One of the worst carlots I have went to.. I will never ever buy a car from here again nor will I ever speak well of this carlot... My car had problems from day 1 and they told me there was nothing wrong and to just walk away and ignore it... Now my car is having more problems... Also they told me my car was worth 16000.. I blame myself for not waiting to talk to my banker. I found out my car is only worth 12800. So there for they ripped me off around 3000.. I called and told Skylar what my banker told me, and he told me she lied.. My banker has never lied to me... I have been with my Bank for the last 10 years... Never have I had a bad experience with my Bank...

Definitely will NOT be going back here as long as one of the salesmen is there that helped me. The ONLY helpful thing he did was help me decide that I needed and should go elsewhere for a vehicle. Jumped to conclusions, very judgmental, very rude and definitely wasnt trying to make a sale at that point. Was told that I couldnt afford any of his vehicles on the lot and I wouldnt be able to get a deal anywhere besides through him. Very contradicting and didnt have any info to even make that assumption of me.

Was told I could have a recall done today got there and they said they didnt have time after they told me the would have time when I called yesterday. After a 2 hour drive wasted my time and gas to get there and have another 2 hour drive home and all they could say is we dont have time. If I could rate it negative 5 stars I would but cant so unfortunately I had to give one star which they dont deserve

The sales group was good helpful. But the services dept sucks. They never answer their phone unless you go thru someone in the front. Dont return phone calls. Only had the car for 3 weeks you would think as a new customer they would want to continue the good customer service but I guess I not. Poor reviews of service dept for over 2 years you would think dealership management would something to correct by now. Guess 5hey just worried bout getting paid.

Theyre OK Ive never had a problem with them. Although it seems lately theyre having quite a difficult time getting parts for The recall on my Breaks.Its been down now over a month and I was told yesterday they didnt expect depart to be shipped until next month about this time.What???Can you imagine ?Neither can we, But its happening.A scheduled recalled repair.☆☆☆ Cant get parts.

Almost 6 months and almost 10 thousand dollars later they finally fixed my truck. It now has a lot of new parts on it, not sure if they were all needed. I had to get the district manager involved and he helped a lot. For my extensive amount of trouble he helped me out on the final repair bill. For that I gave 3 stars and minimal hate speech.

Bought a truck from them. Several months later heater not working on driver side. We called 3 times to talk to a manager, each time we were told they were in a meeting and would call us back. Guess what!... Months later still waiting. Ive bought my last 3 vehicles there each time the service has gotten worse. No more..I do not recommend.EDIT: So after this post the service manager responded. He was very helpful & within just a few days had my truck in & fixed. My faith is restored. Thank you Tim! Changing my 1 star to 4.

Great experience easy to work with.Thank you so much Greg Flores for making the buying of my Tacoma so easy and painless. I didn’t need to spend hours at the dealership. Just a search on their website, filled out a credit app online and about a 5min conversation on the phone about my trade and what I wanted. Christopher Lewis my “F&I guy” did a wonderful job of explaining everything so succinctly. Vehicle warranty and loan details, they didn’t try to pile on a bunch of extras or sell me the undercoating.Thank you Midwest Superstore.

We took my Nissan Altima in for an oil leak, found out it was the oil cooler cost was around 800.00 but it was going to take overnight to get the part in.. I am the least patient person in the world and I dont like being without my car, but the guys in service were really nice and patient with me !! I would highly recommend Midwest Ford.. Thank you Matt for being so nice and sorry about all the phone calls and thank you Stuart for getting my car fixed and also for taking care of that rattling noise..And they also saved me around 500.00 which Im so grateful for!!

I will never do business with them again. Purchased a 2016 Toyota tacoma truck there back in October 2019. I have tried repeatedly to get someone in the finance department over the past several weeks. I called 8 times No one returned a call. I finally was able to speak with them today and the information I needed was pulled up in less than a minute. The guy had all kinds of excuses why I didnt get a call back. I informed him his excuses werent valid and we felt like just a sale to them . I recommend going elsewhere.

Bought our used truck there in October. We paid for extended warranty. Less than a month later, the DEF heater went out. Warranty didnt cover it. It sucked to have to pay over $800 to fix it. But we still love our truck.

