I was extremely happy with the kind, welcoming experience I had at this facility!! Mackenzie was fabulous!!! I hadnt even driven a BMW before reaching the car lot. I was interested in possibly buying one, but wanted to decide if that was what I wanted:) Mackenzie was very helpful with explaining the many amazing features of the car and functions!! I absolutely love the car, but also will be back in the future because I loved the service!! They made things easy and seamless! Mackenzie went above and beyond to drive an hour away to come get me as I needed to pick up the vehicle without leaving one there. I also loved that there wasnt any unnecessary bartering with prices as they are very competitive and fair! It was nice to just walk in, knowing the price and walk away easily after the paperwork was complete!! I highly recommend BMW of Idaho Falls for any vehicle interests or needs!! Let’s face it. It’s been a very difficult couple of years for everyone. Having a check engine light come on and being quoted a substantial amount for the repair was extremely stressful. Well I cannot rave enough about Jeanna Dean the service manager at BMW of Idahofalls and her stellar service. Jeanna went way above and beyond and worked with her regional manager and the repairs are going to be done at a very reduced price. Now I just have to wait patiently for the parts to arrive. It’s a crazy world we are living in now. Having patience and kindness for one another is what we all need and I feel that is exactly what I received from the professional staff at BMW. Thank you.
Very efficient, quick and friendly. Obtained a loaner car as well and the cost for the repair reasonable.This is a second posting about 2 months later. A light came on my dash while driving from Driggs to Idaho Falls. I called BMW of Idaho Falls to see if it could squeeze me in for diagnostics while I was in Idaho Falls. Despite its having a full schedule already, it did so. Not only did it determine the problem--a stuck thermostat--it scheduled an appointment to replace the thermostat and to honor a warranty for the part and labor of a company in Portland that replaced it 1.5 years ago. Not only this, it will do the work while I am gone to Portland taking my vehicle in at its shop, delivering me to the airport and then returning my car to long term parking at the airport. I am an old person who has had many, many auto repairs, and this place is outstanding, plus uncommonly pleasant. 5 stars to Jeanna and this company.

Jeanna not only saved the day, but our vacation. My family and I were in the middle of a 7 day vacation in the Grand Tetons when we blew a tire out in the Tetons Village. Jeanna helped us work with Roadside Assistance to get a local tow service come pick our car up and bring it to Idaho Falls AND also helped arrange them tow a loaner to us! Without her we would have been left stranded without transportation for three days. Idaho Falls was on our way back home to Seattle so swapping out the loaner for our car couldn’t have been easier. There is something to be said about getting into a vacuumed out and washed car after 7 days of camping in the dust 😁 Thank you BMW of Idaho Falls for helping our family finish out our vacation!!

I actually came to the store planning to buy a different vehicle than the one I walked away with. Nick, the store manager, made a great recommendation for a car that better suited my needs and was a few thousand dollars cheaper than the one I planned on buying. They obviously care about the customer and not just their bottom line. Additionally, the financing and paperwork process was smooth and painless. Last of all, they walked me through the features of my new vehicle and made sure I knew how to use it before I left the lot.
Very knowledgeable and polite staff in the Service department. I wonder why the Sales people didn’t acknowledge those of us sitting in the show room while our cars were being serviced. They might have had another car sold that day.

They did the recall job in a timely manner but Ive never been to a BMW dealership where the sales staff doesnt acknowledge the customers when looking at cars and the service dept does no inspection of the vehicle being serviced to alert the customer of possible necessary maintenance. This particular dealership lost a sale to us about a year ago when we came in looking for a car and your sales people ignored us the entire time, we ended up buying elsewhere. Youre staff in Idaho Falls is seriously lacking in customer service, sittingat a desk waitingto be approachedby customers is a bit of an insult.

Items missing in car after service including power adapter cover and 1 bungee cord.Hood on my vehicle hard to open since prior wreck. Scheduler was to relay this to service crew. They yanked on the hood to open it and now the gap under the front hood is worse than before I serviced it.Services needed, completed. Thank you
We had shopped all around for a minivan and found our dream one and BMW. Holy cow, I was so impressed. They werent pushy at all. They were extremely informative. They communicated well. From the time we found our beautiful van until we could actually purchase it, it took a couple of weeks. BMW stayed patient. When we finally bought our van, we found out they filled the car full of gas!! We drove off with a completely full tank. That tiny detail seriously impressed us. If you need a car, I couldnt recommend this business enough.
I was in Idaho Falls for a seminar and I was able to call the Idaho Falls BMW dealership and spoke to Alex. He was great to work with and he was able to get my BMW in for an oil change. They got my oil changed and informed me of some other things in the future to look out for on my specific car. I was very pleased with how informed Alex was and his customer service skills were top-notch. Great place to have your BMWs serviced by certified technicians. I would highly recommend!!!

