I lost my hearing aids, fell out of my purse and wasnt aware of it. Realizing that I had done this after I got home. I texted Truda, she immediately told me what to do and that my insurance would cover the largest portion and would get them ordered and replaced. Of course she did as she had promised and I got my new hearing aids within a week after I had lost them. She and her staff are always a joy to meet with and they make sure you are taken care of. I am very thankful for Truda she has always been very helpful anytime I needed service along with a number of my family members.

Best choice I have made in years. Considered the Balance and Hearing Center along with two other hearing aid providers. It’s been five years and I have received outstanding service. Michael Toth is a true professional and has kept my hearing in perfect working order. From cleaning to adjusting the settings he has been spot on.every time.

I have been using the Hearing and Balance center for over 10 years. Michael is the most knowledgeable person I know in this field. Just purchased a new hearing and by far the best I have ever had. Some hearing aids sound muffled like a speaker. This new aid sounds realistic.

When I walked in Jessica greeted me! She was very professional and gave me paperwork to get filled out! She told me he would be right in to help me! When he came in he introduced himself and then he started the test! I was very impressed with him and the Center!

Wonderful service, friendly, answered all our questions, dident rush us. Bobby is very excited to get his hearing aids. Bobby has used Balance and Hearing since 2002. Never had any problems that they didnt solve. Kim and Michael are great at what they do. We think they need a raise in salary.

The hearing center is the best!! They treat you like family and go out of their way to make sure you understand what and why you are doing the tests and results for. The Hearing and Balance Center takes great care of my hearing needs. They picked out the best hearing aid for me. With folks wearing masks during COVID, it really makes a huge difference communicating when I can’t read anyone’s lips!! Anyone that feels they may have hearing issues, should come here and let Mike check their hearing. I certainly thought I was too young for hearing aids but couldn’t do my job without them. Don’t let stubbornness or vanity keep you from enjoying life! My hearing aids blend in so well, most people don’t know I’m wearing them!The downside is they keep sending me freakin’ surveys to fill out. I get enough stupid electronic. Texts and CR#P that I don’t want, they are now adding to it!!! What ever happened to just being professional? It’s not like we’re not paying them for their freakin’ time, right???!!!! And they just lost a star and will continue to do so every time they send me an extra text. The game is on!

Had an appointment scheduled, drove 1-1/2 hours and arrived on time, was made to wait 20. + minutes in the lobby and no one attended or checked on me. I Normally would be seen for approximately 15 to 25 minutes on these follow up appointments and had planned on being completed in 30 minutes (as Normal). I had another obligation scheduled and needed to leave to be on time to next appointment. I was never contacted by the office to reschedule or to be questioned about not seeing Mike Toft on this date. It makes me think that the customer is not the first concern after the sale. I’m very disappointed after paying $6300 for a pair of hearing aids through Balance And Hearing Center Huntsville Alabama

The staff at The Hearing Center go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your hearing aids. They are helpful on your initial visit and fitting and all subsequent visits.

Ive been returning to the Balance & Hearing Center for over a decade for periodic free hearing aid checkups. My positive experience with Michael during these checkups is the reason I have continued with this company as my hearing aid source. I love my hearing aids, and my hearing aids love the Balance & Hearing Center!

Balance and hearing are helping me out now getting new hearing aids. I used them years ago and they hearing aids are the best. The people working over there care about their patients . I was using Costco for years and I wanted to go back to Balance and hearing.

Took time with my wife to get her the proper hearing aids that would work best for her. They also showed her the features and how to use them.
