Great showroom, friendly staff, really great people to work with. They know their products really well! We ordered our kitchen faucet from here because we really didnt like the other options from the big box store.We got a quality product, but since we wanted something special in the middle of a pandemic we had to wait for it to come in. Thats this issue right now with basically everything. Theres a metal shortage, and transportation shortage.It took us 9 months to get our dining set from another business, and 2 months for our door locks from another business, so we were absolutely tickled when the faucet came in earlier than we thought.We will definitely come back for some other items once the metal shortage is done! Thank you all for your patience and kindness during these unprecedented times 💟

I went in to get some items finished working under the house. Awesome Staff! They were very nice and got me everything I needed. They will be my primary shop for anything plumbing.

We ordered a claw foot tub with several faucets hot water heater and etc, upon arriving home sales girl Riley calls and told my wife drain wasnt ordered, need 960 more dollars. Three months later drain was not in. I looked on line . 160 to 180.00 highest price. We were ready for installation. I called Riley said drain still not in., I canceled order explained difference in price and ordered on line, 102. Public beware parks took 75.00 for delivery, explained I needed help setting in place day of delivery 7, am one person unloaded everything on carport . I asked if every thing was there and receipt. While looking at receipt driver left. Screwed again by parks beware Byron Jones

Great store with a wide selection of tools and fixtures for most do it yourselves. Only gripe I have is a big one. The store hours make absolutely no sense. Most people have a simple 9-5 job and cannot get to your store on the week day. On top of which what supervisor dictated its closed on the weekends ? Alot of people save projects for the weekend specifically.. You carry tools and certain appliances lowes and home depot does not. Who in theyre infinite wisdom said you should close your store to half your potential business. Thereby inconveniencing ALOT of people to take time off work to make it to your store ? its very inconsiderate

Had the worse experience today. Sat 30 min in front of a item that I wanted to purchase. Told the salesman I wanted to purchase this item. He proceeds to bring someone else over and ignore us and sell the last item to someone else right in front of us. This was horrible customer service. They lost a customer for life after this event. My organization actually used to use them regularly. I will tell my organization to never use them ever again.****Update: Mr. Saunders spoke with us and fixed the situation. Came in and waited at counter for 30 min for a materials quote for 1,500 of 4, finally got the price, but they could not confirm quantity or delivery availability. Gave them my email, cell phone company name. Was told they would call me about quantity and delivery by the end of the day. Never heard back, I called in the morning, no-one had any idea, about the order. And I quote looks like you struck out . NO PROBLEM. Home depot will price match you guys...

Parks Supply is amazing. I wish I remembered the gentleman that helped me because he was so great with knowledge and his memory is superb!. I have had my kitchen faucet for about 10 yrs and just with only the picture I showed him he knew the model # and described the faucet build. He gave me the 800 # to Delta & the Model # and they are sending me the O rings to stop the leak. Thanks Park Supply!!

Be prepared for rude customer service on the consumer sales side. Products are fine, but the guys behind the counter are difficult to deal with.

Needed a couple of faucet stems and couldnt find them at the big box stores. The guy behind the counter at Park took one look at them and knew exactly what brand and where they were located. Great service, always helpful.

I bought a solid tub/shower from them. I didnt go cheap, I got the widest one, one piece so I had to take down my dining room wall to get it in the bathroom. Here it is 7 years later and the tub is cracking all over. I went to talk to them about warranty options and I was told they didnt carry that brand anymore so it was my problem. Meanwhile, Im sitting at the desk and there is a sign that says shopping on line might be cheaper but you wont get the customer service. Where was my customer service for you selling me garbage and then telling me it was my problem now? Really, folks shop on line!

We just completed a new house and used Park Supply for all our plumbing. They are knowledgeable and in some cases cheaper than Lowes. Go see Tina- she really knows her plumbing stuff.

On the Monday before Thanksgiving 2015 my kitchen faucet broke and I went to Parks Supply to see if it could be repaired. As it turns out the faucet was discontinued and the parts werent available for the needed repairs. The staff jumped into action and helped me select a new faucet and even gave me a list of five repairmen to install my new faucet. One of the listed plumbers came out on Wednesday and installed my new faucet. A big thanks to Parks Supply for making my Thanksgiving a success, it was the first Thanksgiving in nine years that all my children were home.

A plumbing supply house that always has what Im after

Bought 3 Danze commodes several years ago. One had continuing leakage prob, replaced flapper and flush valve, no help. Filler valve had crimped gasket, they did not have compatible gasket of filler valve with gasket, made no effort to try to get, offered me another brand that would not fit but might have similar gasket. Went to another local supplier, got help even though they did not sell to me. Have bought a number of items at Parks, wont go there again.

Guys and gal at this parts counter are awesome! Guys and gal in warehouse kill it.
