So I got a fuel knock on my way to Montana I have called every where and zack is the only one willing to help me out even though he is very busy guy I would recommend this shop to anyone and if I was not from Utah hed do everything to my truck hell take care of you and was very helpful and Im very thankful for him thank you sir I cant thank you enough

It was Memorial Day and we were traveling through town for the holiday and needing to get back home. We were having problems with our RV and called about 30-40 shops and no one was open. Zach answered and he too, understandably, was closed for the day but offered to stop by and see if there was anything he could do. He said it would be about an hour and so we kept looking for other possibilities in the meantime in case we found a solution sooner. Sure enough, after about an hour he called to see how we were doing and we had still not found any help. Within a couple minutes he was parked by our RV looking things over. In less than 20 minutes he fixed both of our issues, the whole time showing complete concern for taking care of us, and not about his having to help a stranger on his holiday and day off. As if he had already not done enough, when we asked him how much it cost he was not going to charge us anything! We couldnt let him go unpaid and so we paid him for his help. I realize now it was too little as I write this. My only other regret is that Zach is not one of our locals or he would be my go-to-guy: in a heartbeat!Truth be told, I am a religious man and some prayers were said by our family that we might receive the help we needed to be able to get on the road and get back home. Zach is not only a fantastic and honest mechanic, he was our miracle.

We were due for some significant maintenance on our truck and Quality Diesel provided excellent service in a professional and timely manner. We couldnt be happier with our experience and will definitely return for future work.

My 2004 Dodge Cummins and myself were stranded at the rest stop between Idaho Falls and Blackfoot… I called Zack and explain the issue and gave him the code then my truck and thrown… Turns out it was the throttle position sensor… I called Zach at 1:48 PM and I was back on the road by 2:30 PM… He ordered the part delivered the part and install the part and under 45 minutes and I was back on the road… Couldn’t ask for a better inconvenienceThank you Zach
