Have gotten many things through them they are awesome to work with get it paid off early go back for more but only when you have money

Id give less of I could. If you have a question about the charges apparently they just refuse service. I ask to talk on the phone with the district manager and she is too busy. Wow you guys will always be able to stay in business because of desperate people... I get that. When people that are willing to spend thousands you will turn them away because they see between the lines. Im just going to say false advertising!

3 dollars will pay till august 3rd ... Thats a week what they dont tell you is if you get payed lets say every 2 week you have to pay the 3 dollars plus what ever another week is. Biggest scam of my life was rac. Being a customer and and employee were the most worst experiences ive ever had hands down desperate, shady, not afraid to harass you every day wether you pay ontime or not. The employees are mean and unprofessional again thats wether you are an employee or customer. Theyre the kind of people to insult you to your face or behind your back and deperatly try to play it off as oh i was joking me nor my family will rent there ever afain.

The staff at this store have always been helpful and gone out of their way to make thing as right as the possibly can for me. Every time I call or go in they are helpful in answering all of my questions, and ALWAYS ask if I am still happy with the product. Now as for the actually polices... I hate them. I hate them in EVERY way. I got the tiniest scratch on my TV, and needed to return it only long enough to get approved for a home loan, that just wasnt going to happen. I have only had two bad phone calls with them in the time I spent with them and both time I got a call back from another staff member apologizing and making sure I actually understood why they were unable to do anything to help me. So the staff for the most part is great, you can tell they are defiantly loan shark type people, but very kind and want you to at least understand why they cant do something. But the policies that they have to fallow are just plain stupid.

I contacted this store because i wanted to rent a mac book air. Now i know that these places are just modern day loan sharks and they entice people with their specials and then take advantage of them in any way possible. Anyway to make a long story short: I wanted a a mac book air, did i have the money to pay for it, yes. Did i want to spend the money all at once, no. So i filled out the application, the sales rep Calls around to find me what i am looking for, he says he cant find it, no big deal. I happen to go to another RAC and they call a store close-ish to me and lo and behold they have one and have had it for awhile. Come to find out the RAC sales rep just lied to me to get information out of me about my brother who apparently had rented something from them and not kept the deal. Fine points of the experience: Unethical, deceiving, and lying is what this company is built on, choose absolutely anybody else.

Wouldnt help a current customer and not knowledgeable in there products nor help customers from other stores, go to Aarons they are national and all connected and cheaper
