), each time adding another 3 weeks of waiting.Our second issue is receiving and installing our rear screen and entry door. We order our doors in February 2021. Around the first week of August we called for a status and learned they had our doors on-hand for a week. I can only imagine if we would still be waiting on a call from WW if we had not checked on the status. We are scheduled to have our doors installed next week, but we are 100% certain this is what going to happen...we will receive a call to verify our appointment then receive a call the next working day to reschedule. This seems to be the norm.We are truly disappointed with WW. We went with WW to replace our doors due to our extremely positive experience with WW installing all our windows. We called and removed our names from their schedule for our appointment to order and replace our front entry door (our last door needing replaced). We were hoping to do business with WW for our garage doors as well. Unfortunately we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Window world of Huntsville has been my go-to for economical window replacement. Milton is always prompt scheduling my estimates- and easy to reach if there are questions or concerns. Excellent customer service - and a lifetime warranty makes me a happy customer!
In October 2020 we contracted with Window World to enclose our back patio and paid 50% down. It is now September 21, 2021, and we still dont have the patio enclosed. After many months of waiting they showed up to install and almost everything on the order was wrong. It took months working with Window World to order the correct sizes. They kept trying to order smaller windows than we wanted. We finally got it straightened out after numerous calls and texts. When the windows came in they wanted to do a partial installation because one of them was broken. We refused to let them do that. Pick anyone but Window World.

I noticed that one of my windows had malfunctioned. It was rusted in the bottom. I called and ordered a replacement. I was told that it would take 3 to 4 weeks for the replacement to arrive. I set the date for the window to be changed. I receive a call from Drew and he came to change the window. He was more than professional and came when he said he would. I’ve always had good service from Window World. I had my windows installed approximately 10 years ago.

The guys installing our new board and batten siding were very professional and did an amazing job! I would recommend them and also use them again myself!

Update! 31 weeks... They installed most windows but 1 came broken and 2 others were made wrong so at 31 weeks the job is not complete!!!Tomorrow makes 17 weeks since we signed the contract for window replacements. I called Ross the sales person who tells me he has no updates and there are delays. Ross told us originally it would be 12 weeks. Looking at the contract expected delivery is 6-8 weeks. Where are my windows! Ive called the Huntsville office as well and they dont know either. I am writing this review in hopes someone from Window World will see whats going on. 17 weeks we have been waiting....Update: I just received a call from the corporate office. I was told that they spoke with a family member to let them know that they had stopped the production of windows, Funny story because my cell is the only number on file! Corporate has no idea either on time frame. The only way to get a response is apparently posting on google.Update: Week 19 and no windows! I received a voice mail yesterday that my windows are in production. Its been 19 weeks! When will they be ready? What is the time frame for install? The number that they left to get more information you are placed on hold then your disconnected.21 weeks no windows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The salesman was awesome with explaining the products and getting me signed on contract, But after that it has been a nightmare. Noone calls with production updates, i have to call for any update and everytime i call i get different dates further and further out. My date now is 4 months out from the order date and thats just when the windows will come in. Not to mention the wait for installation. So i see it being mid winter with my house opened up and my electric bill will be sky high.UPDATE #1- The GM contacted me trying to make things better and was able to find my storm door and had it installed asap. Unfortunately, the door is damaged and has to be reordered (another 6-8weeks) and the door did not come with the handle i ordered.. actually it didnt come with a handle at all. 💁🏻♂️ I have made contact 3 times to figure what they are going to do about the handle with zero information or even a plan as to when i will see a handle. O, and still no patio door & windows. Will update after they come in as well.Update#2- 12/5ish give or take a day or two. Door handle finally installed. 🤦🏻♂️ I was scheduled to have my windows and patio door installed tomorrow on 12/18 and just received a call saying it will be another week or two as they did not receive everything needed to do the install. I was informed that a manager was supposed to either go to Birmingham or was coming from the Birmingham store and was supposed to bring whatever they needed but failed to do so.*Note- I am getting extremely frustrated with this situation at this point.
From the sales interview right down to the install this company has the absolute BEST employees! Brock was the original reason we decided to go with Window World after seeing 4 other company presentations! He was so professional, kind and responsive that we just knew we would have the best experience with this company! Customer service was also very on top of the game. We were kept updated on the progress of our install throughout our wait time. Covid did affect the time in which the install took place (6 months) however we wanted a specific exterior color too so that was also a factor in time. The whole install took 6 hours total to install, trim out and clean up a large 2 story home, impressive to say the least. All the team was courteous and 100% professional. Nash 1 crew did an excellent job installing 18 windows in our sunroom. Very professional. The crew leader analyzed outside the box to overcome some oddities in our project, always gaining our approval for his ideas. Which all worked out great and the results were better than anticipated. The 5 month wait for the windows, Im guessing, might have been related to Covid effects. That was not anticipated, as we were told when we ordered them in Feb 2021 that it would take 8-10 weeks.
Window World has failed at essentially every aspect of their business.Our previous homeowners chose window world to replace two windows and a sliding glass door as part of closing on our house. Eight week lead time turned into 24 weeks, with no updates on lead time or notification that the door and windows were complete. The window was installed without issues but a one day installation turned into three days. The sliding glass door delivered was supposed to be a left fixed panel but a right fixed panel was delivered. It was installed as a left fixed panel but needs to be replaced because of exposed holes in the fixed panel frame on the outside. Its been 2 weeks so far and I still cannot get the project manager to return my calls to answer a couple questions before ordering new panels. You can only speak to sales receptionists at their main number who cant answer some questions.
I needed my windows updated, the staff here were phenomenal. Especially a young man who went by the name of Cody. He was incredible when answering all of my questions, and was very professional throughout the entire process.
This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. It has been over a year since our original order and our installation and windows are still not correct! No one responds unless you initiate the process and you still get no resolution! Do NOT use this company unless you want to throw a large amount of money away for a shabby product and service.
In 2017 I had the Window World install new windows on my home and was very pleased, so in 2020 I decided to put new siding and gutters on my house. The siding and gutters job didn’t go so well, it took them a year to complete the job. So many things went wrong and I’m still not pleased with the work that was done. I would not recommend the Window World find another company.
Recently had Window World replace 19 windows in our home and could not be happier! They look great, outside noise is greatly reduced, and hoping to reap rewards with utility savings! Would highly recommend using WW!

