The prices here are good and the food selection is fine: its definitely an improvement over the old version of the store. Unfortunately it seems that there is lots of mess around the stacks, making it hard to find some items.Sometimes it can be hard to navigate the parking lot and the checkout lines. When I went last there were 2 rather long lines for checkout. A third person finally came over to break up the lines, but only took people from one line to the new line, leaving the other line just as long.

It was a nice visit. It wasnt very crowded in the store and the the staff is very knowledgeable about what the store has to offer. I enjoy the the times that Im gone in there. I enjoy attaining items that are here today and gone tomorrow Thats a category that I am surely to take a look at before I leave the store I was able to get some warm slippers before the winter came last year.

Wow! What a difference! Beautiful. It has changed so much since the last time that I were there. All the veggies was fresh, everything was easy to find. And I cant believe with all the seafood and meats that I brought, it was only 137.00. Amazing shopping experience, even with the staff. Good job Aldi! I have always loved shopping with you guys, but this was a whole different animal.

Super friendly staff and clean store. They have limited product but have everything neatly organized. This makes everything easy to find.

This place is ok, Ive seen better. Theyre always stocking selves and it really hard shop with boxes throughout the isles. The cashiers are friendly especially Ms. Yesley, shes always smiling and willing to help.

I find that all Aldis are not the same. This one in West Hyattsville though the offerings in organic vegetables was good other Aldis have a wider variety. Didnt like their sweet potatoes. They seemed old. Came up short on coconut flour, milk and oil but did have almond flour. Okay for a pop in to get some things but I had to complete my regular shopping at Giant which thankfully was nearby.

This location was recently renovated and its lovely. Theyve placed the groceries at the entrance and the frozen items are on the other side of the store. The items are still the same (fantastic), the aisles are just a big bigger. The layout of the freezers seems to not flow well with heavy traffic, but perhaps this is just people being people. This is one of my favorite places to shop and Im thoroughly enjoying my recent find of 13oz of baklava for $5.

Taco Tuesday was a success. Prices here are unbelievable.

Dear Aldi, off course I am a regular customer and I like most of your products and customer service but on 08/16/21 I was 3025 Hamilton st, hyatsville, MD 20782 store waiting on line to pay for my items for more than 10 minutes but they told us to move another line because the register is not working and we moved go another register and then again the same woman told us the register we moved in is aslo is not working. This is quite annoying and some of your employees are not friendly at this particular store. Please do advice or give them a good costume service training. Because as always customer is a king. About the machines I hope you will fix the problem. I love Aldi Aldi is a great store. Please expand your stores around Washington DC and else were.Regards

Love this location. Except that the last several times Ive been in here they appear not to sell chicken WINGS in the meat case and this location doesnt offer wines, this is my favorite Aldi yet. The staff are all personable from the stockers to security, managers and cashiers. The store is consistently clean and well stocked. Great store. Keep up the good works 👍🏾

I was confused and lost while walking around this Aldi. It was very clean though. The lines werent too long though. The cashiers are fast. Im only taking off one star for the layout. I found everything I needed at a superb price.

Great experience, sometimes people outside will ask to take your cart back so they can have the quarter but I don’t see that as an issue whatsoever

They really cool in there; open up a new register when line is long.

I dont live to far from Aldis. You could eat off there floors. Its so clean.(i dont,but you could). Store even smell clean. The Aldis on 202/50 is dirty and i dont like to go in there. Im 85 and will do my shopping off queens chapel road. Store is very very clean.

They upgraded the store and I hadn’t been back yet since they upgraded it it’s phenomenal the selection is great the staff was extremely nice hundred percent recommend going there

Long lines, few cashiers. I and others enjoy coming to Aldis, but not spend unnecessary time checking out.Manager does not monitor cashiers. Perhaps an express line10 or less items. Im sure it us a cost factor in assigning an additional cashier. In these times...the least amount of time lingering in the stores is healthy.Thank you.

This location has improved tremendously since being remodeled. Clean and well-organized. Cant beat the prices for many products. 4 stars because there are some produce items you cant get here and they are sometimes out of the things Im looking for.

Love Aldi stores, love the produce!! went there recently and was served by a cashier that i had never seen before.. receipt said her name was Bibiane. she had a very bad attitude and she looked like she was having a bad day.. we all have bad days, thats normal.. but we should never take is out on clients.Thankfully she didnt ruin my shopping experience.

First I will like to start by saying that this review is in reference to a cashier, the store itself is a very nice grocery store, is always clean and products are fresh and good quality, now I come here all the time, living in the neighborhood for over twelve years, this is my first choice when it comes to grocery shopping, now the experience I had this morning Sunday October 4th around 11:35 AM, with a cashier name Alexis, was very disappointed, she seemed to be aggravated with almost every person going through her register, my advice to her is that if she is not happy with her job, go back to school and look for that job that is going to make her happy, I had all my groceries in a cardboard box, she got very angry because I didnt get them out of the box right away, is not like there was twenty people behind me and I was holding the line, it was just that she was not having a good morning, now releasing all her frustration and anger to the customers at Aldi is not the right thing to do, I believe a smile and a greeting goes a long way when it comes to customer service.Management talk to your cashier, make sure theyre ok when at work!!!!

