The Center for Hearing is great! They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. When I visited I felt like the only customer there, even though it was pretty busy. They take the time to let you know what the process is and how they can help you.

I have already recommended Center for Hearing to my friends. Appointments are kept on time and since I dont have hearing insurance, they did everything they could to make it more affordable for me. I can now hear better than I ever could before.

They gifted a set of hearing aids to my 84yr old mother. After she fell and damaged a hearing aid they replaced it for free. Good people.

The service is professional, fast, reasonable, and most importantly they do their jobs perfectly! If I have a problem crop up I am seen immediately, no questions asked. Teresa in particular is one of my favorites, she is wonderful.

I needed hearing aids to take a DOT Physical. I wanted them to adjust my old aids to my hearing loss now. The Dr. came to the phone and told me he couldnt adjust my old aids because the technology was too old. He told me to come to his office and get a hearing test and he would set me up with what I needed for my Physical. I told him I didnt have the money for that. He told me that it wouldnt cost me anything. I asked him why he would do that. He told me because you want them to get a job. Than Dr. was MAURICE GANT. They are still pure good people in this world and he is one of them. Thank you Dr. Gant. I will never forget what you have done for me.Jeffery

Everyone is super nice. I returned twice for adjustments to a new type of hearing aid and they were great about changing parts and adjusting tones (at no charge) until i was happy.

I would encourage them to go to The Center of Hearing because the staff that I have been dealing with are very caring, very professional, very accommodating, and very caring.

I was not happy with the performance of my Starkey hearing aids. Repeatedly malfunctioned. There is no trial period or customer satisfaction guarantee. The owner told me We dont give refunds and Starkey cant do anything, were just a franchise. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC.

I really didnt know what to expect when I walked in since Ive never had my hearing checked before, but I found everyone to be very friendly and they explained everything to me. During the hearing test, they did not try to rush me through it, they took the time to explain everything to me.

Ive been using them for over 3 years and have gotten really good service. No issues and always a smile from the folks.
