I was very disappointed by the service given by Ron Sayers Service Department. I was in a fender bender a couple months ago and while my 2016 Nissan Versa Note was at the auto body shop it would not start. the lights would all turn on but the car would not turn over. The auto body shop had it towed to Nissan to figure out what was wrong. The service department told the body shop who told me that the starter was bad. Instead of having Nissan replace the starter I decided to do the repair myself. After replacing the starter my car still would not turn over. So we checked the battery. We replaced the battery and no change. I took the old starter to OReilly Auto Parts to have it tested and it tested good. I REPLACED A PERFECTLY GOOD STARTER! There was nothing wrong with it. I called my mechanic friend in Salt Lake to see what he thought the problem might be, he said that a ground probably was not connected. Not being a mechanic, I was not able to follow the wire to be able to solve this problem myself. I had my car towed, once again, to another mechanic who said it was obvious that the ground was not connected and does not know why Nissan was not able see the problem. After reattaching the ground my car started up just fine. When we went and talked to Nissan they said that replacing the starter was only a recommendation and that this is can be missed. Something this simple SHOULD NOT be missed! I am sorry but when you go to the professionals about a problem you do not go there for a recommendation you are looking for the solution! I paid for 2 tows, a new starter, and a new battery only to find out that a ground was not connected! I did not have a working car for a week because Nissan did not do their job to figure out what the problem was! I had two other mechanics help me with this on my car (one in person and one over the phone) and they had an idea as to what the problem was and Nissan was nowhere close in their recommendation on how to fix the problem!
Very good customer service. Quickly figured out and took care of a long standing issues that the Nissan dealership I used to go never could. Will definitely go back.
Nissan service is easy to set up appointments with; online or over the phone. The service manager goes the extra mile and anticipates what will be needed. The facility is clean. My car is always taken care of, and I leave feeling like it’s in optimal condition. I highly recommend them!

These guys are usually pretty good about things. The customer service staff is always very friendly when we bring the cars in (we service 4 through them). They have been helpful and are very clear about what is happening with the vehicles and what might need to be changed or tuned-up. They bring out the filters and such to show the issues. I appreciate the service we have been getting there over the last 7 years. The last two visits weve asked for the car wash, which use to include a quick vacuum of the front seat area. The last two visits though they did not vacuum and the car wash was something I would expect from my children. There were spots everywhere, and during this last visit even a dirty hand print left from the mechanic on the trunk area. Im not sure if this is a temporary thing, with new employees or what, but I havent been really impressed as of late.I give it 4 stars still because overall I think they are a good shop and the guys who meet you at the door are great.
They are always very professional and always greet me with a smile. I look forward to going to get my oil changed. If I need anything changed like a filter, they bring it to me and show me and allow me to decide if I want them to change it or not. I appreciate that a great deal. Thank you so much to the entire team.

My 2017 Nissan Rogue Hybrid broke down on Interstate 15 in SE Idaho. It had to be towed and I asked that my car be taken to the Dealership in Idaho Falls where I was visiting my sister, I was coming from Herriman, Utah. My car was delivered to Ron Sayer. When I arrived at Ron Sayer’s Service Dept, very upset because I could not fathom what happened to my vehicle and what the future would hold. I met the Service Manager, Ozzie Saldivar, immediately, he listened attentively to my recap of events and my need to know what happened to my car. Ozzie told me he would do everything in his power to find out the problem and let me know by 4:00pm that day.When he (Ozzie) called me, before 4:00pm as promised, he told me my engine had blown a hole in the engine block. My knees nearly buckled as thousand of dollar signs flashed inside my brain. But Ozzie, being the consummate professional with stunning Customer Service, explained how ~ even though he didn’t have certified Hybrid mechanics at Ron Sayer that he contacted the Cole Nissan/Kia Dealership in Pocatello, Idaho, who did have certified Hybrid mechanics and they could fix my car. Then he told me the best news, that the engine failure was caused due to an engine defect and was under warranty so all repairs would be covered. I could have “kissed” this man!! He then provided me with all of Nissan’s Warranty & Roadside Assistance, to arrange for the car to be towed, engine repaired and rental car information.So, all in all, Ron Sayer Dealership - YOU have a most amazing Service Manager in Mr. Ozzie Saldivar. He should be awarded strong accolades in his Customer Service, Engine & Corporate policy knowledge, and going above and beyond for this Nissan Vehicle Owner!! My only hopes are that Cole Nissan/Kia in Pocatello service manager is 1/2 as good as Ozzie was, and I will become a life long Nissan owner!!Karla McGuiganHerriman, Utah

