I went in just to look and found a vehicle. Conner was very helpful, I ended up buying a car. They were helpful. Recently I had an issue with the car. I took it into Teton Toyota and they told me that the Alternator was bad, and they called Teton Auto Credit and they said they would cover the cost of the repair. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

The salesmen were not pushy. In fact they were extremely attentive to my want to buy a used car. The only problem was they only had one they were willing or able to work with me on. So I drove off in my old one.My credit is none to poor at best and I live on a budget. I appreciated their time as well as the fact they would be willing to finance me. The terms of the financial agreement were something that I would strongly recommend a person take their time to decide on as well as read in detail. The office was cool, my dog was even welcomed in and given a cool cup of water along side me. And though they did move some numbers around it was again only the one year,make and model. The asking price unfortunately was a couple thousand dollars over what I was able to look up for a resale value. Had I purchased the 2006 Ford under the finance agreement. I would have paid over double its market value. But again they were not pushy. They are just very how to do salesmen that only had one car on the whole lot for sale for someone like me!

The purchase experience was pleasant enough, but the vehicle came missing a headrest, which they said they would work on finding a replacement for. Two years on, and nothing but we are working on it and then silence. A replacement will cost me $500.

The negative reviews on here are completely unfounded in my opinion, and totally contradict my experiences with Teton Auto Credit.I don’t understand why people always blame the dealership when they buy a USED car form them and it breaks down. Key word: USED! It’s the buyer’s responsibility to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic that they trust and have it professionally inspected BEFORE they buy it. This is common knowledge! It’s physically impossible for a dealer to know of all of the potential problems that a vehicle may have. It’s “As is, where is.” As with any used vehicle.I have done a lot of business with Teton Auto Credit and Teton Toyota over the last few years. I’ve always had good experiences. They are good people. They will listen to your needs and bend over backwards to accommodate them.

The car I have now has given me nothing but misery. The power steering has gone out, the struts are worse than my mechanic husband has ever seen them, tonight my check engine light came on and I wasn’t able to even gas my vehicle. I wish nothing upon my worst enemy and I will never say anything good about your company. They don’t even have my vin or title on file and I’ve had my vehicle for over a year. Not only that but after a year of owning my vehicle they tried to buy it back for $1,000 when I paid $11,000 for it. This is the worst company I have ever worked with and I will never work with them again. So crooked and I am so beat.

My car came with free services up to 100$ which helped with oil changes and a nail in a tire I didnt know I had! I cant even explain how much this business has been a blessing. My daughter, just barely 18 went to Teton Auto Credit to help her with getting her first car. She was sold an early 2000s Mazda protégé... a car that in great condition books for 3000.00 for7000.00 and to add salt to the wound she is paying 19% interest. I would highly recommend that no one walk into this establishment in hopes to get help with a first car. I would HIGHLY recommend rethinking buying a vehicle here. There ought to be a law to protect people from crooks like this

The sales associate took advantage of our situation to sell us a car above market value and force a payment that was above our clearly stated budget. Since then, we have had nothing but issues with their staff in making payments and resolving customer service issues. The staff will raise their voices, interrupt, condescend, and hang up on you. We have requested to be contacted by a manager more than once and have been ignored each time. This review will be updated once our issues are addressed!

Salesman was very nice but the car we bought has had some major problems and weve only had it 6 months. The mechanics there are not very good. They couldnt fix the first few things that were wrong with the car and we ended up taking it to Teton Toyota (that place is awesome). Left me stranded 3 times! This last time I had to have it towed and now were waiting to see how much more money we have to put in to it. I will never purchase from there again!

Been with them over 3 years have less then1,180 on car loan needed to be able to skip 1 payment or be a few days late with payment very unhelpful . Once my car is payed off in 5 weeks. I will never go back to them . I dont recommend them . Biggest mistake I did was getting a car by them .... Also made my payments on time the whole 3 years and I think they should of worked something out with me with my situation. . Unhappy customer .