Cheapest price in town, and you get what you pay for. Ordered windows, siding, and gutters. All were installed by different subcontractors. Siding installer was the worst of all of them. The quality of install was wanting, and they didnt clean up after they finished. Found four razor blades in the yard, all of the metal trimmings were left strewn all over the yard and roof, and it looks like they spilled a bucket of nails in the driveway and left them there. Would recommend their windows, but definitely not their siding.

I ordered the window last October, repeated calls gave no update until late March when they called to say they broke the window the morning of install and would have to build a new one. It is now July and today is number five of taking the day off to have it finally installed only to have them call the morning of and say they arent coming or simply not show up. Its impossible to even get someone on the phone to cancel it and just get a refund. Avoid business with this company.
Update May 21:I filed a complaint with the BBB and the next day, Window World called to move up the installation date to May 13. They did complete the installation to our satisfaction on that day. My recommendation is to file a complaint with the BBB if you want a response from WW.UPDATE April 28:We were rescheduled from April 7 to April 29. We just received a call that now they are rescheduling us to MAY 20TH. We asked to speak to a manager but were told someone would get back with us. Folks, they dont need any new business. They cannot serve the customers they already have.Original April 7th posting:We ordered replacement doors last November. Paid half the amount due. We were told they would be in mid-February. We called to check on them at the beginning of March and were told They came in two weeks ago - someone should have called you. They scheduled the installation for April 7 . They called the day before and said they were running behind on an installation and had to move us to the back of line - April 29. We asked for a guarantee of April 29 or we wanted a discount. They said no guarantee and no discount. Clearly they have more work than they can handle, so I wouldnt give them any more business.
Had an appointment scheduled. They called 2 days before and verified appointment. Stayed home from work to meet with representative. No one bothered to show or call. Had to call them and they said, it was a scheduling problem..
Sounds like this review is same song different singer. Ordered windows from onsite quote on February 10th 2021. Salesman did a good job very knowledgeable and helpful. But as past posts that is where it stopped. Was told, due to Covid, normal lead time of 8-10 weeks would be more of 10-16 weeks. Received call in mid April 2021 stating install would be around end of May 2021-first of June 2021. This was right on timeframe given.Received a call on May 26th 2021 stating the house the crew was short handed and I would have to be rescheduled to June 28th (19 weeks). Received another call on June 26th stating due to severe wood rot at a current house I would have to be rescheduled for July 13th (22 weeks). Now today July 12th, due to weather, I am being rescheduled for July 27th (24 weeks).I told the lady at the Georgia location I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a full refund of my deposit I paid on Feb. 10. She said since the windows were already ordered I could not get a refund and that per the contract it could not be canceled. So I cannot cancel the contract because windows are ordered, but I have not received any windows almost 10 weeks after the agreed upon timeframe.I could have already gotten windows installed by a local installer, but chose Window World due to....... Dependability. They have $2700 of my deposit and I still have no windows. I have had to take off work three times and then had to reschedule time off.....This seems like a continual problem. I should have checked reviews before ordering.If you are a review checker.... DO NOT ORDER from this company. Find someone else.