My wife and I live in Shelley and we broke down in IF because our Sentra wouldn’t start, apparently there was a recall on the starter mechanism. Of course it was 5:45pm when everything is closing for the day, so I quickly called Ron Sayer Nissan and luckily they were still there and they helped us out by reminding me about the roadside assistance warranty for a tow. We got it towed to them just in time and they had a loaner car ready for us when we got there. They really took great care of us in our time of need. Over the years we have leased 5 different Nissan vehicles from them and we will continue to do so. I highly recommend them for any service that they provide. They go the extra mile for their customers. I can’t say enough about how great of a dealership they are. They get 5 stars from us!!

They checked things that hasn’t been checked or changed in years or if ever! First time there, I was so impressed! I am glad I had received a complimentary oil change and multi-point inspection. Found out the back brakes were dangerously worn down. Also, asked if I received the recall and I hadn’t. Made an appointment to get that all taken care of. I had an oil change from Ron Sayer Nissan. I had them change my oil like I have for the last 6 years. I dont live in Idaho Falls I live in Pocatello so its a bit of a drive but since my warranty was with them I had to get the oil change with them that and Im not a fan of thePocatello Nissan dealership. After the usually wait and got my car paid for it and drove home after driving about 60 after the oil change and having a weird smell of oil or gas during the drive I get a call from my in-laws saying that they think my car is leaking something sure enough when I open the hood the left the oil cap off and oil went everywhere. Brought my vehicle back to the dealership. They immediately tried to give me a free oil change for the mistake l. And Cleaned the oil up I was there for 5-10 min when they pulled my vehicle and said we cleaned the mess up and I didnt even get an apology from them first off 2nd there was oil covered finger print on my entire hood and in the inside of the hood its was such a half done job looked rushed so I told him to get it cleaned better. Not only that but I required them to get this on paper of this incident in case I have any issues with my engine in the future. And get me a refund instead of a free oil change on this because an oil change in the future for to happen again is not an option in my book. After finally waiting I had my car clean at last. When it came to getting a refund on this the guy wanted to just give me a partial refund and penny pinch on me after not only did they only do a half done work but also I had to drive 45 back to Idaho twice and waste my gas and time and money to get this done that should have been done the first time. Finally after arguing he gave me my money back. And ending giving me the free oil change anyway I dont think I will ever use it after this. But the worst experience Ive ever had at dealership ever!!! Still frustrated and still have not gotten my refund to my card yet hope to get it soon but we will see.

Had a really great experience. Went in for a standard oils change/multi-point inspection and the mechanic changed out a couple filters that were looking really bad. I had no idea about them and I am really pleased that they’re replaced.
Very disappointed my AC went out in July it took three weeks to get an appointment to even get the car looked at and then they didnt have the part in stock they have to order it so now I have to wait another three weeks with no air conditioning never buy a Nissan again

I arrived late one Saturday afternoon - after the service center had closed - in desperate need of a new battery terminal that I was unable to find at other auto parts stores in the area. My existing terminal was so corroded it had to be held on by a hose clamp on my way to the dealership. The Service Manager, Andrew, was most accommodating and not only sold me the part, but came out into the parking lot to clean the existing corrosion from everything, install the new terminal and send me on my way. I am most appreciative to Andrew for his help!

My work van was having trouble running so I had it towed to Ron Sawyer Nissan. Upon arrival the tech said everything seemed normal and the van was acting okay but that he was still happy to look through it for me. Upon looking through it they realized the mass air flow sensor was dirty and malfunctioning and a valve to my air filter was torn letting debris in. Even though they were booked out they squeezed my van in and got it fixed within 24hours. They were so kind and fast and I appreciated so much that they were able to take care of things in a timely manner and diagnose a hidden issue with ease. Highly recommend these guys to repair for Nissan vehicles or any vehicle. Thanks again guys!
