Hired them to resurface the concrete around my swimming pool. They did not take any equipment out of the ground first. So now my ladder, handrail, diving board and slide are all cemented in the ground. Sealant ran in my pool and damaged my pump and liner. Liner had to be replaced and new sand in filter. Owner never came to job site to address problems. Do not use this company

We already had an existing patio and had them add too it to expand the length and width and to add additional height to the pre-existing patio to help with drainage issues due to rain puddling up on it. They gave a quote over the phone and sent photos of areas we wanted to put the concrete. They came and did an excellent job. They came early in the morning and very happy did not rush through the processes. They cleaned up after them self and price included take away of dirt and sod removed. After they finished it was about to downpour so they went to the store and got tarp to protect the newly poured concrete. I would definitely recommend them!

I received an estimate to pour two concrete steps at my residence and I agreed. The gentleman I was in contact with continued to give me false start dates. They never showed up and the gentleman never communicated why they promised to start work multiple times, yet never showed. When someone says, I will start next Monday...well I expect that. I do not expect to have to contact them a week or two later asking for new start dates...over and over again.

Do not hesitate to use Best Stamped Concrete. We got a fantastic new driveway in a timely manor for a very fair price. When a small issue came up they stood behind their work and went beyond our expectations to make sure it was taken care of and we were completely satisfied. Thanks, Allen! 5 stars for sure.

It appears that the contractor updated their location on google to avoid the bad reviews. This one is about 5 years old:Poured a concrete patio in the back yard in October. Overall, the patio installation was successful. A byproduct of the patio installation is a significant drainage issue. While planning out the construction of the patio, the patio installer had some concerns with possible drainage issues. We discussed raising the patio in order to better meet the grade of the yard, but after some meticulous measuring and calculations, the patio installer concluded that it shouldnt be an issue. The initial assessment was incorrect as after every rain, we have significant standing water covering a large portion of the patio as well as a portion of the adjacent turf. I contacted the company on 20 December 2013 to discuss the issue and received a response that they would come to the house in the following days. No personnel every showed up to assess the situation and after six follow up emails and four phone messages, I still have not received any response.Good installation. Bad follow up. Buyer beware.

Whatever the reason for the older poor reviews, the problem has been corrected! There was a small communication issue with the start time but it was cleared up quickly and politely. Having worked with the public for years myself, I know sometimes things don’t go perfectly and an explanation and quick correction is key. The crew was professional and respectful. The lead crew member was knowledgeable and able to correct excavation issues with the site. The job they did on our driveway extension is perfect. They cleaned up completely and even blew the dust from the excavation off our vehicle that was parked nearby. This business is A+.

After reading reviews forget this company I work too hard for my money

You get what you pay for. We tried to save a few $ and hired these guys, I was pretty reluctant given the reviews. The owner was nice and attentive (at first) with quote and communication so we hired them. The crew was nice and seamed to know what they were doing. Day three after the cement had set one guy showed up to remove the wooden frame and clean up- this is where things Started to go wrong. The younger guy showed up still drunk and took a shovel to remove excess cement but ended up chipping many the corners off!! He attempted to slather patchwork cement to hide his mistakes only to leave such a rough surface I worry that my kids will catch their toes on the random pebbles sticking up. I called the company several times for someone to come fix it and only once did a guy come out. They seemed annoyed by my complaints. A worker came by once complete unequipped to fix anything and said he would come by another day while in the area to fix it. That has never happened. It has now been roughly 9 months s since we extended our patio and other parts of cement are also chipping off. I’m not sure how, we don’t do anything out of the ordinary. Very disappointed with the company. I think they are more interested in serving the big building companies than the little people jobs.

This company does quality work, but dont pay them until your project is the way you want it. If it isnt right the first time, getting it fixed/finished appears to be impossible. We initiated a project almost a year ago. Some things were not done right, and weve been trying to get them to come out and fix it since. I have sent detailed lists, clearly indicating what is wrong, and multiple times the owner has promised to come fix it, but they have they have yet to complete the job. If its ever finished, I will update this post. If youre reading this, its still not done. Project was started 9/2017.

Best company I have ever worked for! Started back in1990, never looked back!

We called this past Monday and made an appointment for someone to come out on Wednesday at 3:30. At 3:45 on Wednesday, I finally called because no one came or called. They said that they wrote down the date wrong and had scheduled us for the next day. So they were supposed to come at 4:30 today. It is now 4:50, and no one has come or called. I left work early for this appointment and they have now wasted our time on 2 separate afternoons waiting for them. Dont bother wasting your time.

