They make you buy and order from a catalog so your not even sure of what your buying exactly. They need to be more like Tommy Tools out in Houston Texas. They have everything you need ASAP without the wait or hassle from a catalog.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEI was driving on June 22 around 1:50 PM in Alexandria, and a Distribution International truck ran me off the road and almost hurt me really badly. I called the Alexandria location and was told the driver probably didnt see you at which point I said well you can either help me or I will call the police. The guy on the phone said do what you gotta do and hung up!! Are you serious? The driver seemed very aware of what he was doing, and in the off-chance that he didnt see me you dont tell a victim that [the driver] probably didnt see you, maybe he shouldnt be driving a big tuck then. And also, Distribution International obviously has ZERO regard for safety since they HUNG UP ON ME when I tried I report a very serious incident and the trucks license number. Id like for someone higher up to contact me about this because this is absolutely appalling.
