I ordered chocolate covered strawberries via the web on April 6, 2021 for pickup on April 8 at 4:00pm. This was for an anniversary gift. I arrived and the stores door was locked. The lights were on, but there was no note on the door. I called them from the parking lot, and it went to voice mail. The voice mail directed me to leave a message. The voicemail was full, so I couldnt leave a message. I hung out in the car for 20 minutes and finally left.While waiting in the car, I replied to the order confirmation email and their corporate emailed me quickly with a case number, saying that they messaged the local store, and that the manager will reach out to me within 48 hours.It will be interesting if they will willingly refund me or if I have to call Amex and reverse the charge.I wish I had read the poor reviews before ordering.
The girls that work here are very helpful. Thanks for accommodating my last minute order. The arrangement was beautifully made and the young ladies that work there were very entertaining they had me laughing the whole time!! Will definitely go back again, very welcoming and friendly service.
Bought an arrangement for client as a gift. The young lady who I spoke to on the phone was very patient and helpful, I had no idea what to get and she helped me find the perfect fruit arrangement, my client was so happy with how beautifully it was put together. I didnt get her name but she said she was the assistant manager, ask for her she definitely knows what shes doing!!🖒🖒🖒
I took a chance, even given all of the horrible reviews, and I went ahead and ordered a birthday edible arrangement from this location. However, I scheduled it for pickup, vice delivery, just to be on the safe side. While there were what looked to be 3 bored employees sitting around doing nothing, my actual order was prepared and ready to go at the specified time, and looked beautiful. I did call to see if they could accommodate an earlier than scheduled pickup time, which they could not. I also booked this for curbside pickup (via the website), which they do not offer according to an employee who answered the phone at the physical location. I felt like it was a case of bait and switch but only the employees were in the facility at my pickup time, so I didnt feel there was a huge COVID risk to walk in and get my order. Overall, given the price point and type of items they sell I would expect a higher level of customer service, however I am trying to base this review more on the product itself, which was very well put together.
I know a friend of mine who works there and she gave me great service as well as the other employees. I love coming there.

WORST communication ever from this location and corporate.Placed a same day delivery on Tuesday. While tracking, It was never updated online that it was ready or going out for delivery so my mother missed it. She went to pick it up the next day and the location was closed from Wednesday through Saturday. No communication or alerts online.Finally spoke with corporate and they promised a redelivery. I asked what type of compensation would be provided due to the lack of communication and the order now being 3 days late. Because they could not get ahold of their University location, corporate decided to cancel the order all together. When this location was able to reopen the following Monday, they too did not take ownership of the lack of communication and told me all orders were transferred to the Whitesburg location which my order was never sent there.The location and corporate kept stating there was nothing they could do since the order was canceled and only offered a $10 off coupon which may cover delivery.We will never order from this location and considering never this company.

Ordered online the previous day for my sons birthday. The order was finally delivered around 6:30 pm. Apparently they were out of cinnamon pecans, because instead, there was a box of toffee. Everything looked smaller and sad. For $84, I’ll pass next time. I feel like when they know the sender will never see it, they don’t care.
Smelled really bad and the lady behind the counter was super rude.
The arrangement was done nicely and looked great. However the honey dew melons and cantaloupe tasted spoiled and didnt smell good.. I picked up the arrangement on Thursday and tried to eat the melons on Friday. I thought it might have been one or two so I tried several. They just werent good. The pineapple, strawberries and grapes were ok.
The arrangements are beautifully made and the employees are diligent and hardworking.

Went back in and still calling out another 10 min had to go in the back and young man said he didnt know how to do anything just go on line. Never would I recommend this store it is sad. Horrible customer service. Ordered Mother’s Day chocolate covered strawberries a week in advanced. Paid for “premium” delivery on Mother’s Day for additional charge. No phone call or update. Berries were not delivered until today with no explanation as to the delay. When I called multiple times to try and speak with manager you can not get through to talk to anyone. Even during business hours. It’s a shame that this franchise is poorly run. Would not recommend at all.
I am currently stationed in South Korea and was trying to send my wife some items for Valentines Day. It was never put on the truck and delivered. As I was trying to get $137 worth of edible arrangements refunded, I was hung up on. Right after that, they switched phones to after-hours even though they still had 2 hours left in the work day. Would I recommend this place as a reliable business? No. No I would not. Especially military personnel. Find another place to get stuff for your families. Because the employees at this place will just piss you off.
I called on a Wednesday placed and paid for an arrangement to be made on Friday. The delivery was not made. Zero phone calls were made to either myself, or the recipient. The shop said the place of business was closed. It was open from 7:15 to 3:00. When questioned, the manager John, was very flippant and not very helpful as to what may have happened. I am not so crazy as to believe that sometimes things get messed up. However, when they DO get messed up I expect at least a HINT of we are sorry we appreciate your business and will try to make it right. If you are trying to decide whether to use this location or not....I say move on. Spend you money at a local florist instead.