If you are thinking of using this company DONT. I have been waiting since March to get my windows installed. They said it would be 8 weeks before install. Every time I call they give me another excuse. Im paying cash so I have already given them a non refundable 1/2 of the money. I gave them until the first of September then my attorneys get involved. They have done my neighbor the same way. They dont have their windows either.
Ross is awesome! He came out for demonstration on window replacements and vinyl siding installation. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He knows how customers should be treated and does just that. He kept in contact with me throughout the process. He answered any questions or concerns I may have had. The windows I had replaced look great. I am very pleased. I am just waiting on installation of vinyl siding. If you need windows, doors, vinyl siding, etc. I highly recommend Window World of Huntsville. Don’t forget to ask for Ross!!!!
Would give less if I could. Have been waiting since Aug 2020 for windows. Some were installed Dec 2020. Measurement for 2 were incorrect and was told they would be reordered. Call in January for status and they had not been reordered. Project manager came out to re-measure and I was told order was just being placed. Called last week to check status and they are sending out another project manager to measure once again as Windows still not order. The 2 windows are part of a group of 4 so I am waiting for 4 windows to be installed. August 2020 to March 2021 and still waiting.
Window World of Huntsville, AL installed all of my lower level windows and did a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. Everything was perfect. I liked what they had done so contacted them for an additional replacement window and Ross came out and gave me an exceptional price on a high quality window. He didn’t pressure me, but did take the time to ensure I had all of the facts and the best price out of all the companies I had received quotes from. He was a GREAT representative for the company and I’m glad they sent him. Highly recommend Ross and WindowWorld.
They arrived early and got to work right away. They explained what they were doing and moved quickly. Super friendly and were done within 2 hours. I have three dogs and they worked around them without issues. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house looking better than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great value and I can already tell my house is more efficient.
Window world called the day before they were supposed to install after the installation is already 6 weeks past due to reschedule another month later. I understand Covid has caused delays so the first 6 week delay, understandable but to call the day before and reschedule out for another month, highly disappointed. At this point what do you do, already waited since January. To start the process over with another installer puts the project further behind schedule and they know this!

No one spoke to us as we entered in the building, actually thought the place was deserted. As far as the showroom goes, basic windows to look at. Finally realized someone was behind the service desk, took some effort for the woman to get up and walk over to where their brochures were. We’re told that all their windows were custom built, No invitation to sit down and discuss prices or the process. Customer service was non existent. We have a house that is needing all replaced, that’s 8 exterior doors, and 21 windows, including a seated bay, and numerous floor to ceiling awning windows. What a shame.
Very unprofessional. Installers have rescheduled at least 4 times. Often they dont even bother to call to say they arent coming. Customer Service does not respond to calls. Do not buy anything from thes people.
I ordered my 3 windows in October 2020 and today is 1/22/2021 where are my windows. I call and it’s like well they are still making them . So they gave me 2/15/2021 that they should be here hopefully!!! I am supposed to be ordering 4 more windows after I see how these look . Scary!!!!Today is March the 1st 2021 and still not received my windows. I did request my money back but said my 30 days was up . It rained off and on lightly so my appointment was changed . Next date is March 15 .
Less than one star! Its been a year and I still dont have a door! I have asked to speak to the owner over and over again and repeatedly keep getting told No you cannot speakto the owner! I think the owner should know what his employees are doing. I ordered a complete door. Frame, side lights, and door...as one unit. I paid for half of it already. Window World has parts that they need to sell in their inventory. So instead of ordering what I picked out in the Window World Catalog, they only order what they needed to go with what they already have in their inventory! I believe this may qualify as a bait and switch. I mean, shouldnt I get what I paid for? I ordered a door package with a unit/sqew number. Window World has now come 3 different times and all 3 times it hasnt worked, the 1st time. There was no Frame ordered, (how do you order a unit as a whole and have only part of it come in?), the 2nd time it was 2 I inches to short, the 3rd time they said 2 different things (a) it came in- in the wrong color and were having to get it redone (I asked to see it to see if I liked the color or if I might be able to repaint it myself)thats when she said, (b) it actually never got ordered because we didnt know what sidelights you wanted. ( if I ordered a complete unit out if their book, shouldnt they already know the windows, especially after having to reorder it 2 other times? )If anyone knows the owner of Window World can you please send this to him. My name is Beth Andrew and Im using the Huntsville AL. Window Worlds Office. Disappointed in this company more than you know. And as a customer, to be told we are not allowed to talk to the owner is appalling.

