I called and made an appt to have a front strut assembly installed. I was very specific on the phone about what needed to be done. I was quoted 2.5 hour job at $250. So I made the appt. I dropped off the vehicle this morning and touched based again over the phone about what needed to done. I talked to them at 0930. At 1550 I got the call my truck was done, 6 hours later! I got there and they told me my bill was $408. I was furious. Its not my fault your incompetent. This is the first place Ive ever been charged more then the quoted amount. If you didnt understand the job then say that. I also run a business, if I tried to charge $158 more then what was quoted people would tell me to go fly a kite. This was ridiculous. Then to follow up a friend of mine runs a shop locally and told me that its against Minnesota statute to charge more then 10% the quoted amount. So I called them back to try to work something out. They told me that I told them how long it would and basically I quoted myself for the job. The manager then told that they werent even equipped to handle the job and that they had to go out and buy tools to do it and that the shop ate that cost that they shouldve had me pay. He also told me they were doing me a favor because they knew my wife when I never told them who I was and that they already knocked 1.5 hours off. So again its not my problem if you cant accurately quote a job, let alone quoting a job youre not even equipped to do. I told the manager that I would be writing a poor review on their Facebook and Google. He blew up at me said that theyd be filling defamation of character law suit against me. This is a horrible way to do business and to go to. This was my first and last time going here. I caution anyone who goes to this shop.

Fast, no hassle friendly service. Took care of the billing with my insurance and my vehicle did not receive any damages (including scatches) during the towing process. Fantastic! I will call them if I have issues again.

Spectacular! New Years Eve... put truck in the ditch. Mark was there in no time flat and had it out in minutes! Great conversation and a great guy! Highly recommend them!

Slow and no worth going back

Locked my keys in my car while it was running on Thanksgiving morning (dang mazda modern technology 😜) They came quickly from another town and only charged $60 for unlocking my car with no damage. Highly recommend.

Our vehicle broke down in our driveway on a Sunday, and they were able to get it towed to the shop safely on Monday morning. My only complaint would be that I Facebook messaged them on Sunday because it said they typically respond within a few hours, but by 9:30 on Monday morning I still hadnt heard anything back. An auto-responder or something to let people know that only respond during working hours would be better.
