Thankful for Tony and the whole team. They are true professionals. We were waiting on a part but they communicated with me that my vehicle would be on time and were friendly and understanding. We are very happy and extremely satisfied with the work, detail and the care that was put into getting our truck repaired and back to us within a timely fashion using the Auto Repair Xpress service. I was concerned about our signage on the side of the truck but the repair tech took the time to use a heat gum to remove and to store it safely until the repair was done and put it back on the door of the truck. Tony kept us informed as to the status of the repair on our truck. I would highly recommend and suggest if you have a repair Caliber Collision in Hyattsville is the best! They get 10 stars !!

Walked in and all though we were super sad about how our car was recked we were greeted by a smile from Eddy and told our car was in good hands that they would do everything they could to repair it as if it were brand new. They are the best, the work they do, the price they charge and the customer service they provide! I have been so happy with the work and the one minor problem I had they bent over backwards to make right! This is the only place I will take my car! We had an appointment for Jan. 26, 2021 drop the car off made there markings, Enterprise dropped our rental off and the whole thing was smoove. We were told that the car wouldnt be ready until Feb.2, 202, the car was ready Jan.29 three days yall I couldnt believe it, Thank you Tony for everything, car looks amazing.

When I first crashed my car, I was devastated. I have a brand new 2021. I lost sleep because of it. My insurance company sent me to caliber collisions. I pulled up, went inside and was greeted upon entry. TONY, walked outside with me to go over my damages. Again, I was still hurt behind this. I didn’t know how Jace(my car) would look after they’ve worked on him. Tony, kept saying Ms Haw….don’t worry, we got this. I trusted his words but I continued to loose sleep because of my aniexty. Tony kept me informed throughout the whole process. Babyyyyyyy, let me tell you. When Tony called and told me Jace was ready, I was super excited still in fear tho. That Friday morning when I pulled into caliber collisions, my heart was beating so fast. Tony pulled Jace from around the corner y’all. My heart dropped. Jace looked as if NOTHING ever happened to him. I mean you couldn’t tell that it was 9k worth of damages done to him. He was shining and all his parts was definitely attached properly. They even have him a nice bath too. Tony watched me shed a few tears of joy. Y’all it was the best feeling ever. Tony and caliber collisions for the win. Do NOT come here if you have any concerns about your insurance, especially if you are out of state. Their employees and manager refused to sign off on a simple form from our insurance company. Was the form redundant? Maybe. But they made a huge fuss over refusing to sign it and were rude to us in the process. Plus, they have no care about wearing masks or any personal health.

My experience here was nothing least of amazing. After seeing their low stars on google and some of the reviews, I was definitely concerned of the well being of my car and how it would come out, but let me say I was nothing but pleased at the results. Customer service was also amazing. This is 4 stars not 5 because after moving my speakers out of place, I asked to have it moved back and they kind of looked at like why should we but nonetheless it was great!

I had an appointment for 3pm for insurance claim (collision). However, the representative was on a personal call and kept me waiting. I arrived at 2:50 and left at 3:40; I was never seen for my appointment. I do not recommend this caliber collision. Horrible customer service and unprofessional.
My service provider, Yash was extremely thorough and personable throughout the entire process. From the start, he connected to my damage incident on a personal level and made it feel like less of a chore to get it repaired. He updated me with phone calls, voicemails, and text messages when I was not available to answer, and walked me through every step of what was done to repair the vehicle. If I ever have to repair my vehicle again, I plan to bring it to Caliber in Hyattsville!

I received excellent services from beginning to end at Caliber Collision in Hyattsville. I spoke to representative Albert Quarshie last week Wednesday and he got the ball rolling, fast. My car was towed and on its way to the shop in just a few hours, it was amazing. I received updates on my cars progress and never had to reach out to them once. I picked up my car today and lets just say it is way cleaner than when it was picked up. I really didnt expect that, it was wash and vacuumed. I never want to be in an accident again, but I know where to come if I do and will be referring anyone who needs collision repairs. The entire team was great, they brought their A game.

I am a Wounded Warrior, so sometimes my memory is not so great. Mr. Cotton is the guy that granted me quality service with Over the Top Customer Service. I was amazed by the overall experience. I had forgot my registration for the Buggy. He allowed me to go back home and get it without rescheduling another appointment. The office was clean and the CDC social distancing policy was active. Mr. Cotton did not make feel uncomfortable as we spoke about the estimate. His professionalism during the Covid--19 pandemic made me desire to come back to this great company. My car was stolen and smashed up pretty badly. My regular mechanic doesn’t do body work so I picked Caliber mostly at random. It was the biggest mistake I made all year and I hope you can learn from me. They had it for a month, changed the date I’d get it 5 times, lied through their teeth, and hid from me. They never called me, even once. I had to constantly ask them what was going on, and then get lied to. I try not to be a complainer but I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my life. Have literally anyone else in the world fix your car.

