I love fossil but this needs to be updated. I have been trying to get my battery replaced for a while and theyve been closed down at this location for about a year or more.

Its not a Fossil location anymore. It is Lush Cosmetics.

Already have 12+ Fossil and Relic watches. Do not NEED another. Great place to see all the newest offerings. They were really busy the day after Christmas. I was asked twice how they could help me. Very friendly. Will come back here again.

Had a new Fossil gen 5 smartwatch that had stopped working after a few days of having it. I stopped by the Fossil store and the salesman, whose name was Rosbelt, was super helpful and friendly and handled my situation perfectly. Thanks Rosbelt, you are great!

Buckle on my Fossil watch band broke. Of course instead of offering to repair, they attempted to sell me another band. Will purchase repair parts online and do it myself. Never going back.

Drove 35 miles to have the battery changed in my watch only to find out the Fossil store is CLOSED. Tried calling the number listed in google but it has been disconnected.

Great quick service to replace a battery

First, one of the employees misrepresented the price of a watch by $100.00, which I decided I would purchase anyway. Then, when the watch band broke a moth later, they did not have the correct size pins in stock to repair it. Furthermore, they were going to charge $50.00 and a weeks time to send it off to have it repaired vs the $6.00 if they wouldve had the pins in stock.Never shopping here again.