90 days, a used car drives off the lot. 30 days later 60 days left until the temporary tag expires. I dont have a title yet and the Ford Escape automatic shift breaks, simple fix the white grommet broke. Had to call AAA to have the car towed from Wichita KS to Midwest Ford. In the end they made it right. Im satisfied .

I gave one star since our 2013 f150 went in for repairs and wasn’t fixed. Normally I’m easygoing and things don’t bother me. But when your truck is falling flat on its face when you take off from stop it’s dangerous merging into traffic. People will crash into you. My wife and kids are important and we took it in for repairs it ended up not being fixed and it started happening again with my wife and kids in vehicle if they get in wreck before it’s taken care of I will be extremely mad. I hope they get it resolved today if not we will go elsewhere.

(This review does NOT reflect the service or parts departments)Have tried to do business several times here. People are ok to deal with but they lack the ability to return phone calls. Seems like they are always to busy to take a call when you do call and I even had to go up there to even try to get answers while trying to buy a car. Doesnt matter what the situation is, if they can not take 5 minutes to return a call then that shows how much they care about the customer. Tried to give them another chance in the past few weeks and same thing, seems nothing has changed from last year. Ended up buying Elsewhere. Will not return and will not recommended to anyone.

Got my oil changed and they told me i need a new clutch module for my automatic transmission on my Ford focus. And when i went home my oil wasnt too clear like new oil would be. And it had the same exact oil filter on it to begin with.

I went to Midwest Ford and Toyota for maintenance on my truck that I just purchased from another dealership. So this review is directed at just the maintenance department as I have not had any interaction with the sales team. The work they did was good, but the service was really bad. They didnt notify me when my vehicle was ready, so I had to call them and it had been ready for awhile without me knowing. The worst part, was the trust-worthiness of their employees. I had a nice pair of sunglasses in the open, and when I got my truck back, they were missing. Its really not that big of a deal, but when I talked to the service manager, he seemed unwilling to care about the issue and didnt work with me to resolve it. If you have the chance, take your car/truck somewhere else, where they actually care about their customers.

Worst service shop I have ever had dealings with. I had my car towed there after the keys were lost...they told me prior to the town that they could definitely make and program me a key, no problem, and get me back in the road lickety split. YEAH RIGHT. After getting my car there they let it sit for almost A WEEK without touching it--i only needed a replacement key!! They then told me that my car was too old by 1/2 of a year for them to cut me a key, and that there was ABSOLUTELY no way to get the code from my Vin #, because Ford purges the codes after 10 years....I drive a 2008...so unfortunately they would have to PULL MY IGNITION AND USE IT TO CUT ME A NEW JEY THAT COULD THEN BE PROGRAMED??? Tell me why?? I knew it was bogus but by then it had been almost 2 weeks without my vehicle, plus I was staying at a hotel at my expenses because I was out of town!! They FINALLY got me a rental so I could go to work and back...(which they ended up refusing to pay for!!) During the process of pulling my ignition the tech broke 3 components and surprise...now had to replace the whole thing....at my expenses....fast forward through a massive amount of shady business practices and finally Im told that my car is done and I now owe $835.00 !!!!??? TO GET A KEY MADE??!?!! And to top it off, they wont take payments its all or none, so I had to let my car sit there for 2 months while I figured out how to come up with 835.00 to get my car out of the FORD SUPERCENTER JAIL. I was never told how much I was looking at or given an option to take my car elsewhere. They were very short with me and gave me no advice or insight or even an estimate. I would steer as far away from them as I could. ****Sidenote**** The Sales Team is a completely different story, and are the polar opposite of the shotty service group....The Sales Staff are all super helpful, friendly, and to my knowledge all operate with a high set of standards and integrity when dealing with thier customers...the service guys could really stand to take some pointers from them. Rant over.

Rudest staff I have ever met at a car dealership. I had set an appointment with someone there, the rude girl at the front desk went to get the person, who wouldnt even come out to see me because they said I had missed my appointment, which I hadnt, I was 10 minutes earlier than the time I would be there. And then wouldnt even answer the phone when I called to reschedule. Of the three people I was in contact with, all of them tried blowing me off. Guess Ill take my money elsewhere to get a new car.

Service writer kept asking if I had an appointment when I had told him the problem started while I was in town . Something in transmission. He asked if I could leave it for a couple of days then asked me again if I had a appointment. Duh. It did not sound good.
