The Huntsville Dollar Tree does everything right-almost.They are smartly located in a retail area filled with a variety of stores and restaurants. There’s rows of parking right in front of the store.There’s curb appeal. This Dollar Tree looks good from the outside. Their sign looks clean. Posters are attached to clean windows advertising select items.Inside the store, everything is remarkably clean and well organized. You can tell effort has been put forth.The employee at checkout was quick, friendly, and efficient. Very pleasant even when there was a long line.This leads me to the reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5. Staffing relative to customers. The store was busy. The only employee I saw was the person working checkout.She was very fast, but one human can only do so much! As I was purchasing my items, there were 8 people in line behind me. She had called for backup twice and yet she was still alone.Despite that and the presence of such a line, she never lost her friendly courteous manner.I realize the cost of labor is the most easily controlled cost, but don’t harm your business by not being able to properly serve them.Other than that, this Dollar Tree location is top notch. My experience was very pleasant.

You can get some great buys especially on things like greeting cards, cleaning supplies, and even toiletries.

I love going here! its different! But man when u need a quick fix to something this place can help with just about any DIY!!!

They are out of a lot of the toys often but a snack run for the kids, you cant beat the dollar tree

I dont know if it is Covid related or not but the Huntsville Dollar Tree is very low on stock. Today most of the shelves were wiped out. Staff was friendly as always. I like all the items you can get with just a dollar. Save so much. Canvases. Craft supplies. Organizing items. Cleaning supplies. Food storage. Baking pans. Glassware. Christmas and Halloween deco and crafts. I never leave empty handed.

Tonight it’s the second time that it closes early, the time mentioned on the door say 9pm where as I came 8:30 pm, door was closed, the employees won’t open . This happened second time .

This is a great place especially for seniors on a fixed income like me to come when pennies are tight. They have name brands mixed in with off brands. I can get a few things I need, even a small bottle of tide simply clean and fresh for example, to last me till my monthly check arrives.

Its what you expect in a dollar tree. Cluttered, stuff all over on the floor. And not much in stock. Halloween stuff galore though. My cashier was not wearing a mask.

Over all Id give this particular Dollar Tree a not bad on a scale from meh to fabulous. Compared to other locations it is a bit small and the shelves are often jumbled - the staff could do a little better at keeping things neat and straight. But for the handful of items that I regularly go there for it is cheap and easy to get in and out of without a long wait.

I like the store however I am over going there and have to buy something to put my stuff in as they dont have bags. This is the second time.

They have a large selection of organizational products here, as well as movie theater styled candy.

Friendly staff, and clean store. Dont expect the highest quality items obviously when you shop here but everything is a dollar and you can find lots of needed items here. Will definitely go again.
