The T-Mobile service DOES NOT WORK in Southeastern Idaho on the Samsung A32 that THEY PROVIDE! G5 or otherwise it just doesnt work and the G5 is especially bad. THEY ARE TOTALLY AWARE OF IT! They just dont mention until after you sign the contract. Then they tell you that, hey the phone comes free (theres a credit rolled into the monthly payment that your now stuck with) and youre free to go buy another phone. 😱Theyre totally aware of it and now you are too. Dont get scammed. Dont sign a T-Mobile contract.

This t-mobile is probably the best one in Idaho falls. Had to come to this one to get our problem fixed from another store. Gloria helped us and was amazing. She went above and beyond to get it figured out. Highly recommend this store for all your tmobile needs.

I HATE going to the mall but I always make an exception for T-Mobile in the mall. They are much friendlier and helpful than the other locations! They answer all the questions you have and take time to make sure youre comfortable with what decision you are making. Cam was the best when I needed an upgrade!

We have been with T-Mobile for many many year. No perfect but it is reliable. Worked with Emmet (our favorite rep). He is extremely knowledgeable and is looking out for your best interest. If what you are trying to do doesnt benefit you he will let you know.

If I could give a 10 star review I would, both Forest and Marco went above and beyond to help us set up a new account. They spent several hours dealing with our old carrier (Xfinity) who were really difficult. They both gave incredible customer service and are a tremendous asset to T Mobile

Went into this t-mobile store for help after falling for a door to door salesman! We’re not techies and really needed help getting everything set up. The assistance and convenience were amazing! Gloria was absolutely thorough, efficient and patient. We left with everything working, transferred and items to be returned packaged for shipping! In short, we’ve never been treated so professionally and kindly at a phone/internet store! Nice to know stores like this are still available!

I was having a bunch of problems with the T Mobile door to door salesman and the customer service phone number. So I went here out of desperation to try to get my account and internet working. Cameron was very easy to work with and dedicated an admirable amount of time figuring out what turned out to be a tricky problem. Now its all working!

I like a lot of things about this store. I feel like I should be more specific than that though. I just got a new phone and everyone knows how it is buying a new phone. The associate was very knowledgeable and understanding of my price range. I had an idea of what I wanted and I was shown phones in my price range and that met and exceeded my requirements. I really like how they just go with the flow and arent pushy to any one phone. 10 out f 10. I will be back.

This store can sometimes not have the best employees to be honest. Rick has restored my faith back to the location. He was trustworthy honest friendly courteous kind obedient cheerful brave clean and reverent. He was funny, yet professional. When I was stretched thin with my toddler he was understanding. Rick went the extra mile to make sure he earned our business. I haven’t felt comfortable going to this location for years due to poor management but I can comfortably say, go and find Rick he will make your day better.

Went to this location to check on a deal that I heard about to see if it would work for us. Emmett took one look at our phone and said, this isnt a good deal for you. These guys work partially on commission, so for a salesperson to say that we shouldnt buy something was very impressive to me. A few days later, my husbands phone mic went out, and we are 100% going back to Emmett. He was honest with us. Im kind of picky about my t-mobile reps, because Ive had bad experiences, so now that weve found a good one, I hope we are able to keep going back, and I also hope that the rest of Emmetts coworkers are as helpful and honest as he is.

What can I say... walked in wondering about any new deals and Marco.. I believe just a sales person.. “although I feel he should be a manager with how professional and patient he was”... was able to help us get a killer deal on new iPhones and in the meantime switch my 10+ line plan over to T-Mobile one to get more out of my plan for around the same cost! I have always had good customer service from T-Mobile.. but this was another level of dedication! I will be going to Idaho falls for all my T-Mobile needs from now on! Thank you Marco! Tonight I came to T-mobile hoping to find some help, I came in moments before the store closed hoping for the best and what I found was a group of individuals that really cared about helping me. Rick helped me get details with my account solved, helped me find accessories for my new device, told me what to do from this point on and throughout that whole process. He did a fantastic job and has officially made this store my go-to from here on out.

Came in an hour before close one night to just check a few things out with my bill and maybe save myself a bit of money. The associate Rick was super helpful and was able to give me my information really quickly. As we looked at my account we realized he could get me a new phone at little cost to me. Needless to say I was pretty hyped. When we get to the point where he can start activating my new phone it was probably 8:30 as I was a curious customer and he diligently and knowledably answered all my questions as I made my choice. Obviously were getting close to close and I was worried that Id be that burden customer who stays past close and annoys the associates. Rick and the other great associate Emmet didnt show a care in the world about getting out late as long as I was being assisted. And boy howdy I didnt make it easy. To transfer the data from my old phone to new phone, my old phone had to be at 30 percent battery. As Is just gotten off work I was more like 15. I told him if it was going to be an issue I could come back the next day. He didnt bat an eye saying he not Emmet had a problem waiting for it to charge. As we waited the mall closed and all the other stores began to put down their gates. Rick took this time to show me all the accessories for my phone, finding me a great screen protector and a case that has saved my phones life twice already. Even when it was charged, 15 minutes after close, it still had to download and that took another 15 minutes During this time Rick and Emmet both just talked to me, making mention of cool new products but also just making small talk I felt so bad keeping them both so late but they had no problems with it and were easily the best phone reps Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Much better than down the street. Will certainly return soon to get that smart watch we were talking about.

