I am dissatisfied with Boost and their employees. I went into the store in Idaho Falls, Woodruff Avenue store. They wouldnt allow me file an insurance claim in the store. I had already been trying to file said claim online for over a week, but it was temporarily out of service. The gal that was working was also rude and not helpful at all. I am seriously considering changing my service provider. There has been other issues in the past. They also only give you a certain amount of high speed data, even with unlimited plan.
My bestfriend came in to get a new phone and the man working knew exactly what to do and how to help us make the best decision possible. We are so grateful for an effortless experience! Thanks guys!
They had exactly what I was looking for and needed for my phone they took me and took care of me there was no waiting and the worker behind desk was pleasant and respectful

The owner Claudia should know the girl working right now is beyond lazy not helpful at all. We came in today to buy two phone and activation and she wouldnt do anything just say there with an attitude of I dont want to work.
Dont listen to the pretty little lies they tell. We did not receive the $100 referral credit that they said we would. We ran around pointlessly between here and Idaho Falls because there is very little communication between employees at different locations. The kid in Idaho Falls was told to save 2 phones and when we arrived there and waited for an hour for him to finish activating a phone, we found out he was activating a phone we were waiting for, but for someone else. I would be a much happier camper for the b.s. we were put through if we at least got our $100 credit for activating our accounts, but it seems like they have stiffed us there as well!
Though the last time I didnt care for the guy that was working he was rather dismissive
Ive been with boost for over 10 years and i love them. I really do but im waiting for them to open the store. They are supposed to be open at 10, the sign on the door says 11. Its past 11 right now yet no one is even in the shop. Im a little disappointed at this point. I also got the bost up plan and the deal was they would add some to my bill and id have the phone for 1 year. After the year the phone was to be paied off and i would no longer have to pay the extra fees. 1 year and 6 months and it finally stopped charging me. Now im annoyed. 10 years of loyal service and always paying my bill on time and im about to switch to a different company because of the lack of care on boost mobiles part.
Boost mobile is amazing. I will not go through any other person except for Felipe. He always gives the best and most amazing customer service
I hate boost mobile! The servious constintly sucks! I never get full bars of service. In fact, Im luck if I get 2 bars of service! Which is extremely pathetic considering Im paying for unlimited everything! Thats not even the worst of it! Im on a family plan. So Im paying for 4 lines of service. Plus $20 a mo extra for the hotspot. Which also gets terrible service! All 4 of my lines, as well as all 4 hotspots experience the worst service imaginable!! I will never recommend Boost Mobile to anyone! And to top it all off, everytime i go to give BOOST MOBILEthe worst rating possible, my service conviently experience an error so this is now my 3rd attempt 2 rate boost mobile service!

Amazing price for unlimited high speed data. I’ve noticed coverage weaknesses in the Osgood or Lewiston direction. Also Driggs and Island Park haven’t been good for me. But I’ve had a perfect experience in Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rexburg, Blackfoot, Pocatello, Salt Lake and Boise. It would take a much better price from Verizon to get me to switch.

Well I have been waiting for 15 minutes now past the time they originally open at 10am and as I am typing this it just turned 1015am so i am a little aggravated they told me to come in today and get my replacement phone befause my phone is broken and they are not even open yet what a joke. What would you do. I have stuff to do they told me to come in at 10. So here I am and they are not even open.

So after posting a review yesterday,I was contacted by the managerof fox communications.At first, I thought maybe I had actually got their attention,and someone with any amount intelligence was about to assist me, as he seemed, at the very least, eager to get me to be quiet.It was a start.So myself and the person in charge of their facebook begin a dialogue (which I will be posting later in the week).He apologized, sort of, and after a few hours passed, suggested that I watch my e mail, as he would be sending me instructions on how to resolve the issue. I was told I could go into the store the next day(today),with my e mail explaining what procedures to follow. What we decided on was that I would return my phone I purchased on the 15th, and that i could simply pay the difference between the two models ($50 some odd dollars), but it had to be done today. Theres a seven day policy when buying a phone, after that, you cannot return it. So Im thinking we have resolved the issue for the most part. I leave from my work, on my lunch instead of eating, and i arrive at the store only to find the gentleman i originally had problems with is working. Two customers are in front of me at this point. He greets me in a sarcastic sounding, monotone voice and laughs. Then, for the next 45 mins i am patiently standing there with the phone that Im under the impression I am trading in, as this was our agreement. Finally, the people in front of me are done and its my turn. The gentleman then proceeds to open the package on the phone I am exchanging and sneaks over to the corner of the store to make a phone call. Apparently theres a scratch (I will be posting pictures of this as well, stay tuned) on the phone Im unhappy with. The very same phone I was convinced into buying a few days prior, but without explaining, nor even pointing to the details of the return policy during the purchase. Just wait until you see this scratch. Unbelievable. Im still in shock. So after wasting my lunch, not eating, and not resolving any issue whatsoever, but merely making me more infuriated, Im left, with the very same phone that does not function as I need a phone to, and a very metaphorical bad taste in my mouth. I never received the email either, so if i hadnt taken it upon myself to call again, they simply would have ignored me. I was told the scratch (a scratch so small he could have done it himself) would prevent me from doing the exchange. I couldnt believe it.I am very disgruntled, very upset,but I am still a very logical,and understanding person.This is next level bad business people. Its all still very fresh in my mind and as I said before I am still extremely upset, but to be sure Im not just riding a wave of emotion, I will be revisiting this topic, same place, tomorrow as well, just to be certain I am not writing my reviews with any unfair biases. In my humble opinion, I would stay far away from this place, i wouldnt send an enemy here to buy a phone. Ticky tacky, used car salesman tactics all day.All of this on top of the shotty phone signals, the slow 3G and 4G speeds (more like 0.4 g speed), and slow text messages, you will have to deal with people who do NOT care about your satisfaction, its all about the almighty dollar to them, they do most likely will treat you similar. Whether thats being talked down to, lied to etc. etc. Its anyones guess, but I highly recommend you go elsewhere in order to avoid the dishonesty and what not.Horrible experience over all.I hope this wasnt entirely incoherent,my apologies to anyone reading this, but I am just so upset.You shouldnt be sick to your stomach over any retail experience.Please, do yourself a favor, go elsewhere, where they at least pretend to care.
