We love this company so much! I brought our daughter here for her birthday. Hayley was great! Such a sweet outgoing personality. My daughter enjoyed her time there and left with a few new babies! Great experience awesome staff!

The kids had a great time! The staff was all super friendly and helpful. They were following all their Covid-19 guidelines. They only allowed 12 people in at one time. Which was super nice because that place can get crowded in a hurry on a normal basis.When you get there, if theyre full, they take your number and text when theyre ready for you. Easy peasy! It was the perfect, social distancing way to celebrate my daughters birthday!

Had 2 people in the store & said they where at maximum capacity. My 5 year old was highly disappointed.

Fun experience for the whole family! The kids loved the heart ceremony after the animals were stuffed! Get there early if theres a sale, because it gets busy quick!

It was extremely busy with their sale but staff was polite and helpful. We got 3 bears with outfits with lots of assistance required. I was very pleased with the attention my grandchild received.

Staff was fantastic. Because it was our first time there, they were very helpful. They made my grandkids feel special. I like that they had them engaged in whole process. We will be back next week to get my grandson his birthday bear and granddaughter next month. Im glad they told us about it. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it. Its a great bonding experience. I think I am going to get one next week and Im 55yrs old.

Completely blows my mind that they cant update their hours to temporarily closed so people dont waste their time. Only reason we came to this location was it stated they were opened only to get here and its temporarily closed...

Jameson is the best!!!! Had a Girl Scout party and I forgot the list of items the girls had previously chosen...his patience and help, I cannot express how much I needed that! It was chaos and he jumped in head first to help! He interacted with these girls so well, age ranges from kindergarten to 3rd grade. A young man of his age, being superman with these little girls was priceless!!!! The young lady who we paid, running the register, I cannot remember her name, but bless this girl! She hung in there and helped us all get straightened out without showing ANY frustrations with us! We were quite the difficult customer lol, forgetting the list and all!! Even though it was stressful to me, all the girls had a blast, and I left with a feeling of a great experience!! I am so thankful for their help!! I would recommend over and over going to this store!!! Great employees!!!!!!!

All of the employees at the Parkway Mall were so great!!! This was my daughters first time in and now we are hooked. We will definitely be back and now that we know about the Birthday Bears, both of my kids will be getting bears every year and we will keep coming back to the Parkway location!!! Keep up the great work ladies and thanks again for making my daughter’s first visit so special!!!

Awesome Place for Birthdays! Hannah and the rest of the staff were so helpful, patient and great with all the kids. They kept the kids attention (8 of them) and made the whole experience very entertaining. Thank you so much for a GREAT birthday party!!

I love the shop your age bear every since my daughter were 2 we being going to get a bear for every occasion.

Mostly younger kids working this store but they are all very sweet and patient with the kids who come in excited about building a bear. The store was well organized and easy to navigate too.

The store manager was amazing! She was a wonderful when I came In with 7 kids right before close. GREAT SERVICE!