How do I begin to tell you what a FABULOUS job the crew did at my house.I first want to speak of the Owner: Allen Roeber and the Employees on the crew.Allen was a super nice guy, he was friendly, knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted done. He gave a very fair estimate and based on the estimate and my vibe from him, I chose Best Stamped Concrete. Professionalism to me is super important. Allen actually was able to come out and quote my job sooner than anticipated and I really appreciated him coming sooner.The job was able to start a few days sooner because he had a schedule change from a very large job and could fit me in sooner. BIG PLUS for me I was thrilled.The crew started on Monday morning. They were PROMPT and they were so very nice. I will call them all GENTLEMEN not workers, because they were ALL respectful, kind, nice and very concerned with making me happy and doing a good job. I have been in customer service my entire working life and I must say the crew was customer service 100%. They were kind and answered my questions without hesitation. They didnt mind me watching and learning what they were doing. They were so very careful on my property making sure everything was done without any damage. They ALL showed great pride in their work. I noticed how very well they all got along and their work flowed like a well oiled machine.Day One: Three man crew arrived. They removed the old concrete which was to me a hard job, but they did it with care and ease. They framed up the area where the concrete pour would go. They ran laser level on the project to be sure the concrete would drain to the proper places.Day Two: Seven man crew arrived today. They arrived promptly, dumped gravel into the areas to be built up, placed the rebar all across the areas and began the concrete pour. They worked very efficiently with their 7 man team on pour day. They held up a plastic sheet each time the motorized concrete bucket dumped the load and there were no splatters on anything. I was very impressed again with their care and efficiency. They worked on setting the concrete into place and at the end of Day Two it was more beautiful than I had imagined. I had a gorgeous patio that flawlessly transitioned into the driveway right up to the carport. The job was more beautiful than I had imagined.Day Three: Two men returned to complete the job. They cut the control joints into the concrete in a nice even pattern which will allow for any future inevitable cracks to be guided into the correct places. They cleaned up 100% of everything from my yard. They cleaned off the concrete dust from where they had cut the control joints. They pressure washed the existing section of driveway where their machinery had tracked dirt and debris. When they left there was no evidence they had been at my home except for the following:1. A Beautiful, extraordinary patio and driveway2. A lasting impression of the gentlemen who worked on my project.3. My desire to tell my friends that I highly recommend Best Stamped ConcreteI realize that they poured plain concrete at my house; but I can imagine how gorgeous and well done their work would have been if I had the high quality stained, stamped concrete. If a company takes pride in the small things they do that means they do even better on their greater projects. MEN JOB WELL DONE!!!!! I AM GRATEFUL- HAPPY-THRILLED!! The job is more beautiful than we ever imagined!!!! My husband and family are just blown away!!!!!

Called these guys in to fix problems caused by another contractor.Considering the mess they had to fix, they did an outstanding job at a good price.

SCAM GUY DONT USE!!!! Paid $2200 for office floors to be stained, stared peeling within 1 month. Called the guy and he came out and said yep that looks bad. Got in his truck and left, never heard from him again. He blocked my calls and never replied and answered emails. DONT USE!!!

I hired these guys to repair/replace concrete around our pool after a friend recommended them. They were indeed a lot cheaper than 2 other companies that I got quotes from but I guess you get what you pay for.First, while they were pressure washing out some of the old concrete, they blew the concrete directly into the pool. I can understand some getting into the pool but you should try your best to not get any into the pool or at least point the pressure washer away from the pool. Second, they were very sloppy with the coating they put on top. They got it all over the landscaping rocks and solar lights (of which they broke one). Third, there was a spot that they apparently did not coat correctly because it was off color. I called the owner, Alan, and he had the same guys come out and correct it. That was several weeks ago and there is still a noticeable difference in that spot and the rest of the pool concrete.These were the main issues with this company but they also left some trash around the pool once they finished and still left huge chucks of concrete in the pool. By the way, I am still waiting on Alan to come out and look at the off color spot but havent heard from him. If you are doing work around the pool, I would call someone else. They may be more expensive but I would imagine the work would be quality.Update 6/8/15: Alan said he would come back before Memorial Day and look at the discolored spot that they were supposed to have fixed the 2nd time and correct it. He still has not made it or contacted me about this. Submitted a complaint with the BBB, of which there are already 5 other complaints with, and has not contacted them with a response yet- has until 6/11/15. Also, today while blowing off the concrete around the pool, I noticed a chuck of concrete that they replaced coming up already. I texted him pictures and no response still.Update: 3/7/16It has been almost a year and Alan still has not come out to fix the concrete. I noticed over the past few days that there are spots around the pool that are flaking off and cracking. Im guessing since I did not remove my complaint from the BBB, he decided not to come out. Per a text message from the owner, Alan, If you call the BBB and take your complaint off I will take care of you immediately... Would not recommend these guys to anyone. Very bad business practices. Please be aware before letting them do any work for you, commercial or residential.