This company is out to take advantage of people who are down on their luck or new in car buying. The guy I drove with bragged non-stop about how his company was so good. I think they likely do actually look at the vehicle and fix it up, but I never got the chance to see as quicklane was too booked to take a look. They were asking $5k for a 2001 ford focus. Even at an outstandingly clean rating the highest price any site gave it was $2300. KBB and NADA both said $2000 in pertinent condition. I told them that is what I would pay and they offered $4k instead. I said no and we parted ways.But not only do they charge a minimum of 150% more than value they also do in store credit which means the only time they report your credit to an agency is when you dont pay. (Update: apparently they do report your credit to 1 agency, which is better than nothing but not great or even okay.) People often go to them because of bad credit but their situation will never change because their balance and payments are only reported to 1 agency. And the cycle of paying way to much for cars and topping it with an average 20% interest will continue.Also, they use the 4 squares for negotiations. Go look up the 4 squares in a search engine and see what its all about.

Amazing people who actually help you!!! When my husband and I were trying to buy our first car it seemed like everywhere we went just laughed us off the lot from our bad credit/no credit. We were turned down time after and had almost given up. Teton Auto Credit was our last hope, and they did it!!! 2 yrs later and not only did they repair our credit but we were able to trade it our car in for our dream car. Gio was the best!! DONT BUY HERE!Purchasing a 2002 Ford Escape Blue Book at $3,000 they are selling it to me for $11,000 due to their incompetence the vehicle stopped working one month after purchase.I did not realize this until I drove it on dirt roads the undercarriage of the vehicle was severely damaged I was told that they went through a complete inspection checklist and if the vehicle was safe and sound to drive took it to the mechanics they told me that I should not drive the vehicle any longer due to safety issues.1. The battery will not hold a charge has been tested and confirmed bad.2. Selling it to me for over $8,000 above Blue Book.3. Undercarriage of the vehicle severely damaged making it undriveable in winter conditions4. Vehicle overheats and loses antifreeze5. Heater does not heat the car properly6. The report to one credit agency making it a poor choice if you are trying to build credit7. They did not report any of these problems to me upon purchase reassuring me that the vehicle has gone through a strenuous safety and mechanical inspection

Poor customer service. And when you try talking to them they dont listen to what you have to say. When I first got my pickup from them I had it for 2 months and the torque converter went out. They took care of it at the Toyota dealership but when I got the pickup back the mechanics messed up my linkage to shift. Then I had to take it back to them again. They try making it sound like they do a favor by giving you free oil changes by that is all they do. They tried to tell me they greased the pickup but when I looked under it to check. All of the ball joints were dry and had not been greased. I will not be returning to them for another vehicle

I was very disappointed to find that the cars were priced $3000.00 above Kelly blue book and with a credit rating of almost 700 the best interest rate they offered was 24.95. Yes I have a repo on my credit history however after going on line and researching far market rates I discovered that with my good credit and the repo I was intitled to a rate between 12 and 19. They are jacking up the price of their cars and charging the highest interest rate possible. Their add tells you how much they want to help people get back into good credit but their business practices tell a much different story. They are only taking advantage of people who need help not helping, those people. We walked out and unless you have NO other choice, dont go there.

My husband and I were desperate! We needed a new car in the worst way, as i was cutting holes into my ski mask to visit my favorite neghiborhood bank, my phone rang. Teton auto credit.... I thought it was a like Devine intervention but no hubby had seen their commercial and went online. So I did the whole pre approval knowing there was just no way. Well I got a email back and guess what, they found a way. So we went there the next day. It was pretty busy, but everyone was polite the place was clean and well decorated. Not your typical used car lot. Where everything smells like car oil and greasy fries. So hubby and I are looking around the lot, when suddenly everything got bright like the clouds separating after a bad storm. And out of this brightness emerged a figure that walked towards my Hubby And I. The figure reached out his hand and I shook it. The figure said I am Elija can I help you today. And the rest was a blur. We were able to get into a perfect car for us, Elija And other staff members stayed until midnight to ensure we got our car that night. This was the most pleasant car burying experience of my life. Seriously we didnt feel pressure at all. I feel horrible that they stayed until midnight helpinging us. But I absolutely love my new car, And I will recommend these guys to anyone, evertime.

If you already have financing secured dont bother coming here. They insist on running your credit Im sure to cram some high interest rate loan. Sat around while they supposedly were working on contacting our credit union but they never did. This was a huge waste of time.