My husband and I ordered an entry door from this company and we had two different installations in which it did not fit. Originally, we ordered the door in May and it still doesnt fit. We are not satisfied with ordering a custom door and twice having the measurements done incorrectly and then doing patch work carpentry- that would be bad resale value for our house and not what we were wanting in a custom door. We were not satisfied with the customer service. I tried to change my review because I thought they were trying to do a good job and help us get our order in but I wish the door had fit. The actual workers who came out were very nice each time and were baffled that the measurements could be taken incorrectly. We hope we will be compensated and do not recommend this company for entry doors.

We ordered windows, doors, siding and gutters in Octoberr 2020 with the understanding that they would be in approximately January 2021 due to Covid 19 causing this extended time. As of April 8th, we have not received anything we signed contracts on. We had someone come to remeasure at least 4 times. I called in February 2021 after 4th measure and no one would call back with information. I called the salesman on Monday of this week and he told me he would not call me back because he wouldnt get answers. Only because I demanded a response today and asked for a manager or owner to call did I receive any communication. I did not receive a call from manager or owner, but a scheduler and was told today that on May 7th they will install our windows and door that amazingly just arrived recently when I called (however based on other reviews unsure how likely that will be and how long have they been there?) I understand delays in manufacturing can happen and probably has, but simple phone calls would have made this more understandable. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE service or communication of delays. I also can not testify of the quality or workmanship at this time due to the lack of delivery of the windows, door, siding and gutters. But this experience has been worst customer service and prefer at this point to get a refund and get a dependable company and maybe get windows and door, etc before a year has passed or longer.UPDATE: on May 6th we received a call they would be here on May 7th between 12 & 2. Around 1 on the 7th we received a call they were finishing a job and would be on the way. At 3 pm on 7th we received a call they were signing paperwork and headed our way. Finally sometime around 6 pm we got a call that they had been at ER and would be here 1st thing the next morning. They did finally show up around 10 or so the next day. Did two windows and took a 3 hour lunch did a window and took a break. Got 5 windows done first day. Said they would be back first thing next day. At 1:30 pm they did finally show up and did put in windows but didnt touch the door. Told us to call on the Monday and they would leave job on to complete our windows and door. Didnt answer or return call. On Tuesday was told they would come in afternoon to complete job. Didnt turn up. Finally got windows and door completed on Wednesday. Then I called siding and gutters manager and left message for a date on Wednesday afternoon. Finally got a call on Friday at 6 pm to tell me he would have to get back with me to see when our materials will be in. We ordered in October - Id expect if they ordered it should be somewhere. Its now the next Friday and Ive not received a return call or any updates. Id suggest that no one use Window World until they figure out their issues of NO communication and no customer service whatsoever! I did finally get a call back and our material should be in within next 2-3 weeks! So, our materials were not ordered when contracts were signed
Ceiling is in need of repairs. Front door was locked during work hours.
We have been given the run around since day 1 and it has almost been a year since we started working with window world! They have our money and still no work has been done. We were told that the wrong size was ordered, then that they were still in manufacturing and then they were delivered but broken on the truck! Do not use these people!!!
Ive used Window World on three separate occasions and each time I received excellent service, professionalism, and quality. I highly recommend.
We had an issue with the door they installed 2 years ago. They did a great job of rehanging the door and fixing the problem. They were very professional and courteous.
I would think twice about using this company!
**I just want to know what happened to making the old way of customers happy. Thats all. This company has gone down the road of denial and defensiveness. zero stars. Find another company. In March they finally brought a window. It did not match my colors and it was missing the mechanisms to crank the windows open and there were no screens. They installed it anyway and told me of the issue AFTER they finished. A replacement was ordered. I asked if the new stark white window could please be ordered to match the off white color of everything else on this house and Leslie agreed. I sent her pictures. TODAY the 2nd window was installed. It is stark white with dark beige trim. My other windows are off white. Instead of doing the right thing (i paid $2000 for one window and an ulcer). They blamed me for signing the contract which said white. Any reputable experienced salesman should have known better. *Original post- A resalesman came to my house in September to price replacing one large front window. He had me pay 1/2 down-$1000- and said it would be Dec. before I got my window. They called a few weeks after the first salesman was here saying they wanted to come back by to recheck things. Not sure if they did