I never write reviews but I wanted to say that my experience with this shop was amazing. I dont know anything about cars . But all my questions were answered. The gentleman at the front explained everything in detail. Gave me options and waited for me patiently while I ordered what I needed. As a female who doesnt understand car parts. I felt as I was given such great information. I will definitely go back for future things.

As mechanic shop owner I have to rely on my parts supplier to get my parts on time, to be patient and to have knowledge on the parts industry, I have to say Parts Authority has managed to offer me all of those services. Their staff such as Antony, Brandon and Angel have made my experience stunning and smooth, they get things done and make sure you get your parts on time for a very reliable price
Great place to find almost all parts ....but the new girl at the counter is too unprofessional ... going to talk to her co worker and leaving the customers unattended for several minutesAlso I was trying to cancel a wrong part ...and she said that I could do it at another store .just because I was going to pick up a part at greenbelt .........I was surprised when she told me that ...Im already here why I cant cancel the order Im already here . besides I bought here ... terrible experience ...please hiring someone that is willing to deal with customers
I dont know who hired or promoted that personel called Anthony to be a manager in this important auto part store on Kenilworth Avenue. He really need some customer service training! He needs to understand that he is not there to sell auto parts to himself but to us, the customers, and so he should do business in a way and manner that is fair and satisfactory to keep customers coming back for their auto part needs.Anthony oversold me a part for $271 although I had earlier called in and got a $231 quote for that part over the phone before I got there. That is a rip off and when I asked Anthony for the mechanic discount which I have been getting there for nearly 10 years now, he told me that what they have was BIDENS DISCOUNT. That was an insult on top of an injury.This dude is not qualified to be a manager with such a bad attitude and the earliar his superiors do something about him and teach him what customer service is all about, the better. In fact, I feel ripped off for being made to buy a $231 part for $271. That is absolutely unethical and I need someone at Neils Auto part Management team to fix this and refund the excess charge back onto my credit card. Until then, Parts Authoritys Neils Auto Parts gets zero star rounded to 1 star, all because of Anthonys poor customer service!
Since Anthony become manager . Store became bad to worse. NEED BETTER STORE MANAGER !!! ASAP.

This place have good parts and for cheap prices but there service isn’t the best. It seem as if each person has there own station and no one can work anywhere else. Also if you aren’t Spanish they take some time to make sure you are straight

Bad customer service. Really rude, guy doesn’t want to help me at first, decides to help me out to tell me to come back later because they have no one at register. Don’t understand how you’re open if you have 4 people sitting on computers and no one can do an exchange or purchase any parts ? Have came in the past and had rude employees.
What I thought was going to be a good day order parts for a 96 Honda Accord rack and pinion boots were totally wrong after waiting for a day and a half the next thing and they were totally wrong a shot to hell day. Im kind of losing my faith on these guys

The experience at Parts Authority was terrible!. I was returning a couple of Parts unused and they could not credit the money back to my credit card kill you and also a lot of Spanish-speaking employees whos not professional at all!. And with that said the Spanish customers are definitely rude and without manners!.