Its my go to spot for shopping, they have organic, always fresh fruits, great vegan and vegetarian options and gluten free products which my kids eat and enjoy Which says alot for my picky eaters 👍The meat selections are fresh and a great value for the buck. If you have never been its definitely worth a trip 😉 I promise you wont regret it

I love shopping at ALDIS its always a great experience. So many different choices of foods from different countries. Their fresh produce is always reasonable however I could only give them 4 stars because they did not have any turnips which I had on my list today.

This place is a bless for the people with low income, good product for a fraction of it cost.

Some of the items I was looking for were missing from the shelves, but the customer service experience more than made up for it.

Reasonable price the only thing wrong is sometimes you dont find this same thing you find before they always change into different products

Although this store been around for a while I was pleasantly surprised how clean the store was. The shelves were full of food and the cashiers got people in and out the store very quickly.

My favorite Aldi in the area!

Ive never been blown away with customer service at a grocery store, particularly Aldi, but this location staff are particularly rude, it kind of makes it stressful to check out. Either Im not going fast enough for them, or they ignore me for some reason. I see staff yelling at people directing them like theyre cattle. I understand the Aldi work model: high staff productivity to keep costs down, but there is some baseline customer friendliness that is missing from this location. Hope it gets addressed.

Its the lack of proper hygiene that gets me. They dont even pretend to sanitize the carts.

I like new store a lot- nicer layout, fresh, bright, more items. There was plenty of help stacking items. The downside : there were only 3 cashiers working in a very busy store. Each of the lines were long. It took too long to check out plus the lines made it hard to get to products on the shelves.

I visited this Hyattsville location on 6/29/2020. I frequent this location often but on this particular day I had a terrible experience with the cashier Alexus. After patiently waiting in line to be checked out Alexus decided to take a customer before me. He only had one item but the point is she should’ve asked me as a paying customer if it was ok to have another customer skip me in line. Then she rushed me to get the cart as if she didn’t already have an empty cart beside her. Most cashiers with common sense would place my items in the cart already beside them and just take the next empty basket once my groceries are taken out. Then she proceeds to ask me if I’m paying cash or card. Then demands that I insert my card before she finishes totaling my purchase. She lacks great customer service. As if that was not frustrating enough. The alarm sounds when me and my family proceeds out the store. The security guard watched as we went through checkout and packed our groceries yet he still manages to walk over and ask for a receipt.

Lines were too long. The store was busy enough, but they only had 2 cashiers working. Glad they were competent ones that kept things moving.

New Aldis, had to pop in on the way home. Went in for just a couple of things and of course left with way more than that. Only reason not a 5 star? They were out of a lot of fruit and the place was a wreck from the Saturday rush. But I love Aldis! This one also had the fastest checkouts Ive seen in a long time!

Love it, would be nicer with sample bars..the store brand products are superior to many major companies. Compare coffee to other brands for example, its darker, fresher, smells great and tasty beyond average. The prices are way better for value and quality. Staff is courteous but they sell out too soon on some products. Its a no frills operation so you get the benefit in savings...i like that!

Here I find fresh fruits and veggies at great low prices. All groceries needed for my household are found here with the exception of fresh seafood. I shop here on a weekly basis. The checkout line is super fast to go through as well. Definitely recommend this location.

Aldys is a nother store there seems to have things that other people dont have toilet paper paper towels but they seemed to have almost everything you need or want when you go shopping I didnt see anything that I was looking for the only thing I didnt find was a large container of sea salt which are normally get from there but other than that anything else I was looking for I was able to get from Audis

They have good stuff for good prices. Not much name brand, but just as good. I go here for in between Giant food stops for little stuff and coffee is super cheap for put it machines! 1/2 price of anywhere else

Aldi is always a great move. Lines can get a little long sometimes but their prices pay off. Getting things like milk, butter, eggs, frozen fruit...you can usually get a good deal. Also bought some Christmas wrapping paper here. A place filled with nice surprises.

Reasonable prices. However, their products are not fresh. The produce goes bad within few days. I bought organic avocados which looked fresh and after 2 days all started to smell foul. This I observed across all ALDIs in and around college park area.

The place is relatively clean. The best time to go would be on Tuesdays, between 9am-11am if you can because of how busy they get. Outside those times, its a stronger chance that youll be in line for at least 5 minutes. Also, dont forget to bring a quarter of you want to use their cart!

Quality & prices are great! They carry a decent amount of vegetarian products. Best time to shop at Aldi is before noon to get the fresh produce. Its like a small farms market experience!

I always shop at ALDI, they have plenty of fruit and vegetablesMeat is sometimes a little expensive but I guess it depends on what your getting. But they do try to meet the needs of the community 🙂