My husband placed an order on the 8th for today and when he went to pick them up there were at least 20 other men in there waiting for over 2 hours for theirs also only to most ended up canceling their orders. I was really looking forward to them all year. You’d think on a day that would bring in so much revenue for a company you would be a little bit more prepared.
My husband ordered me a big edible arrangement set with them on February 5, 2020. It was to be delivered to me on Valentine’s Day at work. Mind you, this was paid for the day when he made the order. My husband was trying to surprise me with something he knew I’ve always wanted. He called me a few times to hint around to asking me if I had gotten something at the shop. For the longest I just thought he was talking about more clients. Fast forward, he tells me I should have gotten something by now 530pm rolls around and I still haven’t gotten anything. He calls up to the store and a lady tells him “we didn’t get around to it”. What does that mean. How could you have not gotten around to it. It was ordered in advance and said to be delivered by a certain time and has yet to show up. She says “they won’t be able to get to it tonight” what!!! Seriously, how can you ruin someone’s Valentine’s Day? This isn’t a “I can wait until the next day type of thing”. When someone pays you to do a service, you are suppose to follow thru with that service. And on top of that you don’t call and let him know that this won’t be delivered? He asked for a refund and the lady told him she would email him a copy of the confirmation number. The email he received were 2 separate emails for confirmation of the purchase. Nothing about a refund. Today he checks his bank account and they have 2 charges for the same total he paid on February 5 😡😡😡😡 this is be my one irritating. They didn’t even offer some type of compensation. So unprofessional, waste of money. They deserve to be shut down. If he had of thought to read the reviews on the place he would have never went. Now after talking to some many people about the situation everybody says the exact same thing. Don’t ever order from that location, everybody we have talked to has had a bad experience like this and worse with them.

Everything was fresh and I love the coatings used on the fruit. I ordered online and my order was ready on time which I thoroughly appreciate. Beware of the pineapple cakes, they used the core of the one apple to make them which is disappointing. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Do Not!!!! I Repeat Do Not Order From This Location!!!! They are the most unprofessional and rude group of people I have ever dealt with. I placed an order earlier in the week for Valentine’s Day which they failed to deliver. I didn’t receive a call, cancellation or anything concerning my order until today Sunday (2 days after Valentine’s Day). So, on Sunday I received a call from one of the employees stating he was calling to issue a refund for the product that I ordered, so when I proceeded to inquire why didn’t I receive a call, email or text before now he proceeded to get extremely rude, when I asked to speak to the manager he stated he was the manager and hung up the phone in my face. I called back multiple times and each time he hung up the phone in my face. Edible arrangements if these are the people you are hiring to be managers you are heading for destruction. I have been a long-standing customer of this company, but after today I will be seeking other alternatives because this is not the kind of treatment customers deserve when they are paying for services that you failed to provide.

Ordered a basket from here to be delivered on Mothers day. I called on Mothers day and they said it was out for delivery. The item never showed up. Called the next day and asked for a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. There are so many 1 star ratings and if you dont want to be one, just save your time and money and do not order from here.
Terrible customer service. Order places was never even filled. Guy at the counter did not care and was cursing at the counter while the store was filled witg customers. I have used this location in the past, but will NEVER use them again.

Ordered online and was set to pick up at 4:00, I show up 15 mins prior and see a group of people waiting with nobody at the counter. After about 10 minutes a lady comes out and instead of asking whose next immediately goes to serve the person who is just now walking in the door. After other disgruntled customers say thats not right she comes back with a piece of paper and has everyone right their name down, then takes the paper and disappears for 15 mins, without letting anyone know the status of their order. The only way to get any information was to say something multiple time about getting a status on your order. I did finally receive my order at 4:45 at this point there were about 15-20 people in this tiny store all waiting on pickups that were scheduled for earlier times. Also came to find out the manager was not even at the store. Valentines day is possibly your biggest selling day and none of the orders were premade, the manage was not present, and they were severely understaffed for the day.
No customer service! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a box of chocolates online for Valentines Day. I went to the store Valentines Day to pick up my order. She took my name and then I proceeded to wait in line with 5 other people for 30 minutes. When I asked her to check on my order again she came back and told me they had to cancel it because they didnt have enough strawberries. When I asked her why she let me stand In line for 30 minutes before telling me this, she said they sent me an email an hour ago to notify me! Really?

If I saw reviews beforehand, I would have hesitated before placing an order or placed an order with the other one in Huntsville.Yet, I ordered online and it automatically selected this facility.Anyways, I placed an ordered on June 17th to be delivered on June 19th, Fathers Day.Let the entire day lapse, to give them the benefit of the doubt, and it was never delivered.Eventually gave them a phone call on Tuesday, to wonder about the status of this item that cost close to a $100.00 for a special occasion. The person who answered the phone, stated that they showed it was made, yet she has no idea what happened to it and it doesnt show delivered.Thats 48 hours later, no text or phone call to the recipient or the person who paid for the item.Yet, they have no idea what happened to the item...you would think they would be able to manage their inventory...or at the very least a courtesy notification to either party.It seems every store has their own standards shame...

My brother ordered an edible arrangement for my sister in law because i recommended it.. the day of the pick up and 20 mins before they closed that day he stopped by to find out that they didnt do it or even try. They preferred to give him a refund and to that my brother asked for a refund reciept and they said its ok its going back to his card 5 days later nothing and the sales mananger said that he needed his reciept he exclaimed that they didnt want to give him one. Now 10 days later and still waiting for his reciept. Ive always bought from the one in Homewood Al over here by birmingham but my brother told me that they were very unprofessional, ratchet & ghetto. Smh im sorry for ever reccomending it bro
My boss gave me a edible arrangement on 12/15/15 and I opened it to eat some of the fruit and it was awful. I call to the store at 6290 University Dr. Suite l -1 to talk with the manager and all he said was thanks for your feed back. Really !! Not happy with them. They paid to much .

I order an arrangement to be delivered before Christmas and it never was delivered. I had to wait tell the following Tuesday to call and find out why. I will not order from these people again. Sad!!