We had a failure of the drivers side window on our X3 while we were near Yellowstone. BMW of Idaho Falls helped us troubleshoot and then got us in to fix it as soon as we reached Idaho Falls. My reception by Jeanna Dean was excellent. She was very friendly and welcoming and the space was very clean and nice. Service was excellent. I was disappointed that other then the front reception staff, most employees were unmasked or not wearing a mask properly but it was Idaho Falls.

I dropped off my BMW for service at Ron Sayer’s BMW in Idaho Falls. This is the first time I have owned a BMW. I was a bit weary about what my bill would be. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. When I picked my car up it had been washed and even the tires had been wiped down. I will not hesitate at all to use Ron Sayer BMW for all my needs in the future.

Needed Parts, phone went voice mail, they never called back. Had to mcGiver my X5 to get back on the road a long way from home. Home Depot 1, BMW parts dept ZERO.
I had to bring my X5 in to be scanned for a problem that I was having. Explained a few items to be answered if they could while having it checked out. They confirmed the problem as I thought it was and didnt inform me of the other items I asked about.

Service was quick as it was only in for an oil change. My service advisor was nice, prompt and tentative. Parts counter staff was awesome.There was a special on 535D oil changes which have the same engine, use the same oil and fluids and is the same process. It was $180.00 The special was not mentioned and I paid $220 for the same service.There was not much of an explanation on how many quarts of oil were used or if it was low on arrival. They also added def as part of the service and I had to ask how many gallons were added. The answer was two bottles, making it an assumed 5 gallons. I don’t know if that topped it off or is supposed to just get me by till the next oil change.I most likely will do my own regular maintenance now but wanted BMW to look it over for me as I had just purchased it. I didn’t get anything reported back other than it looks really clean.For some reason the maintenance that was just done has not been updated in BMW Connected Services either so I keep getting reminders that the vehicle is due for service.
Serviced my car here. Treated very nice and felt like they were very competent.
My turn signal light wasnt working and it wasnt the bulb. Therefore I got a diagnostic done to see what was wrong. While they were doing the diagnostic they fixed the problem free of charge. Would highly recommend.

I brought it in 750 LI for service and I traveled five hours to get it there. I left the vehicle there for a few weeks and was told that the vehicle was repaired. After receiving a bill for a suspicious consecutive number of 1234.56, I went to pick the vehicle up on a weekend when they were closed. As soon as I pulled away from the dealership, all the Christmas lights came back on the dash with all the same problems. I spoke with the service manager and he said to bring it back for more service. A local, non-BMW mechanic fixed the problem for $400. I would recommend taking your BMW to a different dealer for service. I told them that if they fixed the vehicle, then I would sell mine and buy a brand new five series. I ended up selling it and buying a Volvo instead. They’re much more reliable.
Went in to test drive a 2011 X3. It broke down a few miles up the road!!!! After waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come get me they apologized and said they’d make me a killer deal on a 2015 X5 to make up for what I went through. Their “killer deal” was $1,250 off the sticker price, which they made up for by offering me $2,500 below trade in value on my truck. And on the way back from being stranded the salesman was doing 120 mph in one of their new X7’s... These people clearly don’t care about their customers OR their cars.

My wife and I had driven to Grand Teton National Park & Yellowstone from Iowa. We had an issue on the drive out. The dealership was able to fit our X5 in for service on short notice so we could make it back to Iowa safely. Alex did a great job of helping us out and provided us with a great customer experience!

This dealer is full of people that are either fraudulent or incompetent. I left my car with them for a few weeks and they patched up things instead of fully diagnosing and fixing the issue. There were even warning lights when I picked up the car but they quickly dismissed it when I mentioned it to them. The car ended up breaking down for the same reason within 24 hours. I took it to a different BMW dealer and found out they never fixed the problem. To make it all worse, I learned they charged me for a part that is recalled by BMW and should have been covered. I called them multiple times but the service manager is extremely defensive and general manager is never available. I reported them BMW USA and will be reporting them to Department of Transportation and other authorities. The road is shared by everyone and dealerships like this make us all unsafe and should not exist.