I have been luck enough to have found Caliber Collision to repair my car. They are on time, send an update text every day and delivered my car back to me as if nothing had ever happened. Great group of people!
They fixed my door and they routed my door and side view mirror harness wrong. I took it to the Volkswagen dealer because the window wasnt rolling down and I thought something was wrong with the window. They told me the work that I had done by Caliber was faulty and charged me 380.97 to fix it. Caliber has a lifetime warranty and I was assured by the manager, Albert, that I would have my refund back in August. It is February and I still do not have my refund, Albert has not been answering my phone calls or e-mails to get this resolved. Avoid this branch. They do faulty work and do not represent Caliber as a whole.
Good work, but also good luck reaching someone who can actually help you on the phone. Because the people who answered the phone, when someone answered the phone on my third time trying, arent actually close to the people actually doing the work, my repair- finished date was pushed back twice. Grr!
This is literally the worst repair shop I have ever been to. I went because I was getting repairs through my insurance for a brand new car after an accident. The repairs were supposed to take 1 month max. I did not get me car back for 5 months and when I got it back I had 3 lights on that did not go off and I took it back twice for 2 months and it still was not repaired correctly. A year later I had to take my 1 year old car to the dealership for repairs and was told that all of the issues with my car were directly caused by the incompetence of the mechanics at Caliber. Caliber also did not provide me with any reasons as to why it took so long to repair and why I had to come back twice. I will NEVER go back to this place and I would recommend that no one goes here for any issues with your car that you actually want fixed.
If you want respectable, honest repair, dont come here. got a 2 day quote for a dent the size of a quarter, and some scratches that didnt even break the clear coat (buffable). not only did they have my car for 8 days, giving me the run-around for a week, when i go to pick up my car they hadnt even fixed the scratches! no apologies or anything. they guarantee their work, but Im not letting them waste another week (or more) of my time by letting my car sit in their yard getting half ass work.
Terrible Service- My car was there for two weeks for a relatively minor repair. Sat for over a week before they did anything. No communication. No response to queries by phone, text or email. Would never use them again and would never recommend them to others. Just frustrating and inconsiderate. Go someplace else. Anyplace else.
Worst experience ever.. My pick up date for my vehicle was rescheduled multiple times with no professional excuse. oh they forgot to order a part so it will take another day or we are still waiting on the paint. Mind you, I was given the estimated hours that would be spent on each service I GOT MY CAR AFTER A WEEK OR SO OF DELAY. I PICKED UP MY CAR WITHOUT A HUBCAPS SINCE SOMEONE FORGOT TO ORDER IT. NOT ONLY MY SEAT WAS COVERED WITH STAINS, WHOMEVER WORKED ON MY CAR LEFT TRASH & THEIR SWEATERS ON MY TRUNK. TRASH OF BOXES & DIRTY TOWELS. WHO DOES THAT?!2 WEEKS AFTER, I STILL HAVENT GOT MY HUBCAP REPLACED AFTER I WAS TOLD BY MR GREGG THAT HE WILL HAVE SOMEONE COME TO MY ADDRESS TO FIX IT .HE NEVER KEPT HIS WORDS.ONCE PAYMENTS WERE MADE BY MY INSURANCE MR GREGG HAS BEEN VERY DISMISSIVE & SENDING MY CALLS TO VOCIEMAILS. I FINALLY GOT HOLD OF HIM THROUGH MY FRIENDS PHONE NUMBER.WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!!5 STARS FOR THE RECEPTIONIST !!!!

I had a mysterious leak in my Volvo. Every time it rained, water soaked the carpet behind the passenger seat. I took the car to a garage, and they charged me $150 to clean the sunroof drains. The rain still came in. I tried the dealer, who cleaned the drains again. Still leaked. Then the dealer assured me the leak was in the taillight, which they repaired. The dealer also dried the carpet for $500. Guess what happened the next time it rained? More water, same spot.In desperation, I went to Caliber Collision because they were recommended by GEICO. When I showed up with a leak, the team was skeptical. Probably the sunroof, they said. Maybe just a dirty drain near the windshield. Ok, this wasnt a totaled vehicle or some interesting body-shop project, but it was important to me.Greg Lewis agreed to do some detective work with the guys in the garage. They found the leak - not in the sunroof - but in a poorly installed side window. They also discovered the dealer had not properly installed the sunroof drain, and showed me a photo to prove it.I was prepared to pay $1,000, and I was almost happy about it because they had fixed an annoying problem that no one else could solve.When I picked up the car, Greg gave me the keys. Wheres the bill, I asked. No charge, he said, telling me Id suffered enough with lesser shops. Just write a nice review, he said.Heres that review. Paid in full. Thank You!
A four day fix turned into over four weeks and they still couldnt deliver the car completely fixed. I picked up my car TWICE thinking it was ready...it was not. I had to go through two rental vehicles because of this, not to mention go to another body shop to get it completely fixed. To top it off, I am now getting emails from the Enterprise branch manager claiming I never paid my deposit or returned the car. False. I returned both vehicles directly to Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision claims they never received the car from me. Amazing. I went through this place because it is a Geico preferred shop--completely regret not checking out the reviews. RUN AWAY.

