Beautiful new office. You are greeted politely when you enter AND… they remember your name! It’s like walking into Cheers (old TV show). The doctor is wonderful,,,very knowledgeable and professional.

They are always helpful, friendly, and efficient. I have never had a problem with my devices that they havent bent over backwards to solve.

Prompt and fast service and every thing was explained in Detail so that I understood everything and answered all my questions could not be happier with the service

Dr. Cahill and her entire staff are wonderful ! A friendly feel at home atmosphere and Dr. Cahill takes the time to explain results of test she performs on your hearing. She anwers all questions and you do not get the feeling that she is rushing to finish like you do with many Doctors today. She was also real gentle with my ear cleaning and she got a large amt of wax out of my left ear that I never knew I had. She is one I highly recommend you see if you have any hearing problems. I went because I started having ringing in my ears that was very annoying and she will treat me for tinnitus and being hard of hearing. I give her and her staff 5 stars !

Dr Cahill is very friendly and comforting. When one is dealing with issues related to sensory deficits it can be easy to be in a state of denial, but the staff and Dr Cahill put you at ease and are very interested in addressing your issues as well as giving you available options. Also, they are eager to help with questions and problems that come up.

I’m used to another doctor that sees his patients for 5 minutes max. Dr Cahill took her time to talk things out and explain options. We did not feel rushed out of her office, but cared for and listened to.

And the office staff is very helpful and attentive to needs of we clients. This is a family business open five days a week. I have been a patient of the Family Hearing Center for several years and Dr. Cahill and her staff have always been super responsive to my hearing needs and questions. They have a great long term follow up plan with quarterly checkups and annual testing of my hearing or more often if I think something has changed. I have also bought my “shooting protection” hearing aids from them that were molded to fit my ears.

I am so glad I chose this firm for my hearing aids. Dr. Allred is a most professional doctor. And the hearing aids are amazing! I can hear the birds singing and crickets chirping and so many other sounds I had taken for granted. I can hear even a whisper now. Adjusting the volume up or down can be done in a second. And they are practically invisible. Yes, I am very pleased with my hearing aids.

Staff is always very accommodating when I need service on my hearing aids and I really appreciate all. Dr Cahill always takes extra time with me plus she is very patient. I would not think of going anywhere else for my hearing needs.

I had a wonderful experience here. Doctor Allred is very professional in everything he does. I went from my hearing test to get my hearing aids in less than 4 days. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Furthermore, the hearing aids handled 4 days camping in hiking in Caddo state park without any problems. Dr. Cahill asked many comprehensive questions regarding my current and future lifestyle. With that input, he was able to make what I believe to be a suiteable recommendation to replace some 3 year old technology I recived from Costco. I have not recieved the devices yet, but looking forward to evaluatin the recommendation soon.

Dr. Allred has seen my son for 14 years and has always done an amazing job of being professional and thorough. Dr. Allred and Dr. Cahill are now both seeing my daughter for severe hearing loss. Dr. Allred was mindful, caring, and sensitive to her and our needs and feelings through cleaning, testing, diagnosing, and helping us transition with hearing aids. Dr. Cahill came into the process of adjusting the hearing aids, and helped our daughter, who is shy and reserved with strangers, be more at ease and comfortable discussing her needed hearing aid adjustments.