as I was not home. When Dec. rolled around they called telling me it was delayed, they did not have the window. After that, they stopped calling. I called a couple of times in Jan. -she finally said they located my window, scheduled an installation, then the day before, called to cancel saying a job they were working on took longer than expected. I was rescheduled for a couple of weeks later. The install crew showed up with the window but things came to a halt after they told me there was wood damage to the opening and they could not install the window and that they would have a contractor call to assess what would have to be done. They never called. I am so over this whole process. Its now March 10 and I havent heard from them since January and this whole thing started in Sept. why the person who came back to recheck the window didnt find the problem i dont know. I am not prepared to spend an extra couple of thousand dollars. Seven fristrating months later,I want my money back.
Purchased approximately 36 windows, within days 12 windows started turning cloudy and having a rainbow tint.Yes, they do have a lifetime warranty. But it has taken 5 months to get the replacement windows. Customer service has called me a few times to schedule an appointment and immediately upon answering the phone, they placed me on a 5 minute hold. Very unprofessional.I wished I had paid a little more and gotten a true customer service oriented company!!!Please don’t make the same mistake that I made!!!!! Been another 2 months and nothing has changed other than promises to call or email updates and I never hear from them.HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!Edit: Still no response from Window World!
Avoid at all costs. They sold me $10,000 in windows saying that this would help me reduce my energy costs. The windows are cheaply manufactured, and after less than a year over half the window panes they installed have failed and now fog up so much you can not see through them. I requested a warranty repair, provided serial numbers, and have followed their process to the letter. They have repeatedly canceled my appointments even after I called to confirm the day before. I have been waiting over three months for repairs.
Finally decided on ordering Windows. We had a wonderful experience with the installers. They did a wonderful job. Our home is more quiet the outside noise that is. We have one more window to order. Need check on doors. Hope to get the same installers. Over all GREAT JOB!
I wish I had gotten new windows earlier- they’ve changed my life!! I love the way they look & the functionality of being able to turn them in & clean them 😁 (not that it happens all that frequently)-lol.I actually ordered a replacement bay window from them a few years ago & just recently had an issue & they replaced it @ no charge & they were so nice- that’s the real reason I called them to replace all of my windows👍🤩
The Windows are AWESOME! We had windows that were about 19 years old and you could just feel the cold in the winter time and the heat in the summer time coming through them. Immediately we noticed a difference with them in that regard as we did not have condensation or frost forming on the windows any more. We also noticed a HUGE difference the first night in the level of outdoor noise that we were so used to hearing. It was so quiet in the house. Where we live our back yard backs up to a very busy road which is very load during high traffic hours This was very very nice benefit that we were not expecting.The installation went superbly well. The guys showed up almost 2 hours earlier than scheduled which I am all about early rather than late. They jumped right to it and before I even realized they had all of the existing windows out. They did a very good job and they cleaned up after themselves very well. They were very respectful and they answered any questions that we had right away.I would HIGHLY recommend Window World to anyone that is considering getting new windows!
I recently had Window World install windows at our house. The crew who installed the windows were on time, kept me up to date on their status, and cleaned up after the install. They were very professional all around. They even noted that some measurements were wrong on one of my windows and immediately reordered my window. I highly recommend Window World for their professionalism and great service. My entire family has always used them and I look forward to them installing gutters on our house soon.

Can’t say enough about our windows. They look so nice and operate so well. The installation guys didn’t waste anytime replacing 13 windows in less than 3 hours. Windows were clean and not a thread of debris left. Great instruction on how to operate and even replacement info if needed. Highly recommend!!!!
A great company to work with! It was a pleasure working with all—From the salesperson to the office staff to the installation crew. They have installed 3 new windows for me. The windows are a high quality and reasonably priced. Their installation crew do a quality job & show up on time.
The worst company ever to deal with. No communication and waiting a YEAR to get doors installed.
I just had my windows installed yesterday so I can only review how they look and how the installation went. First the installation team was awesome! Every one of them were professional and courteous. They arrived around 11 and finished by 6 (they replaced every window in my house). I never saw one of them take a break. They exceeded my expectations by far!! As far as how they look... amazing! I had wood windows for years and decided to go away from wood. I’m very pleased with the look of the windows. My favorite is the large slider window above my freestanding tub in the bathroom.