Very poor communication from the sales team. We were told the car we wanted to test drive was “available” but that we couldn’t test drive it that day because it was “getting detailed” we decided to look around anyway and found the car on the lot. When we went in to ask if we could test drive it they said it was being held for an out of town buyer that “just put money down” on it minutes before us showing up. They didn’t ask if we wanted to test drive a different year of the same model (they had three on the lot) they kept trying to cut the conversation and weren’t very enthusiastic about our business. They won’t give you the time of day.

Our 335i started leaking coolant on a cross country trip, and we pulled in to Idaho Falls BMW on a Sat afternoon with little expectation they’d be able to help on such short notice. The young lady who is the service manager was so helpful - got our car checked out (yep, water pump going bad), gave us a loaner car for the afternoon, and we were back on the road by 5pm. Great customer service, would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience! Everyone was extremely friendly. Salesperson (Morgan) was just the best! No pressure to buy, just happy to show us cars and spend as much time as we wanted. Definitely recommend BMW of Idaho Falls. We have owned Mercedes, Porsche, Audi cars and this was as good an experience as we have had.

I’ve only dealt with the service department, but have had only positive experiences. Staff has always been very friendly and professional. Maintenance times have been a little longer than anticipated, but I prefer that over the work being rushed on my vehicle. I will continue to return to BMW Idaho Falls as long as they continue to provide outstanding service.

I was treated exceptionally well at BMW in Idaho Falls. Jeanna in service showcased her problem solving skills when I was met with an unforeseen tire issue that was spotted by their technician whom apparently has laser vision. Jeanna was able to help me square away a solution that worked for me, while also lining out transportation. Without spilling the details; To the degree that Jeanna, along with the rest of the staff, helped was far more than what is typically expected from a dealership and I truly appreciate it.

Ron Sayer BMW service department did an AWESOME job in taking care of my unexpected water pump issue. We were on a trip from SLC to Great Falls when my 2017 BMW 530xi warned me about the engine overheating and to stop. We were an hour north of Great Falls when this happened. I called the dealership and asked if I should bring it in and they encouraged me to do so. It as about noon and I drove back. As soon as I got back, they took my car in and diagnosed the water pump was going out and needed to be replaced. They said it would take longer than we had as it was Friday and we only had the weekend to visit with our family members there. They said they would work on it and complete it on Saturday and then let me pick it up on Sunday. They helped me get a rental car and on our way. The BMW of Idaho Falls Dealership did a FANTASTIC job of taking care of us and our car. Thanks for taking care of our BMW quickly and professionally. I have always had exceptional service experiences at this BMW dealership. I have to drive a significant distance (8 hours closest dealer to me) and without fail they always go the extra mile to be sure my service is completed and parts ready when I get there! I’d much rather drive 8 hours to get that kind of service than drive 10 miles to a mediocre dealer! BMW of Idaho Falls has it right!

Today I took my car to get serviced. I had an appointment at 10 am and I dropped off my car about 20 minutes prior. Around 12pm, I called to check on my car. It had been two hours and I just figured that it was long enough to service the car, its just an oil change.I called BMW, I was left on hold for a long time then it sounded like someone picked up the receiver and hung it up.I called again, this time I got through. The service advisor stated that my car would be ready soon and that they would call me to pick it up.At 3:30 pm, I called again, at this point they have had my car for about 6 hours and I want/need my car before 5. You can imagine that it was as hard if not harder to get through to someone as it was the first time I called.The guy who answered the phone stated that my car would be ready in an hour as it was in line to get washed. So, 7 hours to get an oil change and a wash. Not okay.I decided against the wash, I just need my car. I went in to BMW and my car wasnt ready still. The service advisor almost gave me wrong paperwork. And their technicians were just talking to other coworkers. They were not busy, they just dont care or have any appreciation for customers time and availability.This is not the service other dealerships owned by Sayer provide. I held BMW of Idaho Falls to the wrong standard.
The best experience Ive ever had. Both Thane and Rick were very good to deal with and were very willing to work with us. The used car we bought had a few cosmetic issues and they followed through on everything they said they were going to do to make it right.

The service was quick and they were helpful to get my truck back on the road. The fuel pump was replaced and truck runs great. My only complaint is that upon picking up my truck they had drained the diesel to replace the pump and they didnt fill it back up. Youd hope that for close to a thousand dollar price tag it would get filled back up. Other then that they were great to work with.
