I am glad that I made the drive from Dallas to get my engagement ring for my fiancé from Ernst. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain things to me. Jennifer was a huge help throughout the whole process and was always available to answer questions that I had. I dont think I would have this level of trust with any jeweler I would have gone to in Dallas. Local business is the way to go for sure. Would definitely recommend going to Ernst if youre looking to pop the question.

It is hard to explain but this place is what you here about having a wonderful experience of getting your moneys worth .I was working with Georgia along with my Uncle and really had a great experience of no pressure just wisdom and knowledge of there first class, Beautiful Inventory with very fair priced products.It was like in the good old days many years ago when people treat you like they want to be treated and not getting ripped off with a smiling face. I guess not being rushed and inspired to make the best choice for your needs is very important to me because it is not something you are able to do often so when you need help go see these folks and let Georgia help ya...yesterday was my first time to go there. I will be going back.

Friendly staff, my husband and I took wedding rings to be sized. We waited for 6 weeks. The rings came back looking beautiful but not complete. My ring was supposed to be connected and my husbands ring wasnt even sized. Cost almost 300.00 to do 2 rings. But they did make everything right. If you have lots of $$ to throw away I highly recommend Ernest Jewlers. Great staff.
