I recently went here for the first time with my friend who highly recommended this place. I have to say I was extremely impressed. The place was really clean and the staff were great as well!! I would definitely love to come back here again!!

Best thing about this specific Cold Stone is the staff. Every time I go in, they are always friendly and smiling, and generally happy to help you. Only downside is Ive had to start ordering smaller sizes. No matter what size I order, it always seems to only fit in a Gotta Have It bowl. Really clean place too, given all the COVID news.

Im always lookig forward for a good cup of ice cream and friendly staff. This is my second time through out this week that I have stop by to eat this incredible flavorful ice cream. Definitely worth it stopping by this creamery.💯❤

I am giving one star for the ice cream. Beyond this I was baffled. As my husband and I waited in line all 3 servers had no gloves and only 1 had masks. 1 young employee walked in after us and started working without washing his hands. The other young employee was sweating and kept running his hands through his wet hair and putting his cap back in while scooping ice cream and working cash register. The young lady serves our ice cream and was asked to put on gloves before serving our ice cream and she was okay with this. I could hear the customer behind us ask the young man who helped them next to please put on gloves before serving their ice cream as well. All 3 workers appeared to be in high school which is okay but it seems there is an opportunity to train again including good hygiene and washing/changing gloves in between using cash register and serving people’s ice cream and also when starting a shift.I believe Jones Valley can be represented better.

Fantastic ice cream and service!My wife and I came in to find a nice pairing with our crumbl cookie and were more than happy with our experience!We ordered Oreo ice cream with white chocolate chips and it was fantastic!

I was taking a doordash order from here. I was told they were still working on the order. I waited a long time, so I finally asked about my order again. Turns out it was already finished. It was already done before I even got there. They just forgot about me. I guess they though I was just hanging out inside the store.

As a chain, it was as good as expected. The ice cream was tasty and the topics were good. All the employees were masked the entire time we were there.

Walked up to the door right after another person had walked out and the girl behind the counter RAN to the door and pulled it closed and locked it so that I couldn’t come in. This was nowhere near closing time. It was 4 in the afternoon. Will not be returning. There was no reason to slam the door in my face and I could’ve simply been told they were closing. I wasn’t spoken too, she simply slammed the door in my face. 3/25/21

Lady behind counter no mask, touching waffle cones with no gloves and had also been on the register. I know they at short handed but, no excuse. I really wanted ice cream, but this changed my mind.

My birthday cake was FABULOUS! I reccomend getting the Birthday Cake Remix ice cream, as it is my favorite.

WAS OUT OF MILK AT AN ICECREAM PLACE. WHAT ICECREAM ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT HAVE MILK. THAT IS PITIFUL. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Greatest ice cream place ever!!!

Good icecream, and a crew that seems like family. Definitely a place to try at least once. They have a much more quirky feel than other Ice cream places. Fair warning though, frequent tipping can disturb the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

If you ever...EVER get the chance to swing by and grab one of their premier waffle cone makes you better do it. This place is awesome and has the most bang up selection of ice cream. I recommend the mint-mint chocolate chip if thats something youre into.

I bought an ice cream cake for Mothers Day that I custom ordered over the phone. I picked it up on Mothers Day and it was delicious! Cold stone creamery was one of the only places I could find an ice cream cake that actually had cake in it. My cake had devils food cake, sweet cream ice cream mixed with Reeses peanut butter cups, covered with chocolate ganache, garnished with more Reeses peanut butter cups and had Happy Mothers Day written in purple. The day we picked it up I also ordered a Carmel coffee drink that was also delicious. And I know their ice cream mixed with toppings and served in a fresh waffle cone or bowl is awesome too.

Sweet, but good. Id suggest trying the flavor first. The cookie dough is blended together instead of dough chunks. But the coffee ice cream is wonderful.

We were there 3/5/19 The ice cream was outstanding- my kids loved it. But the service was even better. He was a joyful young man that did a great job.

We went here a few weeks back and I had to throw my ice cream away. Had a hair In it. I dont make a scene when I go somewhere. I just threw it away and made my kids throw theirs away and we definitely wont be back

My order was A sugarcone of cookie dough. They asked me what a sugarcone was.. until I pointed to it. They dont use the cold stone and they also dont use cones. When I requested a cone they said they have to put it into a bowl and then stick the cone on top... When I got my bowl with an empty cone sticking out of it it was practically dripping warm as they didnt chill it with the COLD STONE because why would you at a coldstone...

It has been awhile since I visited a Cold Stone Creamery. The taste was as wonderful as always, yet I did notice a paring down of options. And I miss the song the severs used to sing to newly arriving customers.

After waiting 10 minutes for 3 employees to help a family of 4 ahead of us (yes apparently it took 3 employees to help 2 adults and to children whom the adults were speaking for), no one greeted my family of 4 standing there and greeted the couple standing behind us. Worst customer service Ive ever seen!! Save yoir money and go somewhere else.

What can I say, is cold stone the best ice cream in town? Do I drive over 20mins just to purchase ice cream? and the best one of all... Does cold stone continuously undermind my diet.... Yes, yes & sadly yes. Now on to the review: the team at this location really know how to make you feel welcomed and not rushed when making your selection. I would visit more but as most of us out there... Im trying to diet... But Ill see yall on my cheat day lol!
