Terrell Turner Did an awesome job fixing a thermostat for a new system that we have that the original professional installer could not solve. He was very friendly very professional and I highly recommend.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the technician arrived at the promised time. Upon arrival the technician was very polite, he performed a thorough inspection and provided me with a diagnosis and the next steps, which included a timeline of when I could expect a follow up phone call with the cost estimate before leaving. As promised he called back that afternoon with the cost estimate, part delivery date, and time for when he would call back to schedule. Once the part was received I scheduled the repair and the technician again returned on time and completed the repair within the time frame that was provided with no surprise fees. I highly recommend this company not only for their professionalism but their customer service is top notch.

On one of the hottest humid days of July, Chase along with Cooper and Ty had to replace the duct system in the attic as well as the new HVAC unit and thermostat. Although they had several unexpected obstacles they remained calm and cool headed and worked steadily without complaints. My husband and I both agreed we would hire and recommend this exceptional group of technicians anytime.

Terrell Turner was my Technician and he was awesome! Very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. This is my second time using Garrison and Garrison and both times they provided exceptional service.

Ronnie was on time as scheduled. He was very friendly, courteous and got right to work cleaning and checking operation of the system. He provided excellent explanation of what he was doing and what he had done. When he was finished he let us know that he was done and if we should have any issues, to please contact the office.

Made us wait a week after diagnostic to replace A/C condenser fan motor and capacitor then charged $700. Looked up parts which came in at approximately $200. Even if parts werent available locally they could have been ordered overnight and had it fixed the next day. Technician spent almost an hour in total on site which equates to $500 an hour labor rate. My personal estimate for repair came in at around $400-500. They not only charge outrageous rates but have zero sense of urgency repairing an A/C in summer. Next time will seriously contemplate fixing myself saving time and lots of cash.

Called Garrison & Garrison to check my 18 year old heat pump since it was making noise while running. Jason came the next day, checked everything and then removed the fan motor and blades, adjusted the blades and tightened everything back down. The unit ran smooth and quiet. Great service. Couldn’t as for more.

The technician (Terrell)was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he was very thorough in servicing our A/C units. He troubleshot the failed unit in seconds and had it fixed in a couple minutes. I was very impressed.

Our 2 year old heat pump quit cooling this summer and we called Garrison and Garrison who installed it. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us a fair estimate. My wife and I thought we had bought the extended warranty but could not immediately find the paperwork. When Mr. Sherrill returned Monday to do the work he let us know that he found the records and we would be covered. Mr. Sherrill took it upon himself to dig through the records for us, he completed the work with his teammate quickly, and he left a note in the system for the future that we did have the warranty. Your service tech was just here to perform a semiannual system inspection. The techs name is Ronnie, and he has performed inspections for us in the past. We could not be more pleased with his service. Ronnie is professional, technically knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. On the inspection today he noted, then confirmed that we had a gas leak. Something we would not have been aware of, had he not told us. Employees like Ronnie speak well for company; he is one of the reasons we have remained a Garrison & Garrison customer over the years.

Dexter came to fix our thermostat, located in the front part of the house. He detected a faint gas odor and located the source at our gas heater at the back of the house. It had been improperly installed (8 months prior). He was also able to fix that. Extremely skilled with exceptional customer service. We couldnt be more pleased!

He does a great job and answers all my questions. I’m selling my home and asked about getting service at my new house. I won’t use anyone else for my heating and air needs. I called Garrison & Garrison about my unit going out on a Sunday morning and the manager came out on a Sunday to my house to check out my damaged unit. That following day, less than 24 hours later I had a new working unit installed. This is a quality business you can trust. They stand behind their work and keep their promises. Great service. I had Garrison & Garrison install a new AC unit in my home. After a short while the unit seemed to be louder than the one I had before. They came out and checked it and told me I was spending too much money on filters. I got a cheap air filter and installed it and it’s very quite now and works great.

We chose G&G to install our American Standard HVAC systems a few years ago, to replace the less-efficient and less-durable “builder” systems installed originally in our new home. We have contracted with them ever since to provide us with regular maintenance service. They test and inspect our systems twice each year, and correct any issues they find. On a couple of occasions when problems cropped up at other times, they were quick to respond and fix the problems at very reasonable cost per the terms of the service agreement. We highly recommend them!

Ronnie and Antonio came to our home today to check about a gas leak. We had been cleared by another company, as the smell and bubble test did not reveal a leak. Ronnie was diligent and stayed and listed to all suggestions and after initially finding no leak he re-did the bubble test after depressurizing the line and it was indeed right at the cut off valve. Both of these employees were concerned for our safety, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy me. I am sleeping safely in my home tonight with the gas off and am definitely highly recommending Garrison & Garrison. I appreciated my neighbor mention he used them when I asked for a suggestion for a second opinion. They will be performing the repair tomorrow for us.
