Im trying to get away from going to the big box stores in town (one is orange and the other is blue), and I wasnt disappointed. The guys here at L&W are totally cool, and knowledgeable. I went in looking for insulation for my garage, and they pointed me to something that would work perfectly for about the same cost as what I had in mind, and be easier to install, AND look way better. Ill be back for sure when we get started building our house.

Very poor customer service by Juan who could care less about taking care of our needs. The color guy was on vacation without notifying us and left us hanging for another long weekend.Building Specialties should not put customers out because they only have one specialist. Additionally, much more courtesy needs to be given to those of us keeping you in business. I am sorry I could not choose a minus number in my survey.

We recently started remodeling our showroom at our Idaho Falls location. In the fireplace room we have a drop ceiling with a bunch of tiles that needed to be replaced.The ceiling is 25 years old and we were afraid we might not find tiles to match.L&W Supply did a great job matching the tiles and had a huge selection.

Sent me home with stucco without any of the coloring. Tried to contact the store during posted business hours and was sent to a recording stating they were closed and to leave a message but it wouldn’t allow me to leave a message.Update: After finally contacting the store they claimed I had “left” the product I needed on the counter but when I left they assured me everything I needed would be given to me at the warehouse. Poor customer service all around I will not be a returning customer.
