SO excited Lush has opened a store in Huntsville! Grand Opening was today August 6th! If you’ve never been, it’s definitely worth a trip. All of their products are amazing! I first got hooked on their bath bombs which smell, look, and feel amazing! They are known for their fresh and handmade products. I also love that they use recycled plastics for their containers and even have package free products like shampoo and shower bars. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I stopped in this store this weekend and had a great experience. The sales associate, Amira, was very helpful and showed me around the entire store. She and another lady working helped me pick out an amazing gift for my friend. They even included some samples for me to try. One of the best customer service experiences I have had lately. I will definitely be returning to this shop.

Friendly staff, polite, and non-hovering. With social distancing still in near full swing, and the size of the free space in the store, I can understand why they may need to encourage a limitation on people entering. Otherwise, the store reminded me of the other LUSH stores Ive been to.You get what you pay for, the ingredients of each item is displayed (a modicum of reading is sort of expected. The ingredients of 99% of their items are literally under their products or stamped on the sealed tins). I came out of there with two of my favorite bath bombs(dragon egg and avobath), lip balm (note: their lip balm products work great on your tattoos), and some cute samplers I asked them to surprise me with instead of choosing.Im a satisfied and happy customer and am excited to continue shopping here. ^_^

OBSESSED is an understatement! Today was the second time coming into this store and the staff always goes above and beyond for the customer. Not only were they patient with me both times they were also so stinking sweet. One of the employees today named Lauren was not only honest but very considerate in helping me chose different products. I hate going into somewhere and feeling like they will say anything to make you buy something. Lauren told me her honest unbiased opinion and helped me find the best items for my skin and hair type. If you walk in and feel overwhelmed just ask the staff and they will navigate you to the right place. The store was very clean! They had hand sanitizer and lotion as soon as you walked in and everything was so neat and easy to shop. Thanks again for everything Lauren

I hate this place but...my kid and her friend love it. I think she went into it three times today. The staff were super nice and gave the girls samples just like crack dealers - the first one is free, then when you are an addict well take all your money. Oh well, at least the girls are happy. The staff was very kind and attentive too.

First Laurn was very very nice. But there was a blond woman seem to treat me as if I was going to take something. Kept a close eye on me and as soon as I walked to smell the parfum she ran over to put my stuff to the front. When everyone else got rang up they got samples. I got none or even an offer at the register. Laurn at least got to know who I was and that Ive been going to lush for dam near 20 years. Thank you laurn

Visited with my little boy today and had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff were all without exception friendly, helpful, kind and just plain amazing! They helped entertain my little boy (who also adores Lush products) so I could browse comfortably and select my products. They truly went above and beyond! They gifted my son a bath bomb which was an amazingly kind and touching gesture, it generated such goodwill within me that I purchased several more products just to say thank you. i am SO relieved they have gotten rid of the guy who was working there! He was pretentious, arrogant, stuck up, condescending and just plain rude! When I went last time and he was there he looked at me and my son like we were trash and didnt bother to assist us. The female assistant was the same. Good move Lush making these staffing changes! Turned this visit into the highlight of our day!

I’ve got a few allergies and i went in today and the two women that were working did not seem to care what allergies I had. They said “look at the ingredients yourself because I don’t know what does or doesn’t have gluten in them” if I didn’t know the ingredients of gluten free items I would have been lost. I’ve been to multiple locations, and this was by far the worst interaction I’ve had a lush. 1 star is being generous.

Love this store! The products are amazing, especially my very favorite product ever: Gorgeous, which is a facial moisturizer. It is pricey but so worth it and the best moisturizer I have ever used. The employees are friendly and helpful while navigating and working within COVID-19 restrictions which are corporate, not local store, policies. I will return again and again!

This is a great place to get your significant other some wonderful bath supplies. Use their app and order ahead if you like.

I just started using their products and love them. My skin is very sensitive and I was apprehensive at first however I have not had any issues. The scents smell so good are not overwhelming.

I went to LUSH today. This was my first visit. Kristina helped me, she is absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, polite and professional. She answered all of my questions and gave me some cleansing samples so my youngest son can try them. Because of Kristina and the quality of the products, I will definitely return.

Weird vibes. Stopped in a on Friday night and although they were limiting how many customers could enter, they didn’t make that really clear until I tried to walk in and was told there was a line. (The line I might add was a woman on FaceTime full blast standing off to the side so my bad that I didn’t realize there was a line.) I know Lush controls the marketing but I definitely think they could better label and price their products. Ended up purchasing a product that I thought was $17 and ended up being $36 but my anxious self was not going back in the store. 🥴

Christina is such an amazing worker! She definitely knows her products and is very friendly. She helped my sister and I try out new shampoos and conditioners and eventually got me to buy some shower oil. Great worker and great environment especially during this pandemic.

RUDE! Yes, you can explain your store “rules” to enter and I don’t mind washing my hands. I do mind touching a faucet handle after everyone else already had and didn’t sanitize in between customers touching the handle. So why am I washing my hands? Then they literally yelled at a customer who smelled one of their products with their mask on. I watch this customer make a purchase and as they left they didn’t even say thank you. They rolled their eyes as they walked out. I won’t be back.

I’ve shopped at Lush stores across the country and love their products. I was excited to hear that Huntsville would have a location. I stopped in tonight, but they are not “fully open”. The store is blocked off at the front, and they offer to personally shop for you. I was mistaken (by their salesperson) for someone who had already been by who had blue hair, super strange and odd customer service experience. The whole thing was a little off-putting, but I’ll wait to judge completely when they aren’t dealing with COVID restrictions.

The last person who reviewed, was rude and falsely reviewed because they didn’t even try the product(s)! That is really rude towards the company as you are making people think that the store is bad when it isn’t. Also we are going through a pandemic and this should be their last concern.

It was my first time going to to that location I was asked to leave due to too many people in the store there was probably five people in the store

If I spoke to people at my job the way a staff member spoke to me yesterday afternoon, I wouldn’t have a job. :) Pretty store, but ugly attitudes. I really should have just walked out.

Liars, i came with a semi truck to buy some stuff, waited 2 hours for lush to open and found out they were closed
