I would never do business with AT&T. I have contacted them multiple times about an account, I cant tell you how many times they have hung up on me or transferred me. Today alone I have been hung up on 7 or 8 times while trying to get this resolved, Ive been transferred 4 times and then hung up on. I have called multiple customer service numbers that they have listed all with the same results. This is a business account. I am beyond frustrated and if I could give them a negative star review I would do so. After many years in the customer service industry myself, Their customer service is lacking at best and pathetic at worst. Save yourself the trouble and do business with anyone else besides AT&T.