This store screwed me over so bad. True the people were nice but when we went in to cancel they were horrible to us and rude. They were supposed to call and cancel for us when we left and they didnt. Because of this they caused me to lose $400 and I will never get it back. I hate these guys and I pitty anyone who believes their false ideals and kindness.

I think I need to move to Idaho so I can come to this store. Im visiting from out of state and needed some tutoring. When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly by a young woman named Katie. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and I was panicked because I was in need of help finding a document Id downloaded that needed to be proofed. I forgot to bring my laptop on this trip and this was for work. She took time to carefully show me where the folder was and how to access it. She demonstrated a couple of times, then she had me show her I could do it to ensure I clearly understood. I felt pretty silly after she showed me because it was so easy for her. She made me feel very welcome and not so stupid. My anxiety dropped because of her.Previously, in December, Id contacted customer support over the phone as Id been having a very particular problem with my phone. The agent tried to help me, however, he wasnt able to satisfy my needs. (Not for lack of trying, though) This is where the really important part comes in.Two young men named Gil and Marco were working there. I told them about my problem with the over the phone tech support. They suggested they might be able to help me. Id doubted they really could help with what I needed as they seemed so young and I couldnt imagine them doing more than the tech support did. Gil hinted that I might be surprised because hes pretty savvy with electronics. So...long story short, he took my phone and invited Marco to team up with him on it. These two young men took so much time with me and, together, they figured out my issue. They very clearly articulated to me that, as a customer, I was very important and they wanted to make sure I was satisfied in every way possible. They amazed me at their skill and knowledge with figuring my phones issue out and they took care of it on the spot!I want to compliment the manager for having the good sense to have all 3 of these very capable employees working there.I also want to express my regret that I dont have a daughter young enough to have tried to set either of the young men up with. (My granddaughters are all at too young.) They were both really cute guys!I VERY HIGHLY recommend shopping at this particular location!

On our 3 week road trip through the US we decided that it would be cheaper to get a T-Mobile SIM. We stopped in and received AMAZING service from Rick and Marco. They made sure we got the pre pay SIM that would work for us, and believe me it took some effort since I was paying with a Canadian credit card.When travelling you hope not to be taken advantage of and guys like this restore my belief that in general people are inherently good.

They lied(possibly unintentionally, but they should be responsible for giving false information) to us twice when aint my sons line. First they told us it would be $10, then when we actually went to add it, it would be $15. It would up being $25. We never would have agreed if we had known that.Please go to another location.

Poor customer service. I was part of the Note 7 exchange, and made the request online with T-mobile. The rep I spoke with was friendly and set everything up; claimed it would be a quick process but they had to ship my new phone to the local store for the exchange. The exchange at the store took nearly two hours and the phone they gave me was not the one the rep. told me was going to be shipped. Different color. I had received a text saying the correct one was delivered to the store, so apparently they sold the one reserved for me and gave me a different one. Very poor service locally.

Never, will I go back to this place. I would give 0 stars if possible. I am very, very disappointed by management in this place. They decided to reject my request to transfer my account from normal Jump to Jump on demand even when I insisted politely. I called corporate to ask if my account was eligible to switch over to Jump on Demand, so it was. They mentioned that this stores management has never wanted to follow T-Mobiles policy over this topic. They had me travel 50 miles to do this paperwork and pick up my phone, and they were playing against T-Mobiles policies. I am very upset, and deciding to file in a lawsuit against them for not following their own policies and Consumers Rights.

Rich at the Grand Teton Mall helped my girlfriend out. She was with Straight Talk and told her about Rich at Tmobile. He helped us there as he always does. Transferred her number, contacts, and even put on her screen protector for her. He is great and anyone at tmobile that needs a new phone or anything at all ask for this dude.

My mom went to this store to switch from ATT. She had done research online and decided to go with T-Mobile because the price for her and I was a lot less with her being a senior. After she got her first bill it was $39 higher than it was supposed to be. When I went in to the store to talk to the guy who signed her up named Rick, I waited to talk to him while he was boasting about how much money he had made that day in front of the current people he was working with. My mom went in a few days before talk to him about it and he just tried to sell her more stuff like a iPad. My mom had asked for the seventy dollar plan but Rick put all these extra features on her plan and phone that she didn’t ask for or need. And the “included accessory bundle” just adds to her bill and now can’t be returned which was not how it was explained. Luckily I was able to call in to customer service and remove the garbage he added on but my mom still has to pay it on her first bill. That Rick guy is dishonest and I wouldn’t doubt that he does this often while boasting about how much he makes off his customers. Avoid dishonest people like him.

If i could give a zero i would. had service for 6 days and cancelled because service was junk. returned phones and cancelled and didnt get refunded like they said they would. come to find out they didnt cancel the service so got charged again and put me in the hole over 400.00. customer service was no help. want t mobile DONT unless you like to get screwed over and bad service

They gave me bad information causing me to get a new phone that my old SIM card wouldnt fit into (had all my contacts saved to it) and then refused to do anything to make it right. So after 12 years with T-Mobile, Im a Verizon customer now. Good job, guys. Your incompetence cost you yet another customer. I shouldve left years ago due to the lack of service area. T-maybe...