I wish I could give them zero star.AAA forced us to deal with them. They kept the car with them for more than a month, no one care to follow up. Just all what u have to do is to wait for their mercy.We get our car without center lock for the front door. When We complained to the manager they said it is not in the original parts for this car. I do not care I need the same exact door. They refuse and told the manager wrong info. Very bad customer services.And they used cheap replacement. They give us the car without a rubber after they switch the front lamp of course it is damaged within 2 weeks.Till now since 2 month I could not get my car as before.
Very terrible, unfriendly service. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told it would be completed not that Friday but by the Friday after, which was longer than I was originally told but they guaranteed it would be ready then. I was told I would get daily updates but I did not. After not hearing anything for 5 days I called the Friday morning when it was as due to be ready and they guarenteed it would still be ready by the end of the day and would call me. The shop closes at 5:30. At 5, after not hearing anything I called only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. I just ended up Uber it to the shop where I was treated very poorly when I arrived and am still currently waiting - over an hour later.

I did not expect to go thru a nightmare. No doubt they fixed or repaired my car they best they could and I noticed that they scratched my trunk, the molding of the small rear window, the molding of the driver side without any reason. Looks like the people or workers that prepped my car did not have the experience to perform a quality job. I did talked to one of the sups and who was surprised of all the things I found wrong. I think they need more training of how to take care others people property. Also, they sprayed a contaminated clear coat on top on the quarter panel. A total disaster. Anyways, I hope they improve

Beware! Has had my car for over 2 and a half weeks with no update just to repair a mirror and perform a paint job. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will try to milk GEICO insurance as much as they can. Avoid at all costs.

This was the worst body shop experience I have ever encountered and I will NEVER return for them to do any new work on my vehicle. I was never called by the body shop rep to keep me posted on the status of my vehicle. I even complained about it when I was told my car was done and it in fact was not when I arrived on April 27th and again on May 1st. The major damage was fixed but pieces were missing from the inside of my door, my paint wasnt even and smooth, the pinstripe was peeling and other things were an issue that had nothing to do with the impact site (my door) such as my window tint film was scratched up, my trunk and hood werent aligned, my trunk lining was not secure, some piece hanging in the front under my bumper. I took my car that day and was told I would be called in a few days to bring my vehicle back. I asked for proof (a print out, a letter etc.) that I was taking my vehicle and the repairs were incomplete and I will be bringing it back, I was told that wasn’t possible so I emailed Kevin (service adviser) myself with the events that took place and requested a response, he responded.After 2 more weeks of waiting and feeling like I was being brushed off in the emails I decided to call the Caliber Collision main number to complain.The center manager Al called minutes after I made a complaint to say my parts were in and to bring my vehicle in. Once I started emailing and making calls, I wasnt even acknowledged anymore once I entered the shop, except by the receptionist.The last time I came in on May 16th, 2018, Caliber Collisions rep Kevin spoke to me through the receptionist (even though he sat steps away from me and could have and should have spoken with me himself). You would think that knowing I had an issue Al would greet me when I arrived the next day to make sure everything went smoothly especially since I have been dealing with this for over a month already! (April 9th-May 18th to be exact) I have yet to meet him.In fact, when I arrived I asked for Al (the center manager) the receptionist told Kevin I was there (even though he could clearly see me as the space isn’t so big and he sits near the door) he told her that he had not called me so he don’t know why I was there. Instead of passing messages he should have gotten up to see what I was there for. I informed the receptionist that Al called and told me my parts were in and to come in. After waiting for a few minutes Kevin got up and asked for my keys. He didn’t say anything else until I asked should I come back or stay. He said I could stay because it would only be a few minutes. I chose to come back. I called 2 hours later seeing as though I again had not received a call. I was put on hold for 10 minutes until Al FINALLY picked up and told me to come get a rental because they didn’t see what I meant about my paint. AGAIN WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO CALL TO FIND THAT OUT?! I told him I am in front of the shop and could show them. I was informed that my car was not there but it had been taken to another shop. The only people who deserve good reviews from this whole ordeal is the receptionist and the porter at Caliber Collision.

I call and I am told some guy, I think named Kevin, will call. I never get a call....I wait a few days and I repeat to call with someone saying Kevin will call me...and no call. Walked in here today asking for an estimate on my fruit number. The receptionist greeted me with what can I do for you. No hi, hello, or good morning. I told her the problem and she asked me to wait for 20 minutes. It has been over an hour and I am still waiting. Yes reciptionist has a very bad attitude. It is like going to the DMV.
